These are very fine accommodations, from the quality of the bed to the kitchen and living room, to the cleanliness and quality. The views and presence of the nature preserve make for a very special place.

Stayed here for 5 days with my husband and our 14 year old grandson. This home is very nice (exactly as pictures show) and is within walking distance or a few blocks of everything we needed -- great restaurants, Cold Stone, Walmart, etc. We used this as a base camp while we traveled anywhere from 1/2 hour to 2 hours one way to the Conference Center (heard the Mormon Tabernacle Choir), Antelope Island State Park (saw bison and Great Salt Lake), the Bonneville Salt Flats (long drive but worth it because it was Race Week), Onaqui Mountains Herd Management Area (saw LOTS of wild horses), Wasatch State Park (went on an OHV ride -- beautiful scenery & saw a moose), Park City Mountain Resort (grandson loved the Alpine Slide and Mountain Coaster). It was great to end each day relaxing in the hot tub or grilling on the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised. Great kitchen and family area with view of nature preserve. Minimal contact with iTrip, but contact was very responsive. Lots of restaurants and retail close by and Park City only 10 minutes away. Upper bed rooms and lots of steps. We were in a record heat wave (mid 90's) and A/C did struggle so upper floors became a little warm. Would definitely stay here again.

My son and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is well appointed, clean, roomy and has a great fireplace and hot tub. But the best thing about this place is the views. This has to have one of the best views of the nature preserve and it was wonderful to have coffee and watch the sunrise every morning. You can find a better spot in Kimball Junction.

This is a beautiful, spacious house with incredible views of the Wasatch mountains. Key attributes:

- Comfortable living room with a large, swiveling tv
- Three full nicely designed/maintained baths
- Large primary bedroom with plenty of storage
- Giant windows with direct sight lines to the mountains
- Walking trail right outside living room
- Close proximity to tons of dining/shopping (get pizza from Maxwell's!)
- Very easy to get to Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley
The only negatives are the bedding (pillows are very dense) and the lack of live tv (you must bring your own streaming accounts with you).
If you're coming to Park City and want the flexibility of driving to a variety of destinations, this is a perfect house to rent.

Beautiful from head to toe. Loved the view, the location, the amenities, really everything! Very easy check in process, and the property was very clean. We loved the easy access to nearby shopping dinner, etc. but the shuttle to downtown Park city is a little further of a walk then communicated so if you’re thinking of skiing you may want to just Uber. Hot tub water was a little low when we arrived, but they sent someone out within two hours to fill it up, change, chemicals, etc. very helpful! When you call the ITrip number with this reservation, it’s a little difficult to get a hold of anyone but they did respond typically via text within a few hours. Would definitely stay here again! The nature preserve trail on poverty was an added bonus. My only recommendation for the owner of the property would be to add additional beds in the loft area. Upstairs, you could host another 2 to 3 individuals!

The condo was nice. I was impressed with the furnishings in the condo. Everything was color coordinated like they put it together with thought. Some condos I have stayed at seem to have been put together with whatever old furniture they had laying around. Bed was comfortable. The view in the morning was amazing as the sun rose over the mountains with a light fog in the snow covered field just outside the house. The condo is close to a huge shopping/restaurant area.
Now the not so good. The hot tub was not filled all the way. When I reported it to the host, it was filled by the time we were off the slopes. Great service! However, it had drained out in about 24 hours to the original level. Don't ask me how. The hot tub cover seemed to have taken on water during a rain and saturated the cover into the insulation, which froze when the temp dropped. Opening and closing the cover was like lifting heavy ice blocks.
We were there on Super Bowl Sunday and looked forward to watching it after skiing. We turned on the TV and it did not work. ON SUPERBOWL SUNDAY! After spending an hour trying to figure out the problem, we found that the device used to supply the TV with channels (think Fire Stick or Roku) was missing. After we figured that out, we swiped the one out of the master bedroom TV and used it. Just in time to leave for dinner and watch the ending at dinner. Definitely have to say that the TV should have worked. That is a basic when staying at a rental.

We've always enjoyed staying in Newpark on our trips to Park City. The Canyons Resort is very accessible, a 5-7 minute drive. There are a lot of restaurants walkable from this property.
Of the several Newpark units we've stayed in, this was the nicest. It is obvious the owner cares for his/her property. They've included small things that may not seem significant, but are so nice to have...cleaning supplies, ample dish and laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked.
We did have an issue with the cable/internet. Although that was mildly frustrating, we found the property manager to be immediately responsive. He was able to get the internet company there to fix the issue on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Communication back and forth with the management company was excellent.
Would definitely stay in this property again.

Property was as advertised. Communication was prompt. Location is perfect - calm, reservation views, but super convenient and walkable to stores, shopping and dining. Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

Easy to find, check in and check out. Hot tub was clean, hot and easy to use with a great view. Host was responsive. Had to drive to get to ski slopes but it was a nice trade off with the many good restaurants that were within walking distance of the townhouse. Would recommend!

Very close to park city canyons village lot/easy access to lifts via cabriolet gondola. Property as described and clean, management company very responsive/communicative. They email check in procedures/check out procedures. Hot tub is nice/new (fits 2 best, though 4 would be tight). Fridge went out during stay but they promptly apologized provided a reasonable refund to cover cost of food and noted plan for having fixed right away). Garage parking a nice plus, but careful will size of vehicle - we had a Jeep gladiator (truck) and was a super tight fit - had to very carefully maneuver to get in there (barely a few inches btw garage door and back bumper). View is nice. Good space for the 4 days we were there. Also close enough to downtown Park city (no traffic and non-snowy conditions took about 15min).

