Quaint apartment in good location

The facilities were terribly lacking with 1 toilet door not working , another has a gap in the door so we had to use a cloth to cover the gap. 2 of the toilets floor got wet as the water from the shower overflows and once the water from the washing machine also overflows into the kitchen . The 4th room was obviously a storage room that was converted into a bedroom but it is not comfortable. Lastly as this is a old apartment with no lifts , carrying heavy luggages up 3 floors was no easy task .

Excellent location, comfy beds, spacious, double gazing, smokers balcony, not noisy. Make sure to go on a ride in the yellow minicars. Spinach cars even better. The wine shop on the corner.

On the 3rd (4th) floor, no elevator. Dishwasher door broken. Courtesy Dolce Gusto capsules without a machine. Impossible to park nearby.

Spacious apartment with all you need for a self catering stay, in a great location. Easy walking distance to the main sites and transport services such as tram, bus, and metro. Rex was very accommodating with quick responses to queries.

Great location in the center of old Lisbon. The apartment itself was charming and spacious.

Arriving at the apartment, late at night was somewhat daunting, including working all the lockboxes and the sketchy lobby and stairs.

Fantastic downtown location. Many charming and original details. Very spacious apartment. Excellent shopping, supermarkets, and restaurants just outside the door.

The hallway/staircase was a bit dark dark and had too little light. Some of the beds were a bit hard and squeaky. A/C or better fans would have been nice. Amount and selection of cups, glasses and other kitchenware could have been better. But they are all minor details in a very nice place.

Appartment is very well located.

The kitchen equipment were not clean. No lift in the building. the beds are not confortable and make a lot of noise. the appartement itself is quite old and the entrance is not very nice and clean

Everything was perfect. The apartament is just like in the pictures. The self check-in was easy. The position is great: close to touristic objectives, super market and restaurants area, but on a quiet street. We could not have found anything better than this.

We had no dislikes.

This flat was excellent. It is in a very good location, just around the corner from the tram and several restaurants and shopping. What I liked most was the attention to detail. For example, the memory foam-style mattresses were high quality. The bathroom shower had a rain head and better fixtures, and the toilet seats were self-closing. There was plenty of space - and beds - for a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). Would definitely recommend this for families with children, or for groups of adults who don't party until 3am. The host and other residents do take quiet time seriously and we appreciated that.

There was a clothes washer but no dryer. A drying rack was included but since it was raining we had to move it indoors, which made the kitchen cramped.

Location is excellent. The apartment is nice n clean.

The apartment is on 3rd floor without lift. It’s very inconvenient n difficult to bring the suitcase up without help.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location and our host could not have been more helpful. Our group really enjoyed our stay.

Only downside was no air conditioning but there were fans in every bedroom so it was still comfortable.
