The whole stay in and around Dubrovnik was even more special because of this wonderful apartment! The owner gave us such a nice and warm welcome. The whole communication in general was incredibly easy and fast replied with good english as well. We were also given welcome and farewell gifts in the form of Croatian sweets. Since we arrived one day later than planned due to the bad weather conditions, we even got our money back for the missed first night. WOW! I don't think the pictures do the apartment justice. It is even more beautiful in reallife and magical there. Especially the terrace. Everything has so much space and is exceptionally clean, also the whole complex is well maintained. The location is really great too. It's a 20-minute walk to the city centre, so you can escape the hustle and bustle on the terrace and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Adriatic Sea. It is also not far to walk to the famous Banje Beach or the more secluded bays in the opposite direction.

If you plan to cook often, you should either bring oil and spices with you or buy them locally. However, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Lovely apartment with terrace and wonderful views. You can swim off rocks at the bottom of the garden!

Location, amazing view

The view from the terrace is outstanding!!! Distance to old town is absolutely okay, it took us around 20-25 minutes. The owner is really nice and we especially enjoyed the contact to the mother of the owner, who lives nextdoor. She was so nice and attentive:) We loved the apartment and we will come back:)!

Big terrace with best sea view! Nice and clean apartment! Very nice hosts! And just 5 minute walk to the beach. To the old town 20 min walk. Perfectly located!

I want to stay all summer - spot for our needs as we are regular in Dubrovnik. Close to Beach and Close to old town by walking. The View of old town from the terrace is one of the best and the view of Lokrum from your bed is even better

There is no washing machine in property. But I was happy to hand wash my clothing as it was a short trip. I plan to stay longer next time so will need to enquire about washing facility's for clothes

Ideal choice for those looking for a middle option between relaxing on the beach and exploring the Old town. Beach Sv. Jakov is nearby, in our opinion, the cleanest in Dubrovnik. The beach buffet serves great food. The apartment also has an access to the sea right down the stairs under the building - ideal for a quick swim. Walk to Old Town takes 15-20min, but the view is enjoyable the whole time. Small grocery store is within 10min. The apartment was well kept and clean upon arrival, the owner supported us with mosquito repellent, disinfectant, facemasks and gloves as well (2020 Covid situation). It is a few stairs (~20) down from the road and there are also ~5 stairs inside the apartment, so if you have problem with that, this place is not for you, but neither is the whole city of Dubrovnik. Apartments terrace is a great place to chill and unwind, well equipped with garden furniture and with a great view at Lokrum Island and Old Town. Air-conditioning and well functioning wifi were a big plus. The owner and her mother were very helpful and kind, check in/check out experience was very pleasant. We definitely recommend this place for stay.

Generally speaking, we were really happy about our stay. We would only recommend a few things: - kitchen could be equipped a little bit better (lack of non stick pan, long sharp knife) - the wardrobe has only a few hangers - future guests, beware of mosquitos everywhere around the city

Perfect location for sightseeing and sunbathing. 20 min walk to the Old town and 5 min walk to the St. Jacob beach. Fabulous views from the terrace, tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing little apartment right next to the sea with a fantastic view of the islands and old town of Dubrovnik! There is even an access to the sea to so we jumped in every morning for a nice swim in the cristal clear water. On the terrace we enjoyed breakfast and wine in the evening. We had a great time, fully recommend this place for a stay in Dubrovnik
