Absolute perfection! We live in the area but needed a little more space & wanted a little weekend getaway to celebrate our son’s birthday with family. House had everything we needed but the view was definitely the best part! I could sit & look out at that water all day! Even in August when it was too hot to be outside, sitting on that back porch was perfect! Will definitely be back again!

The house was clean. The furniture was nice. The river was amazing and my 13 year old loved fishing the entire time. We stayed for a soccer tournament in Lakeland Ranch. It was an easy drive back and forth. There are local restaurants and a Wal-Mart close by for convenience. The outlet mall was a huge hit. The hosts were responsive when we asked a question. The only thing we couldn't do was get streaming to connect, but they had cable so we just watched it. We would stay here again.

Backyard is amazing on the water. Kitchen is small and not suited for any cooking/hosting. AC struggles in the master bedroom.
It’s a great place to hang with family. But it’s very basic/dated. Need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.

View from property overlooking river very nice.
Owner replaced missing beach chairs and wood for the for the fire pit. We never used because of high winds and consideration of neighbors. Barbecue looked brand new.
The comfortable looking chairs shown in the lanai pictures are no longer there. We stayed 5 weeks and considering the amount of money we paid it would have been nice to have seat cushions for both the hard wooden chairs in the lanai and the outdoor metal patio set. We did mention this to the owner.
The description states garage under parking but there is no room to park a car the owner uses it for storage.
Kitchen has original old cupboards and fridge is missing middle shelf.
The house is outdated. Yard could also do with some TLC.

The home is older but clean, beds comfortable, nice water views and yard for the dogs (not fully fenced) but room to play fetch etc. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Location was good for restaurants etc. Host was very thoughtful and checked in first day to be sure we were comfortable

Everything about this home was accurate as described. Well equipped and spacious. Beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and check in/check out were a breeze. We felt right at home and would recommend. And well, you just can't beat that view!

Our family of three really enjoyed this rental. Very clean and functional. Great view of Manatee River and close to attractions. We visited the Bradenton Motorsport Park, the aquarium in Tampa and enjoyed an airboat/gator spotting ride in Arcadia.

Property manager had good communication. She was very easy to work with. Location of the house is fantastic and my husband was in heaven fishing. Well kept and cute setup. 2 outdoor restaurants with tropical beach vibe within 2 miles. Wee will certainly rent again here. It was a wonderful Birthday get away for my husband

Very clean and beautiful. Outstanding views, wonderful neighborhood and the lady next door is a treasure. I highly recommend a quiet stay here anytime. We saw manatees and porpoises. We loved everything about our stay there. It had everywhere needed. While your there try whiskey joes right down the road. The food was terrific. Kristina was amazing. Thank you so much.

Enjoyed our stay, restaurants were great and close, loved Anna Marie Beach. Home was located in a great place. Unfortunately, my husband could only catch catfish which was disappointing for him.

The space was nice with good amenities. Back sunroom was excellent. View was amazing. Everything was good and clean but overall feel was that it was somewhat old and needs some updates/refreshing. Front door edge was split - looked like someone tried to break it open. Fence for dog was not acceptable - sort of falling apart. BBQ needs replaced. We would consider staying again if the dog area was fixed. Thank you!

Overall a wonderful experience. We had a refrigerator shelf break in the middle of the night, contacted property owner and she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that it happened but the property manager handled the situation perfectly. Will most certainly book this property again if we’re ever in the Ellenton/palmetto area. The location on the river was awesome, and we enjoyed every sunrise/sunset we could.
The home itself was just okay. On the bright side, there was tons of seating for an event/party, and the rear sun room provided great views of the water. On the dark side, there was visible mold around most air vents (and could be easily smelled walking in the door) from water damage. Most of the soap dispensers in the house had visible corrosion at the spouts (possibly because they were copper and the copper started to oxidize). The kitchen wasn't very well stocked, and the dishwasher failed to start for us (though our host was quick to respond and offer help). Some of the doors were in bad shape, and difficult to open/close.
Maybe most notably, we paid an extra $250 for a large party fee, but ended up having far fewer people, and my requests for a refund have thus far gone unanswered. I'll update to three stars if we get that back!

My parents and I rented this home at Christmas time in order to spend time with friends and family who live in Bradenton over the holiday. We weren’t anticipating the cold weather, however the gorgeous sunroom allowed us to enjoy the wonderful views as if we were outside. It was conveniently located, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

We were in town for a weekend wedding! Our first night we enjoyed the fire pit and relaxation of the backyard. The home had everything you need. The owner was quick to respond to any of our needs or inquiries! We would definately stay again!

Getting in and out of the neighborhood was slow during high traffic times but there are many stores and restaurants to go to if you want. For a great lunch or dinner try out the "Shake Shack" which is within walking distance

This house was on the river with a wonderful view. The enclosed back porch was perfect for watching it. The only complaint was that there we no end tables for snacks nor comfortable chairs and lights for reading.

This corner waterfront property has spectacular views. The beds were large and comfy, as was the oversized couch. The enclosed a/c back patio facing the water made for wonderful morning coffees and fun evening card games. Some of my group flipped coins to see who got to sleep in that back room. Safe neighborhood. It was an easy walk to the Shake Station to get yummy food and ice cream. We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful property. Excellent communication w/Kristina.

Property was very well maintained with stunning views. Property manager was very nice and communicated well during our short visit, would definitely recommend staying at this location for anyone looking to book in this area. Close to several beaches and a cute town. Would love to stay here again just to explore the Ellenton area more.

Absolutely Perfect!
We could not have been happier with this property. 4 adults and 4 kids. We had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 day weekend. Kids caught lots for fish from the backyard, sheepshead, reds, jacks and of course plenty of catfish. The pvc pilings were perfect for docking our 24' boat. Million dollar view at a very affordable price. We will definitely book this house again. Thank you Kristina for being such a wonderful host!

Relaxing, clean and beautiful.
We were down visiting family and we’re looking for a comfortable, scenic spot for home base and we sure found it. It was convenient for us, the house was spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. The view could be enjoyed from the main areas of the house and was just as beautiful as the photos showed. We will stay here again for sure the next time we come down.

Our family took a vacation here and it was nothing less than amazing! Literally 20-30 mins away from all the beaches and not to mention beautiful home right on manatee river we saw a dolphin even! We will be booking again with them in the future! Highly recommend