This is a great two-bedroom, loft condo for any type of Park City event or occasion. Just a few minutes from everything you need - restaraunts, coffee shops, skis, grocery store, and state liquor store. If you are not in Park City, this is the next best place to stay, with the best view sitting in the hot tub with a drink in your hand.

This property is absolutely perfect. The host checked in on us throughout our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. You’re a super quick ride to canyons or park city and about 15 minutes to deer valley. The townhome is also located in an area with several restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc.. you truly have everything you need! Also, the hot tub was the cherry on top! We used it daily after skiing and watched the sunset from there. I will 100% book through this host again - hopefully soon!

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The views are spectacular, we had a warm garage every morning, we walked to all the restaurants, coffee, and even the grocery store. It was nice to being so close to Park City to ski and visit the downtown and yet still able to walk the trails of the Swaner Preserve each day.

We were in town for soccer and chose this over a hotel for our family of 5. One teen used a provided air mattress in the loft and other teen and tween shared bunk/twin area so plenty of sleeping and bathrooms for everyone. Great views to wake up to and easy walking to coffee shops and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The condo also has nightlights in helpful places.
I would like to see refillable shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers in each shower instead of the single use stuff that hotels are even phasing out. We had to wash towels a couple of times bc there weren’t enough for 5 people to shower and use for hot tub and it would have been nice to have some basic laundry detergent provided for that. It was also hard to find in the dark when we arrived and garage would have been difficult to use with out suburban but plenty of parking across the street.
Probably because it’s professionally managed there weren’t as many checkout requirements as other rentals we’ve stayed in which was nice.

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay! The location is great and close to the slopes. The house was very clean and had everything we could ask for. The best part was the back deck overlooks a wide open nature area and the sunrises are amazing from there. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Condo with a view
The condo was a great place for 3 of us to stay a week. The area is very close to shopping, groceries, and eating places. Skiing in Park City and Deer Valley were easy to get to from the condo as well. We loved watching the birds in the nature preserve and enjoyed using the walking trail.

Spring Break
We have enjoyed every minute here! The townhouse is perfectly located for whatever you want to do in the area. We especially enjoyed the views of the nature preserve, what an amazing view at any point of the day. Must say after a long day in the cold and slopes, the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. Utah is beautiful and we would definitely stay at this location if we came back. Thank you for making our trip one to remember!

Great unit at Newpark
My family and I love to stay in Newpark when we come to ski. This unit had plenty of space for me, my husband and son. The Wi-Fi router went down while we were there, and maintenance came out the next day to fix it. We appreciated the prompt service. Only minor suggestions I have for the property manager: include some dish towels and do a more thorough sweep under the kitchen table and bar area. We found some crumbs from previous visitor.

This space is ok for families with little children. As a family of 5 adults, it was tight and not enough furniture for family time and comfort. The beds were tight, and the beds upstairs in the second bedroom too small for a 6'4" guy. (He ended up sleeping on the sofa bed.) The family room has a sofa and chair, so for a family of 5 adults, someone always ended up sitting on the floor.
The place looked like it was surface cleaned, but there were wrappers and dust clusters under the dressers and spots on the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were some dishes that didn't look clean, but that was probably previous renters' lack of courtesy to clean them. Bathrooms looked clean. The fireplace and hot tub were nice. The location was in a convenient area to skiing Park City, specially the Canyons, shopping and entertainment. The view of the sunrises from the master bedroom were phenomenal!

I can honestly say that the warmth of this gorgeous condo is not represented in the online pictures. We arrived from Michigan, ready for a relaxing getaway from six children(gasp) and we were utterly thrilled to arrive at such a beautifully decorated and appointed condo.
With a cozy and wintry theme, we had so much comfortable space and peace to enjoy the gorgeous view from the hot tub. Thanksgiving 'feast' was a plethora of grocery items, champagne and a very chill day in the hot tub, with football and Hallmark movies in the background.
You are essentially close to EVERYTHING-so easy to find, and very quiet, this spotless home was exactly what we desired and needed for a couples' only getaway.
My fiance had lived in Park City a dozen years ago and this was a surprise trip for him to show me around the area. We were able to visit Park City, Deer Valley, and Salt Lake City for wonderful dinners, sightseeing and shopping.
Honestly, I think it has made a future skier out of me! :) I skied in college, but it has been years.....
The only thing missing was the snow, which we hope to find on our next visit there. I hate to give such a great review, as we want it to be available next time we visit PC.

Beautiful and relaxing
Even though you are close to activities the condo was quiet. Decks are a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Hot tub was great after walking around Park Silly all day. We will be renting this again.

Great Location
We love staying in Kimball Junction. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The view of the Swaner Preserve was fabulous. The property managers were quickly responsive to all of our requests. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful!
We loved this property. Such a fun location with beautiful views of the preserve right out back. Our young children loved the hot tub (keep in mind you will have plenty of passers-by on the bike trail in the summer- not a private feel) on the deck, as well as the loft area up the spiral staircase. The bike trail is great if you plan to use it. Overall, super cozy stay with all necessities included, perfect location if you want to have quick and easy access to food and various activities PC has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
