very high end hotel. all the guests dressed really well. it felt like I was in a miniature fashion show! so many fabulous handbags to be seen <3 attentive service from the staff. Overall, felt like a very posh atmosphere. Incredible views from up on the 36th floor. I did a breakfast included option which gave you the choice of a buffet. Japanese or western style plus a small menu. *coffee is extra for some reason?

this was the third and final stay of our trip to Japan. To me, it felt the least like being in Japan. I tried to switch to a different hotel at the last minute because it felt so “could get this anywhere” to me. It ended up being much more enjoyable than I thought. major downsides: location was on the wrong side of town (have to take the train to go anywhere). Even though the train is totally accessible from the hotel, it’s a long walk to get there and it’s through a very windy breezeway. This is trivial and probably just a con for the ladies…but our other two hotels had Dyson airwraps. I really enjoyed using that blow dryer especially since I did not pack one and I had been considering purchasing one. I called down to the front desk to ask if PG had one. They said no. One night at PG was the same cost as the TOTAL of multiple nights at both of the other places I stayed. (I mean… I think wanting a specific blow dryer is a very basic request all things considered) *coffee costs extra when you pay for the breakfast buffet upfront in your total

The hotel is really comfortable and one of the most clean one in Tokyo.

Loved our view and the window seat. The hotel bar and lobby were both beautiful and relaxing. Also, my husband and I used the gym everyday. The equipment was excellent and very clean. Hotel location next to two metro stations is also extremely convenient.

The only convenient way to get to airports and to Shinkasen with your luggage was by taxi which is quite costly. I was also a little surprised that the bath was not included in the room rate.
