la literie, l'emplacement, classe.

le pti dej est bien mais pour le standing on peut s'attendre à mieux surtout au niveau des jus. Pas d'expresso. Parfois l'ascenseur est un peu galére.

Waren zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel in den letzten 12 Monaten und dieses mal haben wir ein Upgrade in den Hauptturm genommen. Hier waren die Zimmer grösser und etwas Luxuriöser. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich die Zimmer waren immer Sauber. Ich habe nichts negatives zu sagen über diesen Hotel und werde wieder hier ein Zimmer buchen wenn wir in Bangkok sind.

The location is very good, easy to get to and from the airport and as well as the city center. Pool is good, and the room is spacious.

The overall state of the hotel is getting outdated. Soon it will need major renovations.

It's the most affordable option in the vicinity, just next to the Centre World Shopping Mall. Approximately fifteen minutes on foot,

large hotel; required two lifts to get to a room; cuisine was, regrettably, subpar. The room wasn't tidy and had some used stands on some of the chairs.

Geht so. Auf den ersten Blick ein echt schönes Hotel. Aber leider etwas älter, was nicht schlimm ist. Aber es stinkt im Zimmer total nach Abfluss und das Zimmer war leider nicht richtig gesäubert. War zum Glück nur eine Nacht.

Locatie is zeer goed. Vlakbij siam mall en andere malls. Hotel is goed. Kamer en bed goed. Bad is prima maar niet helemaal schoon. Verder alles zeer goed

the location was great, smack in the center and had a lot to offer for the one who likes the hustle and bustle

the selection at the breakfast was varied but tasteless, the facilities was old and in need of TLC.... it was too crowded for my liking and the service when in comes to drinks and food took to long, they forgot my small order for dinner and i'm was the only one ordering food.

Cindy the manager solved our issue that night. Good staff members. Have a place to store your luggage if you want to travel somewhere for a few days. Not far from the pratunam or platinum. Clean and always refill the stocks. Ohh the plus point is, they have the scale for your kg. So U will know how many kg your check-in luggage 🤣🤣🤣.

Der Check in war sehr schnell und einfach. Die Mittarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel, egal ob Zimmer, Lobby, Flure, Restaurant oder Poolbereich war alles super sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und es gab für jeden etwas. Amerikanisch, Europäisch sowie auch Asiatisch. Die Lage zum Shoppen super. CentralwOrld - Shopping Mall sowie der Pratunam Market (ideal für Kleidung) keine 500m. Entfernungen für Öffentlichen Verkehr: Airport Rail Link 700m, BTS Station Ratchathewi 1,3Km, BTS Station Chit Lom 950m und Saen Saep Khlong Boot Chitlom Pier 250m

Ich hatte über Booking.com das Hotel angeschrieben. Bis zum heutigen Tag habe ich noch keine Antwort. Meiner Meinung nach für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes No-Go.

Its a buffer breakfast here and was awesome to have these before going onto your day trips. It was tasty and well organized. Coffee, Tea, cooked food, Soups, bacon, fruits etc.

We stayed in Premier Family room #26618 for 2 nights during our transit in Bangkok. The check in and check out was smooth and easy. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. Paid 1,000 THB security deposit and 1,500 THB for early check at 08:00. Our room was on the North Tower which meant transferring on the 11th floor from the Main building. This is not so comfortable and can be a bit confusing but after the first day you will find your way. The room was clean, very spacious with very comfy double and single beds. Day housekeeping was okay and responsive whenever we needed something. We didn’t bother to have our room cleaned but requested water. The hotel has a fitness center and two outdoor pools, but we did not have time to dip in. The Oak Bar is a good place to chill with Premier League and Live music at night. The location is perfect and proximity to Palladium Mall. The elevators are always crowded and hence it takes about half an hour just to get down to the lobby. 7 Eleven, McDonald’s and Star Bucks are just around the corner. Breakfast was okay (we had better buffets in the nearby 3-star Pratunam area hotels!) It was crowded with Ball room guests on the second morning with no seating available. Overall, the stay was comfortable but not the best.

The night housekeeper does not fit to work in a hotel of this caliber. We had an air-conditioning issue (which was never fixed) and called reception around 10:00 p.m. The housekeeper came and I explained to her in English that I switched it off because we could not increase the temperature. It shows RT27C, but we were freezing and wanted to bring it to 30C. She looked at me, made fun that I must turn on the power (as if I had never used an air-conditioner at home). When she finally realized the problem, she started to mumble and curse in Thai (not knowing I had been in Thailand for two decades) either to me or to the staff who assigned her to check on our room. Anyway, the maintenance guys came afterwards and did some unscrewing and screwing of the ceiling filters, but the issue was never fixed. We survived by keeping one window open to let warm air kick in.

Tja waar zal ik beginnen. Dit is geen 5 sterren hotel. Niet echt schoon. Slecht engels sprekend personeel. Daardoor veel onduidelijkheid over bv het happy hour. Wij verstaan daar wat anders onder dan alleen wat speciaal uitgezochte drankjes. Als je dat nu slim had gedaan dan hadden wij met 12 personen meer genuttigd dan wat we nu deden. Alles steeds op 1 rekening is ook niet fijn.
