Cleanliness and central location. Quirky atmosphere with a unique menu for food items.

No coffee maker in the room, no mini fridge in room, no alcohol available, the shower area leaked water into the bathroom, noisy exhaust fan, the window blinds and The door leaked too much light into the room in the early morning and the night which was quite disturbing. The windows were not sound insulated enough and each bike and horn was heard inside. Tv had channels that were not paid for and didn't work. The staff lied that it would work in 10 minutes. It never worked. The staff was curt. Too many automated emails asking for prepayment with a threat to cancel the booking . There is parking space for just 4 cars and the staff does not prioritize residents parking. So even people that had come for lunch had blocked the parking space. The parking space is not covered. No non veg options.

It is a cute place, very vibrant with young crowd and staff. Very clean and green. I loved the Chirp restaurant, lots of positive vibes. The rooms were clean so were the bathrooms. Chef Rakesh was the highlight of the stay. Mouthwatering food and dishes. Overall the stay was excellent and would definitely go back. :))

Just one thing i would like to mention is the noise in the night as we are early sleepers. And we were given the first floor so that was only disturbing until mid night. Otherwise the stay was great and highly recommend
