Lovely clean apartment with all amenities and a splendid view. Good air conditioning which was a boon in the hot conditions. Bedrooms could be blacked out completely and at night it was absolutely silent inside. No external noise whatsoever. Big, comfortable beds. Excellent host. Easily contactable and very helpful. Spoke over the phone only but went out of her way to print my boarding tickets (Electronic scanning may be an issue at Dubrovnik airport; Wizzair advised to print) and got them delivered by her husband. There was a big orange juice carton and 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Coffee, tea, sugar available. Washing powder for washing machine. Hand wash was there but other toiletries not. The view from the balcony is stunning but you have to stand up to enjoy it. Sitting down on the chairs the high balustrade obstructs most of the view.

Apartment itself is excellent. However, there are a few things to consider. It’s on the eastern most side of town in a building that is up an incline which gets steeper as you get nearer. 2 flights of stairs to get into the building, after which another 3 floors to climb to reach the 4th floor apartment. No lift. If you have heavy luggage or physical disabilities please think carefully before chosing this one. We had only cabin bags and back packs. Secondly, the building is in the middle of a very narrow dead-end residential area street with cars parked on both sides. There is no place to turn a car at the end and taxis often have to reverse all the way to the beginning of the street. Most taxi drivers are aware of this and will drop you at the beginning of the street and you are left with another 50 metres or so of steep climbing. Our airport taxi driver was the only one who took us to the front of the building. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away and if you are returning by bus, you still have about 5 minutes of steep roadway and the delightful steps of the building at the end. It’s about 25-30 minutes of walking to the Ploce gate entrance of old town depending on your speed of walking. Thirdly, if you want to return by taxi/ Uber, there is a one way system in this part of the city. So, the taxi from the Ploce gate has to go away from your apartment towards the city for a distance before turning back to come to the apartment. Uber prices are usually slightly cheaper than taking a taxi from the stand. Most of the time, when you call an Uber, it will be a taxi car that comes but the price is fixed and better.

What I liked? Everything. Really there is nothing wrong I can tell about this place. The staff is great, I never met such nice and helpful person. Thank you very much. The view was simply amazing. Exactly like on the photos. The whole apartment is clean, comfy and feels like home. Kitchen is well equipped, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge which was a perfection in hot summer days. AC is in every room, there are two bathrooms. You can self check in. We were allowed to stay a couple of hours after check out. Really, it is perfect. You can book this apartment and you won't regret!

Need to take so many stairs, no shampoo

absolutely everything!! the view is breathtaking, the balcony is huge and ideal for having coffee or meals whilst looking out at the sea. There is aircon in every room and beautifully decorated throughout- you feel like you are in a hotel! The kitchen is a bit small but equipped with everything you need.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Very modern apartment. Has all the basis amenities needed for cooking and laundry. Host very helpful and always respond to queries very promptly.

The stairs to the apartment and the small stretch of steep uphill climb towards the apartment block. But this in return gives us a balcony with beautiful views as it is on the upper floor.

Our family loved staying in this apartment. It is perfect location for holidays! The seaview from balcony was stunning. The host was very kind and helpful.

The property was located within walk-in distance to old town and swimming. There was also a bus station nearby- local bus 8, that we sometimes took to/from old town & to the central bus station. Lots of stairs, but we expected it. Very powerful air conditioning in the apartment with separate units/thermostats in each room. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed- even coffee. We really liked that there was a washing machine and detergent was provided. So convenient! Thank you.

It was a very lovely place to stay. Very clean, modern, and practical appartment. The view from the balcony is breath taking!!! One think you should know appartment is on the top floor and there is no lift so get ready to do some work out… LOL. Location is perfect 10 min to the beach and and around 20 min of slow stroll to old town. Owners are really really nice and friendly. Overall highly reccomended!!
