Good atmosphere

The nature in Ardennes is great.
Swimming pool was warm and clean.
Tent was quite spacious.
Toilets were not being cleaned regularly and there were no soaps in some toilets. I assume it must be the first thing to check in the morning if you don't do it at night.
Beds were single ones not the double bed for 2 people. It is annoying to have the gap between.
Music starts at 9 in the morning and finishes at 11 at night. It is impossible not to hear it and DJ is very loud during the day.
Although tents are very big, there is no mirror or a stand to put your clothes.
As a glamping experience, it was a bit expensive.

Location is great and stuff is very pleasant.
Although there is a heater but it switched off during the night automatically. It was an extremely cold night. Two people of our group caught cold.

Location, activities on site, breakfast, personnel VERY friendly and helpful, clean tent, great view, amazing swimming pool.
Toilet and shower is too far away and not enough for all the tents. The price is too high for what it is.
Mixed feelings about the visitors - very kids friendly on the one hand, but on the other hand attracks different crowd as well - groups of young people that get wasted and puke all night. And you are lucky if they don't live very nearby :)
No pets allowed, so we left our dog with the sitter - but I saw several dogs on the premises.

swimming pool, bar, breakfast (when you could get it)
huge queue for breakfast, evening food was pretty poor

Amazing location and loved the amazing food
You could not go anywhere without a care.
The closest store was 60 min walk :(

Location, facilities, tents
Staff was not helpful. At the bar it took half an hour to order drinks. Pool is accessible for public so very crowded which I don’t think it’s fair towards people who stay overnight and pay much money!

Very quiet very nice views, nice swimming pool and area, good walking distance from Centrum (just a bit uphill in return)
Comfortable bad and space.
breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was. Shower didn't work, but was fixed after complaint. Terrace otside tent was not cleaned, and the tent could have been a bit ventilated as they have the option to roll up the side panels to have some airing.

clean. new stylishly furnished. great shower and toilet blocks. good food. helpful staff. beautiful site with festoon lighting and DJ great brand new play park for kids
not so great for families with young children due to the noise. although this did seem to stop around 11:30
unfortunately ALL water went off from around 9pm toilets, taps, showers etc
we waited ages to be served in the restaurant and had to go up to the staff more than once after they forgot our drinks etc

Interior tent and staff were nice, easy checkin
they should have warned customers that the biggest biking tour in Belgium was taking place there the day we were there. the pool trance music was way too loud and not enjoyable. service friendly but waaaaaayy too slow. overpriced in general. visitors didn’t respect noise rules so it was difficult to sleep through the night, as we were along a more frequented path

bar/restaurant was closed. School camps

The tents were spacious and clean, the cocoon tent had an electric heater. Toilet and bathroom facilities were clean. Nice dining and pool area.
The stay is very overpriced. You pay 4* hotel prices for a tent without breakfast. The breakfast was an additional 17,5€ p.p. which is way too much for some bacon and eggs and nutella. The experimental room also did not have a heater which made it a very cold night. There was some mould on the curtains as well.

Facilities were clean, people were nice and helpful. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot and plan to stay at Greenfields for 2-3 night vacations.

Nice terrace
The breakfast & vegan (asked for in advance) options were very poor...

The dream lodge/ tents were very spacious and clean. The view was phenomenal. The site was well-kept and the pool and surrounding areas excellent. The playground wasn't particularly large, but in excellent condition, and had everything to entertain young children.
The proximity next to Durbuy Adventure Park is very convenient.
There were lots of flies (infestation) in the breakfast room (chasing flies off bread and pastries every two seconds isn't quite my thing). Breakfast was also comparatively pricey at EUR 20/25. I'd expect to pay this at a relatively nice 4-star chain hotel, but would get a lot more in return (breakfast was continental/ no hot breakfast and the choices limited).
In retrospect, I understand that the location's target customers are young adults rather than families. Still, the (dance) music on the main stage was very loud and impossible to "shut out", even though the dream lodges are located on the edge of the site overlooking the valley. That being said, things calmed down significantly after 11 PM.

The decor and place was amazing, such a beautiful location, very original concept and great for kids.
The food was also very good, the breakfast was very complete, so many activities around and all family friendly
We had an experimental tent because it was the only one left, and I think the price was very high because it was last minute but I feel like it was too high for the available facilities and service.
The showers were not clean or handy and the service was quite slow and bad.

The scenery is amazing - public facilities looked neat, clean and new.
There were construction activities during our stay, we did not know about. It made quit some noise.
Even though the (Shaka) tent looks very nice, a couple of things were broken, like the toilet handle, bathroom light, piece of (outside) chair was missing, value for money was not to be found there. Also, we received the keys for a second row tent, while there were tents available on the first row, prices were the same, but still were given a tent with a much lesser view.
The second night of our stay, there was a party going on and even though they were asked (at midnight) to turn down the music and be considerate of others, this was ignored and sleeping was impossible until after 1.30AM.

Fun experience, very clean facilities, helpful and English speaking staff, delicious breakfast.

The Shaka tents are great! Specious, everything available. The beds were comfortable.
The water tap would run with warm water for just a few seconds and then turn to cold again. The shower on the other side, was just fine.
