This property was fabulous The kitchen had every necessary appliance, utensil, and more. The decor was lovely and well done. The deck was a great space and furniture when the sun came out. The beds were very comfortable and the wall heaters worked very well. I would have enjoyed a Dillon Beach map in the binder if one is available.

Dillon Beach village is a great place to stay...near the beach and store/food. Even in gray weather we had a great time!

I’ve stayed out at Dillon Beach many many times, in several different houses and this one is one of our favorites! The huge deck with an ocean view was amazing, we sat out there a lot. The kitchen was perfect, beds were comfy. Obviously such a short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to be back!

The Beach House was just as described and was very comfortable for us. A few notes: 1. Great kitchen-- Fully stocked with two ovens, any equipment you might need, and a variety of kitchen staples (spices, food storage supplies) High end dishwasher and fridge--all very nice. 2. The kitchen is open to the living room, which opens on to the deck. The deck will be nice when the weather is warmer. 3. The bedroom is just behind the living room, with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with shower and two sinks. 4. There is another bedroom and bath downstairs, which we didn't use. Not quite as welcoming as the upstairs since it is on the ground level, but the bed looked comfortable. The bath downstairs has a shower that has a huge ledge that you would have to step over to get into and out of the shower. Even with the grab bars there it would be a real challenge for an older person or anyone with mobility issues. And a few notes about things to be aware of: 1. As you come in the front door you walk down a short hallway that leads directly to a set of very steep stairs to the downstairs. No door or anything there so if you have a little one, bring a gate! 2. There are two places for cars but it's a very tight squeeze. 3. Close to the beach, but not a straight shot to walk there. Probably a 10-15 min walk, or it's a 2 min drive to the parking lot. $10 charge. A good choice in Dillon, especially for two people.

This property is so cute with purposeful decore. They have done a great job with the decorations and the use of space. The location is great, walking distance to the beach, store even Lawsons. What I was impressed with was how set up it was. It has everything from a juicer, kettle, coffee grinder, coffee pot, drip pot, all the utensils you would need, plates, spices, games, etc. I loved being able to make homemade clam chowder. Loved it and would use it again.

My husband and I were joking about not writing a good review because we don’t want to share this amazing property. Seriously, great experience. As described, good view, great deck. One the best we saw while walking around the neighborhood. Our son enjoyed his outdoor time playing on the deck. Close to the beach! Comfy beds, nice kitchen, good energy. We didn’t want to leave, we ended up staying an extra day. Already planning when we might come again. If the owner ever wants to sell, we want it. After a few disappointing VRBO experiences nice relief to find something perfect. Thank you for sharing your home!

We loved the ocean views from the deck and kitchen.

This was my third stay and I absolutely love the place! close to beach and a great deck where you can see the ocean and relax to the sound of the waves. Already have my next visit scheduled, won't stay anywhere else when I visit Dillon's Beach. My host, Linda, is wonderful too!

We spent 5 nights during the bad storms . It stormed at night, but the house is solid, so we slept beautifully. The house is beautifully appointed and clean, especially the kitchen. We can’t wait to come back.

Love it and Linda too! Ready to book my next trip. Resort cottages have been my go to until now, will only stay here now.

The house is charming and in summer I am sure a delight. We arrived and the house was cold. We turned on the wall heaters (which warmed the wall - we know this because we were leaning against the wall to warm our hands), they did not warm the house. We turned on the little black heater in the living room, but it too did not warm sufficiently. The house stayed uncomfortably cold. We ended up trying to sleep in our clothes and the next morning it was clear that it was going to be another uncomfortable day. iIt was too cold to shower. We had planned for relaxing but it was clear that it would not work. We left the property early in the morning, spending one uncomfortable night instead of two. I would like to request a refund for the second night which we did not use.

Towed our boat to Lawson’s Landing & our son towed our 5th wheel where he & his family stayed in & we stayed in this comfortable warm residence with a nice view of the waves! Spacious living area and Kitchen is huge! Beds are super comfy & the extra comforter kept us warm at night! Verizon has better coverage than AT&T & other cell phone companies Great time & we caught plenty of crab for the group that showed up. Looking forward to next year!!

The view is amazing! Be sure to get your check in directions before arrival as there is no cell service in the area. The stay was wonderful though!

We were attending a family destination wedding so knew many people in the area. We loved the unique environment, mountains, cows, beach etc.. We did not enjoy the roads on foggy nights. We also felt there should be better information on controls for heaters. We enjoyed the kitchen. Overall our stay was very positive and we enjoyed the adventure!! Thank you!

This was our first time vacationing at a Vrbo and it definitely sold us on traveling this was again. Property was perfect for our little family. Clean, comfortable and in a great location.

House was great. Storm went through one night and lost power for a couple of hours and either a neighbor or owner left flashlights on the porch for us. So thoughtful and much needed. Great weekend!

This property is just the right size for 4 people. Close to the beach. You could hear the surf from the balcony. Would come again!

Very clean property!

We enjoyed our trip. I come to Dillon Beach every year for vacation. The house is beautiful. I would definitely book this house again if I could bring my dog. I will be looking into a dog friendly rental next year.

A weekend at the coast is a welcome escape from the heat of summer. Dillon Beach and the surrounding area are beautiful any time of the year. The home was perfectly outfitted for creating delicious meals from local seafood and produce. We were very happy with this property.

Great Place to stay! Very clean! Easy access to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Dillon Beach. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen was sufficient. I really enjoyed making individual cups of coffee with the stovetop percolator. And what a great view from the balcony! A few small issues came up while we were staying that the owners took care of right away. However, be careful when you park! It’s a little bit of a tricky driveway in the dark and fog. Overall we had a fantastic time!

The property was a great spot for our family of four. The deck has a great view of the ocean.

The cottage was much nicer than appears in the listing. the kitchen was amazing as we love to cook our own meals instead of driving in the dark as the Resort Dining was closed. The deck was a great way to see when the beach was clear enough (without fog) to visit. The community is much more friendly than some along the waterways and we really appreciated that there was a friendly attitude towards visitors/renters. There are steep stairs to go downstairs but a bathroom upstairs which is very helpful to avoid extra trips.

Very easy to rent.

This property was the perfect Birthday get away. My husband and I stayed the first night and went out to dinner at Denucchi's Italian and then enjoyed some bubbles on the expansive deck. The next night my two girlfriends joined us and stayed in the room downstairs. The property was perfect with each room having its own bathroom. We packed in lots of hikes and even enjoyed a morning rainstorm on our last day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice meal the second night. The beds were super comfortable as well. We will be back!
