We had such a wonderful time staying here. Our Hosts couldn't have made us feel more welcome whilst giving us the space to have a perfect time. The apartment is huge and very comfortable and it has all the amenities you could want. It's super close to the centre of town with on street (free) parking nearby. We were able to wash and dry our clothes after full days out hiking and swimming, and the outside patio is really cute and private. There was a really thoughtful hamper for our arrival and ice in the fridge. Our Hosts even provided a new French Press coffee machine when I asked if they had one I could borrow, and also offered a late check out which was greatly appreciated due to our late return flight. Couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you for everything. We will return.

This is absolutely fantastic accommodation! Cleanliness, perfect service, all the necessary equipment, comfortable beds, great location - everything you need in order to feel yourself, like at home! It was one of the best accommodations I have ever visited. Totally TOP!👍👍👍

The apartment was beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms which were spotlessly clean. The decor and design of the apartment was very thoughtful. We loved the outside sitting area which was very private. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions about tourist information. Thank you much for a wonderful stay!

Highly attentive host. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and directions and information for the property were very clear and accurate. Very clean home, nicely furnished, comfortable and great value for the money. I would very highly recommend. The gift basket was an extremely nice touch and greatly appreciated.

Parking is available on the street or close by but being from North America we found the streets very narrow and parking the car was a little scary and tight.

Beautiful space, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom, nice decor, lovely patio, full kitchen, laundry, AC/heating, drying rack, etc. Surprise pack of goodies on arrival covered our first breakfast as well as some treats. Great communication with host. Great location for walking in Ponta Delgada. No stairs! Street parking if you can find it but free parking lot very close. Try the snack bar on the corner. We had delicious fish soup for €2.

Located in the older part of town close to Portas da Cidade and the harbour. A beautifully renovated older house furnished with everything you could need for a short stay. Adelino is a friendly host who kept in touch with local advice and stopped by within a few minutes when the wifi went out. Highly recommended and somewhere we would return to on our next trip to Ponta Delgada.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very cooperative during our stay. Açores in December will always be a bit of a mixed bag weather wise.

Perfect place to stay for 5 nights ! We parked in the free lot closest to apartment. Loved everything about the apartment. The manager Adelino was outstanding in communications. Would love to stay here again.

While we never actually met Adelino, our host, we could not have been more pleased with our service and stay. Always checking in with us and quick responses throughout our week. Door codes were a wonderful access method that made check in very easy. We had both the 2 bdrm and 1 bdrm reserved. All friends agreed it was a delightful holiday. The apartments were beautiful, with modern furnishigs and the welcome basket was a perfect gift to get you through the mornings. Location was right in the middle of the marina so all areas, dining, shopping and activities were easily reached on foot. FYI, not only a washer, but also a drier which was a wonderful surprise! Can't say enough about this place. You'll love it!

Loved it all, nothing bad to say!

The apartment has exceeded my expectations! It was very clean and the landlord was really open with any information. He was really friendly, we were able to contact him at all times and get help with everything - even on short notice. Also, the apartment is really close to the center - supermarket, shops and bus/taxi stations are in close walking distance.

Apartment is very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Hosts were very sweet and made sure we had everything we need.

Only issue we had was finding free parking nearby. But by the 3rd night we knew where to look for them

This apartment is just the perfect base for exploring the island! The location couldn’t be better for Ponta Delgada, everything is accessible by foot. The apartment is fitted out beautifully and the host, Adelino was very welcoming! If we return to São Miguel we will stay here for sure. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

greatly located near the center of Ponta Delgada. Property was super clean and super furnished. nice big 2 rooms, great living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Adelino our host was very reactive and very attentive to our wellbeing. the provided tips were great. we will come back.

Located close to the historical center, perfectly clean, fully equiped, with very helpful host

It is a perfectly equipped, highly modern and freshly renovated, centrally located stylish place with attention to detail and a host that goes beyond what can be expected. Everything was perfect.

The one recommendation I would make is that it would be good if there were some basic kitchen supplies (spices, oil) in the kitchen so not everyone has ro buy it and throw it away. (There was a very sweet welcome package with milk, coffee etc though.)

I liked everything. The property was perfectly clean, equipped in all possibly needed modern equipment, located in the very center of the town. Even though I've never met my host, communication was smooth, access to the property easy and several times during our stay we were contacted if we needed anything. Overally great experience!

There was a neighbours' dog barking, even in the middle of the night. Obviously our host was not be blamed. The bedroom is a bit soundproof so with earplugs in my ears I was able to sleep well.

The apartment is extremely well presented, clean and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We were offered extra cleaning if we wanted, and were made to feel very welcome with the gifts. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay myself again, when returning to visit the other islands.

Nothing wrong with the property. Just one note of warning driving and traffic and parking in Ponta Delgada is crazy, would suggest take out full insurance on any hire car.

Very good location of the appartement, with good parking spots available within 200m. The appartement is very spacious, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, large kitchen and a nice outdoor terrace (with outdoor seatings) The hosts are very friendly and very helpful! A nice corb with different local specialities waited for us at the arrival. For a 6 nights it was a perfect appartement for us, also washing machine and dryer are available.

The location (one of the quieter roads compared to friends staying near by but close enough to centre for bars and restaurants), Stylish yet simple decor, Private courtyard with cute little lizards running about (they will try and run inside so keep door shut! We lost one inside and found him a day later in the bathroom on top of the sliding door, it was very difficult to catch him!) Laundry detergent and loads of towels provided (greatly appreciated), Air con was really quiet compared to other properties which meant we got great sleep on hot nights - you may not realise this is an issue until you experience a squeaky air con unit that wakes you up multiple times duty the night! (we had this issue at our next apartment with another property provider and ended up sleeping in the guest room). If we come back to Saõ Miguel (which we hope to do) we will definitely stay here again.

Non-perishable items like cooking oil, salt and pepper would have been useful (we had to buy our own which we then left at the next property we stayed at on Saõ Miguel as no extra space to take home in luggage and not able to find small "tourist size" versions. Occasionally we got sprayed with hosepipe when in courtyard by neighbour watering plants (but hot days so ok!). Coffee machine is a Nespresso which uses non-recyclable pods. Complimentary items a nice touch but some of this not suitable for coeliac/gluten intolerant people (gave these items to friends also staying on Saõ Miguel).
