this is our second time staying at Grooms cottage… it’s a home away from home, with hosts that welcome you like family!

Before we even arrived for our stay our host Ann sent me a lovely detailed and welcoming e mail including clear directions how to find Pardlestone Farm and on arrival she was there to meet us and show us into the property which was absolutely fabulous, it had everything you could wish for from a well stocked kitchen, (we went self catering) comfy furniture to exceptional bed linen and towels. My personal favourite was the sunken bath! The grounds were beautiful and the views were breath taking, there was so much to see on the farm with the added bonuses of the horses, cats, dog and goat! Ann and Mark were always around if we needed them but we were left to come and go and do our own thing without the feeling of being watched and that is what we liked the most. The surrounding area was amazing, mainly fields, hills and the ocean which is the main reason we picked the location for the peace and tranquility

We loved everything about this place as the scores show. We used it as a base while looking around the area for a static caravan. Perfect, will definitely book again as we took time to explore the area bottom of the long road, by the main road & found The Hood served burgers out if this world, we brought some home & the food was lush. We found the pebble beach also & had a fantastic walk along the coast with our 2 dogs. Really lovely weekend all made possible by the lovely Grooms Cottage, thank you. Communication, cleanliness, facilities, cutlery, pots, pans, everything was awesome.....

The good old British Weather... Was very windy that weekend but in all seriousness, didn't bother is to be honest...

Very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean with a helpful host and all the equipment and facilities you could want, and some nice touches. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
