Excellent location, very welcoming staff, beautiful balcony and terrace on the roof of the hotel is the best bonus.

The location was great. The room size was huge.
The windows don't seal well, you can hear everything around you. The street was extremly loud every night.
There could be more different choices of breakfast...some eggs, prosciutto, cereals...

My second time here & first choice for possible next time.
Great location in a walking distance from city centre (marina & restaurants), shopping mall and cultural attractions - one museum and Jose Canto botanic garden are just around the corner, and so is e.g. self-service laundry.
But the main bonus is the parking lot for hotel guests (for free), which turns the hotel into a hassle-free base for exploration of the whole island.
Sure, rooms are old and worn. But everything works and good prices compensate it well.

Accomodation was amazing and has very good location near city center. Hotel offer for you delicious breakfast as well. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful as well. I really recommend this accomodation.

Staff is very friendly, nice, and helpful. Hotel is clean and offers sufficient space; convenient car parking in the parking lot in the back; hotel is no more than 10 minutes from the city center.

Great location...excellent staff. Made our first time in Ponta Delgada a great experience. Close to everything and amazing staff.
Only change would be the breakfast...was the same daily but still great variety. Needed a fridge in the room.

Room clean but sterile, only one small trash can in bathroom, need small end tables both sides of bed, definitely need a couple of hot items at breakfast, mostly eggs, scrambled

....A great location, near the centre, near the airport..The stuff was friendly, helpful, cheerful....We loved our stay there very much. They also thaught us portugese....😁

We got what we expected and all of this was very good. Friendly staff who booked us a taxi to the airport, good location for a walk in the botanical gardens and a room with view over the city. Breakfast even had fresh fruit salad, so for a two star hotel all was good.

Centrally located a 10 minute stroll from the centre and waterfront. Quiet, decent sized room with good air-con. Adequate selection at buffet breakfast. Friendly, efficient reception staff. Free parking.

not a big thing: the wardrobe had certain odour (not well ventilated). Had to hang the clothes anywhere else. .. An (outdoor) chair to sit on the balcony would be nice.

breakfast quality. there were is something wrong with it. I had a bad feeling in my stomach until one day I stopped use hotel breakfast. and it is strange that there weren’t any eggs. even boiled.

Hotel staff was exceptional! Kind,polite and forthcoming. Gave a lot of good tips and helped getting around the island. Breakfast was good and sufficient.
