Reception staff were friendly. Estelle was the star of the staff, she was very understanding and problsplver. Breakfast was good. Quite rooms.

Wifi was a bit weak. Shuttle driver was rude and refused to transfer me to the hotel even though O have booked the shuttle and sent reminders. He left me at the airport at night, i had to call the hotel to send him back.

Breakfast is poor and doesn't have any options at all (even basic range not mentioning the lack of products for lactose and gluten intolerants. The wifi was not working at all times. The tidiness was poor, the room was dirty and the housekeeping poorly done. There was nothing in the room: no iron, no room service menu, no phone numbers for reception or even room service. For each request I had to chase the personnel of the hotel. All in all, I'm not satisfied with my experience at your hotel and thank that it doesn't meet the Radisson Blu worldwide standards.

Leaving it

The worst hotel I have stayed at. Should not have the title Radison Blu Was not met at the airport despite messages confirming I would be and flight number. No apology for leaving me stranded at the airport. My room was not cleaned or bed made once. The shower exploded of the wall bruising my chest and toe. Power cuts all day. TV didn’t work despite multiple calls to fix it. Phone had the American power connection but the room had European power. Nothing worked in the computer area and could not print any documents without damaging them. Cards didn’t work in the machines. Overcharged paying normal Radison price for a deplorable hotel Payed for an earlier flight to get out of there.
