Family friendly hotel, delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options (arrive 30mins before it closes at least) we pushed the room capacity with 4 adults and 2 toddlers, it was tight in space with bags and strollers but it was still comfortable. Kitchen is a plus, all items you need to use it are there, spotless, new furniture and friendly helpful staff. Disney is either 4 mins by taxi or 20 min walk (its a big block), there are plenty restaurants and shops near by

綺麗！ 朝食も色んな種類があって楽しめた。 部屋の掃除は二日に一回だけど、それで充分かなと思えた。 ディズニーまでは歩いて15分ほど。 アナハイムは治安が良いので、21時頃歩いても全く怖い思いはしなかった。

高速道路？に面しているので、車の音がよく聞こえる。

I mean not much you can do about this but breakfast is pretty hectic busy. Gotta go early or late to avoid the stampede.

Fantastic rooms for families, still very modern and new, laundry onsite which was brilliant. Heated swimming pool and lovely breakfast that they change slightly everyday, they cater for gluten free etc..

You can hear the floor above you… Disneyland fireworks are hard to see from the 2nd floor as there are trees in the way.

Easy access yet with good security. Easy walk to the Disneyland Park( we didn’t use a shuttle once!) and although a little farther to the Anaheim Garden walk it was still very do-able!

The pool was a little small, but it was clean and the boys seem to have fun in it (after all with its proximity to the Disneyland Park, we considered a pool on the property as a bonus!)

Literally EVERYTHING!!! It’s beautifully decorated & maintained. Lots of amenities INCLUDED! Awesome just awesome!

The parking was kind of interesting

The beds were super comfortable and the family suite had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The breakfast was healthy and filling, and the staff there was wonderful. We got to the breakfast late our first morning and my daughter was disappointed they had run out of muffins. When she asked the woman working there if there were any left, she went in the back and made her some waffles. My other daughter spilled her cereal and another person working got her a new bowl after sweeping it up. Great, great customer service. Walking to Disney took us about 10 minutes in the morning.

Wish there was a restaurant and bar - we would have enjoyed having an evening snack and night cap after a long day at the parks.

Included breakfast was great value and perfect before a day at Disneyland. Kids loved their bunk beds with their own loungeroom. Within easy walking distance to Disney.

The pool location wasn’t in the sun, no hot tub and no outdoor fireplace

Breakfast was good and had a great variety of items to choose from, and loved the pool it was much needed on the hot days!

Housekeeping did not come on the expected days, we did not have the no disturb sign on. I had to call multiple times for items, some of which I never received. Upon arrival, there was a Q tip under a pillow (clearly the bedding hadn’t been changed). For the price and staying for a week, I would expect more. Some of the staff were pleasant, others not.

The breakfast was fabulous with plenty of variety.

It was not very soundproof. The hotel doors to each room and heavy which means you can always hear other people coming and going.

They took nearly £1300. out of my bank when I had already paid and I had to wait two weeks to have it back and the staff found this funny. All floors were very dirty except in the room and all hot drinks were cold.

Very disappointing. Everything looked microwaved. They couldn’t replace items fast enough. The reviews were excellent on breakfast but I didn’t see that.

Too much freeway noise. Walls are kinda thin.

Near Disneyland

The location, complimentary breakfast, parking, the cleanliness of the room we stayed in, and it’s a 7mins drive/30mins walk to Disneyland Resort.

No cold water on the kitchen sink, empty shampoo and body wash, ac was not so cold.

New, spacious and had a great breakfast selection. Staff were friendly.
