If you’re looking for a beautifully decorated and relaxing place to go, this is it! The screened in porch overlooking the water was amazing and the daybed was a huge hit. The sunrise was unbelievable. We saw manatees and dolphins right at the end of the dock- This is a huge fishing area. Dock has a fish cleaning station which was nice. Not much around the immediate neighborhood except Crumps (the tiki bar/restaurant) but it’s an easy walk and great atmosphere, and a quick kayak or boat ride across the river brings you to other bars/ restaurants and a fresh seafood mart. Check out the freezer. We went 3 or 4 times! The kids loved crumps where they could play corn hole on the little beach area. Publix grocery store/ liquor/ ice cream/ pizza etc about 3 miles down the road. Walmart a little further. Kayaks made exploring the area easy, but renting a boat for a few days is worth it to further explore. There’s plenty of room at the dock.. The hot tub was amazing but got stinky very quick despite rinsing first. A few days in we contacted the property manager and they sent someone right over to clean it. It got stinky again within the next day or two again so not sure what was going on. Lots of water floats to use, but many had holes. Best to stick with the water mat. Plenty of kayaking within 30 min - 3 sisters, 7 sisters, weeki wachi- the kids found a blow up obstacle course water adventure they loved- ( Lyft adventures I think) down toward Hernando beach . We also found a little local beach - Fort Island that was nice too. The adults and kids both had a great time

The property was lovely, We rented a boat and went out to the gulf and down to the springs. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home on the Homosassa River! We spent most of our time sitting out by the river, on the screened in porch, or out by the fire pit. We kayaked, lounged in the hot tub, and went boating and fishing in the Gulf with friends and family who live in Homosassa. We had manatees and dolphins swimming right under our dock. We walked to Crumps for dinner and entertainment and also checked out Margarita Grill, The Freezer, The Monkey Bar, and The Shed. We also visited the Ellie Schiller State Park. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit!

Beautiful priceless waterfront view enjoyed throughout the house. This home is complete with so many great amenities. We enjoyed paddling out every morning. Kept the boat at the boat dock. Enjoyed fires overlooking the water and lazy afternoons on the outdoor swing bed. The hot tub and grilling porch had excellent views. Perfect location to enjoy the local restaurants and waterways. Guaranteed to see manatees at this time of year. Eric was very accommodating and easy to converse with. Would definitely stay again.

We had a perfect time with our three small grandchildren. We rented a pontoon from Homosassa Spring Marina and were able to park it at the dock for two days. In the late afternoons we would kayak with the owner’s equipment. We also used the owner’s paddle board at the springs with the manatees. The kids got to experience so many new things in a short time and we made special memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for opening your home!

Very clean. Spacious for 7people. 10 p pole might be a little tight. Wonderful open concept first floor. Hot tub was great. Excellent views and sunsets from outdoor area with a dock and outdoor fire pit area. Would highly recommend.

First of all the home is beautiful. The view when you walk in the front door is amazing, we celebrated my husband's 50th bday there and the house was perfect! Plenty of room for us 8 adults. One of the most well stocked VRBO's I've been in, they had everything we needed. Communication was fabulous as well! Can't say enough about this property, just book it already!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this great house in Homosassa! We were able to tie our boats up at the dock and catch plenty of fish in the river. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub each evening we were there. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We ate out a few times and Crumps stood out above all the others. Our thanks to our host, hostess, and property manager for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Stayed here with a group of guys for a weekend on the river to celebrate my brother's wedding...it was just as expected and even more. Great property, everything you'd need, more than enough room. Thanks!

Amazing, everything and more the communication was amazing the owner and the property manager responded fast and the house has it all great location safe super nice neighbors check in and check out was super easy. Kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub and so much more we will definitely be coming back Amazing, clean, worth every penny

Overall awesome! Great main floor layout and kitchen. Downstairs is fun Dock is perfect for bringing your boat. We brought a 25 center console. Would stay here again for sure.

