The sea view from the balcony is marvelous. Well furnished. Newly painted, Two air conditions working well but one of them its remote control not available, the bathroom is big with unique color. The stove and oven almost new but remember to take matchsticks. Microwave is available. Take enough cloths for the ur whole stay if you don't prefer to use manual washing machine. WI Fi is available with v. Good speed.
However if you prefer quiet places, put in consideration that the apartment is located in a main street in which cars are coming and going day and and people on the shore 24 hours.
But all what you you will fine in the area banks restaurants. I advice you to try basbosa an konafa shop at Muhammad Naguib square

The view of the beach is nice. Very cheap apartment.
Place looks shabby, there's no official name on the apartment. Doesnt look as fancy as the picture given. What you see is what you get. Communication wise, not too good, had to go to different assistant just to make confirmation. The noise from the outside traffic is sometimes unbearable, especially at night. Some facilities are not useable, not maintained properly. Location of the apartment is not that great for travelling to different site visit.

customer service and the way the manager spoke was totally unacceptable. When i asked where are the clean towels he responded you should stay in hotel, dont rent apartment next time as we dont provide towels and there where no toiletries.

Easy check-in and check-out, amazing view of the sea, good location, stable Wi-Fi, the host was always in touch
At first there was no internet connection, but the owner solved this problem. Towels are available for a fee (50 LE per one).

Mr. Mohammed is a great host, the apartment has a beautiful sea view! Very clean, and the location is great. We will definitely be back to stay there on our next visit to Alexandria.

The apartment is large and quite close to the sea with a marvelous sea view from the balcony. Just a walking distance from all kind of shops and restaurants. Free high speed Wifi. Air-conditioned rooms. Affordable and safe parking is available. Mr. Mohammed, the owner, is a very attentive and professional man. He will do his best to make your check-in and out so smooth and fast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
