Dirty bedspreads, pillows.
Very dirty, will get skin Infection. Not changed bedspread, pillowcase for several days. Blood stains also

Staff were good. Took order over the phone and kept food ready when we arrived. Staff attitude in general was very good
Cockroach, ant and lizard in room. Pillow, bedspread etc was dirty. Looks like not washed after many guest stays. Can get skin infection. Overpriced for the facility. Breakfast very very average for the price. Avoid if possible.

Nice garden and view from the individual terrace. Brand new bathroom. Good chairs for reading on the balcony (in many other hotels these chairs were not available). Good food, good service. Overall a very pleasant place to stay, close to the busstation and the jeeps that can drive you around the park
The light inside the room was not nice;?too white and blinding the eyes when reading in bed

Mansoor was amazing, he helped us with everything regarding taxis, onward travels, birdwatching and safaris. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The food was very good and reasonably priced and the staff remembered how we liked coffees whenever we asked for them, they were perfect every time. Our room looked out over a very pretty and well maintained garden.
We also did a jeep safari organised by the hotel which was excellent.
We stayed in this area primarily for the wildlife and went out on our motorbike several times. Although we didn’t see tigers, we spotted wild elephants everyday as well as lots of other animals.
We will stay here again when we return next year.

Very clean resort. And it is in the main location of Masinagudi. And a nice mountain view from the resort .
The bed can be better. There are two beds attached to make one bed. So a little bit uncomfortable. The bed sheet's length is a little bit smaller. Which was uncomfortable for me.

The overall maintenance of the property is good. The manager Mr. Mansoor Ali & other staffs was ever helpful and attended to our requests with enthusiasm.
Barbecue Grill- just small size 2 leg piece cost is Rs. 300 is not fair

Mr Mani - looked after all our requirements pretty well. There was never a dull moment. It was 100% value for the money spent.

Small well maintained property with reasonable greenery and an amazing Mountain View . Mansoor from property along with staff like Mani and Radhakrishnan were extremely accommodative . Food was really great .
Recreation room needs to be maintained well as those were not in usable condition

The location and staff were good. The room is also neat and clean. The entree to the destination is through tiger reserve we can experience a good scenic view and this can be used as a halt station on the way to Mysore/Bangalore as well as Ooty/ Wayanad. The quality of food was excellent.
The rate for the food was a little bit higher, but it can be negligible when compared to the quality they offer.
