Alles neu renovierte Strandgrundstück, 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, spektakulärer Blick auf den Strand im Hauptwohnbereich und Schlafzimmer, neue Küche, neues Badezimmer, neue Möbel, neues Kingsize-Bett im Zimmer, Sofa verwandelt sich in ein Queensize-Bett, neue Leuchten, Deckenventilatoren , neue Geräte, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Gebläse, Minibar, alles neu. TV / Kabel im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, kostenloses WIFI. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wunderschöne moderne Dekoration, Pool, Zugang zum Privatstrand und ein kostenloser Privatparkplatz. Nur wenige Schritte von trendigen Strandrestaurants und Bars, Nachtclubs, Casinos, 5-Sterne-Hotels, Unterhaltungsangeboten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle in die Altstadt von San Juan oder zum Flughafen ist ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten entfernt und kostet nur 75 Cent. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen Wassersportverleih / -stunden (Jetski, Kitesurfen, Kajaks, Parasailing, Bananenboote, Surfen usw.). Fahrradverleih sind 10 Minuten entfernt. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich auf dieser Etage (12. Etage). Geldautomatenkarten sind in der Lobby neben dem Büro des Administrators erhältlich. 24 Stunden Mietwagenunternehmen und CVS-Apotheke nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Auch Isla Verde Strand, der nur wenige Schritte von meiner Wohnung entfernt ist, wurde 2016 von USA Today als bester Stadtstrand der Vereinigten Staaten ausgezeichnet und ist auch die Nummer acht unter den zehn besten Stadtstränden der Welt (Travel and Leisure Magazine).

This place was a complete dump everything about the beautiful modern up to date condo was a lie. The water was messed up we had no way to shower, The buttons on the air-conditioning were broken and there was no way to adjust the old timey window units. There was no oven and it was advertised with a kitchen. Then the power went out in the condo and we had to find another place to stay the week of the 4th of July. It was ugly drab and dark. We did not feel safe. Condo is in the hood of Isla Verde Beach. I requested a refund and the host tried to charge a cleaning fee deducted from my fee. Vrbo I thought was safe, they charged a service fee. I contacted my bank and let them handle it. Do not use Vrbo or stay at this wack condo. He destroyed our vacation to Puerto Rico. Do not stay here. Jose stated he did not know but had other guest before us. I know they did not stay there without water. He said they told him about the water after we checked in

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and so conveniently located next to an absolutely gorgeous beach, restaurants, and more. Jose was extremely responsive and provided all of the information that we needed as well as recommendations for where to visit and what restaurants to try.

This condo is wonderfully updated. The host is very prompt with his communications. The location of this condo steps away from Isle Verde Beach is fabulous! You can also easily walk to Carolina Beach, which is equally wonderful. I highly recommend this property. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here, as we did. We will return again next year.

Great location. Super close to the beach, great ocean view from the condo. The condo is well equipped with different things for daily use. There were a bit inconvenience such as delayed response at check-in causing some delay in entering the building and the parking beeper didn’t work properly at first but the host was able to solve the issue. The host was responsive in time in general. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Our stay was very pleasant, place was clean and everything was provided. The location was amazing, right across from the beach.
We had difficulty with the tv which didn’t work for the majority of our our stay, and the ceiling fan remotes didn’t work, it would have been nice

This condo was so clean, well organized and well stocked. It was right on the beach with little beach bars right on the property. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Jose the owner did a great job keeping in contact with us and making sure we had all we needed.
Condo was close to the airport, 15 minutes to Old San Juan, 10 minutes to snorkeling, walking distance to casinos and really nice bars and restaurants.
Had a blast. Strongly recommend this condo for you stay. Very family friendly area.

I came back to Puerto Rico to visit my family. I started my vacation staying with family at their homes, but I wanted my daughter to enjoy waking up at the beach as well. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the host was extremely accommodating and always available. This is a great location for someone who has never visited the island. You are under 10 minutes from the airport, you can walk to local stores, restaurants, casinos and you are beachfront. You are also just a quick ride by car, bus or Uber to Old San Juan 🇵🇷
I was raised spending every summer in Puerto Rico with my family and coming back during the winter months. So to know that I'm near a major highway to head in any direction of the island along the coast or head straight up to the mountains is a plus.

The property is very nice. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is super close to the beach, restaurants and stores. I traveled with my teenage daughter and my mom and we had no safety concerns. Jose was quick to respond to questions or concerns before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Jose was a wonderful host! The condo was immaculate, fully updated, modern and very comfortable with a 5-star view. King bed was very comfortable, with brand new A/C that got ice cold for good sleeping. The location was right in the middle of all the action of Isla Verde so you could be as busy as you wanted and burn the midnight oil, or if you preferred to take it easy at the pool that was an option as well. The beach and ocean were at your footsteps along with a great restaurant and bar, in addition to the infamous Isla Verde strip with plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, casinos and entertainment. We can’t wait to return to this amazing condo!! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. PS, there was a great fully-functional kitchen if desired with all the gadgets to cook, however we chose to enjoy the delicious local cuisine. Stay here, you’ll love it!!

The check-in, check-out process was super simple. The place was exactly as it was portrayed online. Beautiful home, great scenery from the window. We loved waking up and just staring out the front at the beach and ocean. Lots of places within walking distance as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Jose's place was everything we dreamed of!!!
I am so happy that we booked with Jose. I did a ton of searching for the best place to stay in Isla Verde for my daughter's graduation trip and honestly his place checked every box for our stay. For one it was directly ocean front and the morning breeze from the ocean was incredible. There were so many cool restaurants and a beach front restaurant in our building that served delicious food and frozen drinks we could walk over from our beach loungers and get one anytime. Jose provided all the necessities we would need for the stay, from the beach chairs and cooler to a fully stocked kitchen, to sunscreen and towels for the beach. I highly recommend his place for your next trip to San Juan; he was also very good at communicating with us during our stay to make sure all was going smoothly. We will def stay at Jose's place again on our next trip to PR. Thanks again for everything Jose :)
