The hotel is in a very charming street with big trees. The breakfast is REALLY superb, you must taste it. Incredible. The staff is very friendly.

We had no balcony so it was difficult to dry the clothes. The room was on the ground floor close to the street.

The owners & staff are very helpful & awesome! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms are cleaned every day. The cakes made by the owner are particular, I really loved them. They rent bike for free, which is great to make tour in the city and nearby. I recommend to visit city Cesena which is very close on bike. Also I recommend Bar Stelka in the neybourhood the staff are also nice and fun!!! I loved the time in the hotel and in the city as well. San Marino @ Bologna are close to visit.😉

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everyday cleaning and towel change when needed. Breakfast is lavish and lasts from 7,30 to 11,30 which is very convenient. The location is wonderful - peaceful but still close to the beach. The hotel provides bikes which is the best way to explore the area. Very green, with lovely plants and all well maintained. Homemade panetone is TOP!

The staff could be more friendly to non-italian speaking guests. More seasonal fruits and some healthy options (as whole grain bread, vegeatbles) for breakfast will make it even more spectacular.

Not in the city center, but very close to the beach and promenade of this suburb. We were offered free bikes. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was beautiful and well-kept, in our opinion it was the most beautiful hotel in the area. Lots of plants and cozy outdoor seating. Free bicycles for use. Clean room. Attentive cleaners. Good breakfast. Omelet to order. Helpful attendants.

Breakfast could have included more tomato and cucumber.

The hotel is a family business and is relatively new, clean and cozy. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of it. The staff is very friendly although they don't speak (very good) english or any other languages. But was funny.

The food for breakfast was all good. Good facilities and easy to go to the beach.

The staff are not approachable. Poor security. The free parking area is too far from the hotel The air condition is not cool in our room.

The location is nice, parking spot on site is a big bonus if travelling with a car, breakfast was great, the staff helpful and so lovely (even with a language barrier), room was ok for our needs, we stayed just one night while passing by the town. Beach is close and the whole town is super nice.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our summer trip through Italy this year. The rooms were comfortable. The beach was quite near, also some small shops to buy all the things you need for or after the beach. Especially ice cream. ;-) But the Hotel breakfast is so delicious (all the photos are really true) that you won't get hungry before afternoon. Alessandro creates exrraordinary sweets..Parking place is available and complementary bike service ist offered. We used the bikes for a small tour to the harbour in Cesenatico in the evening, very worth a visit. We were sad to leave and hope to come back again.

As usual in these places in the evening there offen is music outside the hotel, simply listen or take part ;-)

Fantastic breakfast, fantastic variations of choices, very tasty! And for the personnel the customer, is real client. I was very happy with this choice!

The property is in a quiet, nice neighborhood, 200 m from the beach but far enough from the more crowded part of the city. Room was clean, and staff has been very helpful with each of our questions. Breakfast is one of a kind; that alone is probably worth the stay!

Bathroom setup was a little odd, with WC and Bidet surprisingly enclosed in the shower box. Walls between rooms are rather thin, meaning that one rude guest may be well heard by the entire hotel.