We have visited Homosassa many times in the past and this home was by far the best. The location is absolutely perfect – a short kayak ride to Monkey Island and Crumps. The home is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The views from the house are outstanding. Our favorite thing to do was watching the sunrise on the day bed that is pictured. The dock was big enough for two boats and is in a no wake zone (which is very important). The home was very well stocked with fun things (3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, huge floating raft for spring) and in the kitchen. The Property Manager is very friendly and was eager to be helpful. Overall, I can not recommend this house enough. Although it is a little more expensive than most of the homes we have stayed at in the past, if was well worth it. We will definitely be back!!!

We rented this house for the week of July 4th for a family vacation. The property is lovely, beautifully furnished and perfectly located to run out to scallop or idle down the river to spend a day at the springs. The house was stocked with everything you may need and the game room downstairs with a draft board, ping pong and pool was a hit with both adults and kids. We easily fit two boats (22' and 26') on the dock. If you want a night out both Crump's and MacRae's are very close. This property could not have been more prefect and I look forward to returning.

Very nice area and the location cannot be beat. The dock was perfect for my 18' pontoon boat (about 2.6' of water under the boat at low tide) . The view from the house is spectacular. We found everything we needed to make our vacation a good one. The owners were very responsive and they care about insuring that their guests are happy with the home. The provided Kayaks look to be in excellent condition. We didn't use them, but they looked new and well maintained. You can't ask for much more in a vacation rental!

Had the best time at this property. It has everything you need when you are away from home. My favorite features of this property were the swing bed in the screened in porch, jacuzzi and of course the location. I would highly recommend this property.

It was a birthday weekend celebration and the house was perfect for our gathering with beautiful views of the river. The kitchen was especially good for cooking for a large crowd with the large counter and commercial size refrigerator.

The house was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. Close to restaurants and had nice dock for our boat. Would definitely come back again!!

We booked this beautiful spot for our first vacation in years. The house is situated perfectly for water fun and close restaurants near by. We will be booking this venue again in the future. Thank you to the owners and property management for a wonderful house.

The property manager was responsive to questions through the entire process, from reservation to our check in. We did not have any issues or need to reach out once we checked in. The house is in a beautiful location. We were met by someone who said she was the assistant to the property manager and she showed us around and explained how to work the a/c, humidifier, and hot tub which was very helpful. We had 3 adult couples so we had 2 in the main floor and one in the lower level which worked out great. If you have anyone with disability or trouble with the steep entry stairs, would recommend using the garage as entry and go up from the basement on carpeted, less steep stairs… The house was a lot of fun - from the hot tub to the pool/ping pong table and relaxing from the porch swing to the Adirondacks by the water. The kitchen is well equipped with a massive refrigerator and all cooking supplies, traditional coffee pot (vs Keurig), and even some basics in the pantry. The main floor of the house is beautifully upgraded and has 2 bedrooms with Q beds and 1 with bunks and 2 full baths (including one en-suite in the Main). This was our first time to the area and we found Crump’s Landing just a few doors down - highly recommend going for lunch or dinner or just for a drink while you sit and enjoy the boats passing by. Overall a very nice experience and would definitely recommend this house!

highlight for me was paddling to monkey island. there's a lot of things to do in the area for nature and fishing people.

I had four friends down for long weekend golf trip and we couldn't have been happier with the property - plenty of room, beautiful setting to kick back at night, and open lines of communication to the manager. To top it all off, I left a pair of airpods charging in the main bedroom and they were recovered and shipped to me. You generally won't get that service from a hotel. Thank you.

The property was perfect for our group! The property manager, Kimberly, was extremely responsive and very helpful. Everyone had a blast!

We loved the location and the property. It was so quiet and peaceful with views to watch the boats go by, see mullet jump, porpoise chasing them while manatees watched. Not to mention the beautiful sunrises. We were able to launch our 18 foot boat and a jet ski just down the road and keep them at the dock on the property. The boat ride to find fishing spots was only about 20 minutes and all the locals at the bait shops were so friendly, as was everyone we met. The house itself is a great layout, bedrooms upstairs and down. The main area is perfect for everyone to spend time, very open kitchen to cook and hang out in, cute breakfast area. We didn't get to use any of the floats or kayaks because we were focused on fishing but there was so much to do on property between the pool/table tennis, hot tub, outdoor fire pit and even spending time on the dock. The property manager was very responsive and check in on us to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely love to return. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place with us :)
