Niko Elen is a very clean hotel, the staff are exceptionally helpful. The location is perfect for the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.
Nothing.

Very clean, well situated, friendly staff and a beautiful building.
Breakfast was very random and not of great quality. No pool bar.

I am not the kind of person who is always happy with everything while living in a hotel. But not the one who expects daily cleaning of the room with a change of linen and a rich breakfast from the Hypermarket assortment : for 5 €.
Therefore, my review will be realistic. The hotel is clean, the rooms are standard, comfortable. Bed linen is clean, bathroom towels are snow-white and fluffy. They change linen on the third day, as everywhere in Greece in hotels and apartments of this class. The breakfast matches my room and breakfast payment. The employees are all polite, welcoming and friendly. My special thanks for the kidness, always ready to help us Elena and Maria with advice and deed.
I appreciate that the hotel reception takes care of the quiet in the hotel area in the evening time.
Result: We had a great time sleeping in a clean comfortable bed, having breakfast and relaxing by the pool for a small fee at Niko Elen hotel.

The rooms were clean, that’s the only positive
thing I can say unfortunately.
The staff was not welcoming at all. We all felt very
uncomfortable with the way we were treated.
As soon as we came in it didn’t feel like we were
welcome.
We had to pay for airconditioning (even
though on Booking.com it literally states that airco is
included, still we had to pay €6 p/d). Also we got
a whole lecture on how we weren’t supposed to
put it under 23 degrees C. After a bit of
hassling we managed to get the money back.
In the room we had a spare 1-person bed (which we
were not planning on using). We got told that if we
would use it anyway they would put us in another room.
The staff talked to us like we were a bunch of high
school teenagers, even though we were all well above
the adult age which was a little embarrassing if I have
to be honest.
Privacy was also not a thing here: the staff was watching every
move you’d make which was incredibly uncomfortable.
Last but not least: towels were not cleaned unless
you specifically asked for it, and even then it was
made clear that you shouldn’t ask for new towels
which I found very strange. Even if you had put
them on the floor after 3 days, they were not
switched for new ones and you were expected to
use the towels from the floor.

First time at the Niko Elen, but hopefully not my last. From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. It was a joy to stay there, and I look forward to my return

Hotel staff is very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and look very nice. Location is also very good, the beach is nearby.
Breakfast is okay, but every day same menu.

We have stayed at Niko Elen several times now. The hotel is spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. The location is perfect for the beach and all facilities in the resort. The staff are lovely.

The hotel looks brand new
The fact that you only get your towels changed every 4 days and the cleaner has a real issue leaving you with any extra toilet roll!
5.0
The hotel is totally renovated in winter 2019.
The rooms are confortable and very modern. We had a double room at the back side with a nice view to the garden, the pool and a chapel.
The beach is only 40 meters away with an easy access.
The breakfast was decent .
