The house was very clean. Towels and wash rags were provided although there could've been a few extras of those. Beds were comfortable. We were overall pleased with our stay there.

So peaceful! The house was incredible. So much room for us to relax. Very quiet area of the lake. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Such an enjoyable time. The kids and adults alike loved the water. The kitchen was so well stocked. An amazing time!

The home was amazing, right on the lake as mentioned. The house is stocked with all things you may need to cook meals. Was a great stay!

-Over all we were very pleased with the accommodations. Had a fantastic time enjoying the kayaks and lily pad. We are also a few shades darker. -The dishes and silverware were put away dirty. (the dishwasher is tricky, soap pellets only dissolve about half the time, and the machine sometimes will stop just minutes into the cleaaning cycle) -We broke a kayak paddle (tried to glue/weld didn't think it would work so we bought another paddle) -A ring binder at the location with instructions for appliances, recommmendations for equipment rentals, restaurants, attractions etc. could be very helpful. -FYI - The plates are not microwave safe - maybe put a note of that in the inside of the cupboard for the dishes in order to avoid damaging the microwave. -There weren't any foosballs (none at local stores and amazon delivery would have been after our stay). -TV remote batteries need to be repaced (bedroom off porch TV) -Door latch to downstairs bedroom sticks (mechanism doesn't retract the whole way into the door) -Door latch to the downstairs common area bathroom is a hair too high or the door is too low (have to lift up on the knob to latch the door)

The property is in a peaceful area, but close enough to town and activities. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Had a fabulous time with our famuly staying here over Christmas! Older kids loved the hot tub and made a fire outside also. Was very clean and nicely decorated and better than expexted it to be! Played lots of games and watched movies together and had everything provided would need. One of best Vrbo's stayed at and would stay again. 5 stars!!

Overall it was a nice relaxing thanksgiving getaway with my family and a couple of their friends. Property was nice and quiet with plenty of space. However found that there is not much to do at Lake of the Ozarks in November. Will not go during off season again.

Extended family trip. The place was great! Plenty of space for all of us, and in a great location. Kids had a blast! Will definitely consider coming back because of it!

We had the best time! Had a large group from toddler to teens and adults. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The house is beautiful and comfortable with everything you need to move in for a great stay.

We had a big family group with babies, children and adults. It worked perfectly for us. Each family had their own space with a bathroom. And open living room, kitchen, dining room and patio areas were perfect for the big group. This house is well stocked, and you will find lots of dishes, appliances like toasters, crockpots, blenders and kitchen tools. That’s so nice to know when you’re packing! Having a washer and dryer was so nice with the wet beach towels. The hot tub worked great, and was a big hit. Kassandra was super helpful with recommendations and communication. There are so many things to explore on the lake - we would definitely return!

We had an awesome time. My mother didn’t want to come home, she loved sitting out on the deck watching the boats. She asked when are we going again? Definitely will be back.

This home has everything you could need! It’s clean, has great lake access, and plenty of room for our multiple families to comfortably stay. I would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful time in this huge house! So many beds and baths are super clean and spaced out. We had 6 kids -10-16 years old. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. Close to the dam and access to 54 where more shops and restaurants are. Swim dock and slip were great too! Hot tub was nice in the evenings and our rainy day. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our family of four stayed the week after Christmas and it was a great short getaway. We wish we could have had more family or friends with us because it had PLENTY of beds. The hot tub was a great way to relax after exploring the state parks and caves in the area. The kids even caught some fish off the dock. All around it was a fun trip!
