VERY nice hosts, spectacular villa, and great localization. Owners have really good restaurant with sea view whitch I would like to reccomend. No problems with communication with hosts, they took care of everything and were willing to help with basically anything. Best place in Rogoznica!!!

Large house with its own pool and jacuzzi in a quiet part of Rogoznica. The owner was accommodating and tried to solve all our requests promptly.

The house does not have a suitable layout for the type of group of travelers that we were - several families with children. The house has 3 kitchens available, but only one of them is located on the upper floor, where 3 separate apartments are located, so they have to share it. At the same time, this kitchen was small and poorly equipped (microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker missing, only few cutlery, pots, plates etc.). Bathrooms in the smallest upper appartment was in a mediocre condition (age, mold). The sofa bed (according to the description intended for 2 people) is suitable for a maximum of one child. The washing machine is located in one of the upper apartments, which is impractical and restrictive. The lower two apartments have only one common bathroom with a toilet. There is only one wifi router for the whole house, which has a weak or no signal in the upper apartments, but the internet connection is generally good. The walls between the individual apartments are not soundproof, residents can hear each other talking.

There are no air conditions in all of the bedrooms, only 2 of the rooms have it directly in the bedroom.

Beautiful villa, perfect for a group holiday, lovely outdoor communal area with fire, friendly hosts who were on hand throughout our stay.
