El hotel es precioso y el dueño no pudo ser más atento: llegamos tarde por la noche y nos llevó él a un restaurante en su moto, a un restaurante increíble y nada caro. Todas las recomendaciones que dan son las mejores. El desayuno muy bueno y las habitaciones geniales. El mejor sitio para quedarse en Hoi An

Accommodatie is relatief ver van het centrum (15-20 min lopen), airco werkte matig, tv werkte niet en ontbijt was ons inziens erg beperkt.

Staff was very friendly. The premises were beautiful.

I booked a “river view” which looked beautiful online and was much more expensive than the other rooms. But the river view was pretty much a lie, you could barely see the river. When I asked the staff they said it was a “Far away river view”. Not worth the extra money.

Staff were so lovely and kind to us. Went out of their way to help with the bikes (put a kids seat on them for us). Had everything there to make the stay great. Swimming pool nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice to relax at during the hot parts of the day. Free bike hire was awesome for ease of sightseeing. Best shower we have had in all of Vietnam so far!

The aircon was a little weak for the time of year we were visiting (august)

The Villa and swimming pool are beautiful, the host, an architect, clearly put his passion in this place. He was incredibly attentive offering a map of Hoi An and detailed information on popular restaurants and activities, completely free from agenda. Thank you Tom for having us, your Villa was a big reason why we loved Hoi An so much.

It was a charming and beautiful oasis within cycling distance to the old town

The property was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The pool is such a bonus.

We stayed at Tropical Home Villa and it was very comfortable. Staff was extremely kind and helpful and the room was tidy and clean. We made use of the laundry service, motorbike rental and transport to the airport, all arranged perfectly by the hotel staff.

Quite a few bugs in the room, but I believe that there is nothing to do about that :)

Very pleasant staff who provided us with a good orientation of local highlights and good places to try local food, bars etc. Very easy to rent a scooter and cycles were available too though we didn’t use them. The pool is a great asset at the end of the day especially being served complimentary refreshing watermelon too! We booked the kayak trip which we’d definitely recommend.

We booked a room with a river view but the view was actually non existent…as the air conditioner was not working in this room the staff immediately transferred us to another room which was at ground level and much nicer apart from the fact other guests walked by the window so we felt we had no privacy and also we could hear them in their room. The breakfast pho was good and a fab bean to cup De Longhi coffee machine too. It would have been nice to know what the buffet breakfast dishes were and also as we decided on late breakfasts whilst there these items had gone past their peak and didn’t look too appetising. I wish small hotels wouldn’t compete with large hotels for breakfast buffets it’s such a waste of food. The fresh cooked food was much nicer - Pho or eggs to order

the place was amazing! super friendly and helpful staff, the hotel itself was beautiful, great pool and the rooms. very good and diverse breakfast. you can get the bikes for free and do the loundry for some small fee. very good location, about 10-minut walk to the old quarter. we’ve got very useful tips and map with recommended places to eat/drink etc. you can really feel yourself home in this place!

We loved the hotel, location and staff! Free use of the bikes was a great extra touch. We loved being this side of the river and being able to make a short walk to the busier part of town but live the authentic/less touristy life on the other side.

Breakfast selection could be better. But as it is a small run hotel, they probably make enough food for the amount of people that are staying at the time.

The room was spacious, clean and everything was new. They used a scent in the room which was also pleasing.

The breakfast was poor and cold, could have offered a lot more of options given that it is a four star hotel. They also overcharged us when we mentioned card payment.

Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding but tasty and available when required. Coffee was terrible. Perhaps they could add vietnamese coffee instead of just american drip as it was awful.

Very nice people. We liked the big room and big bed as well as the comfortable bathroom and pool. Room was clean and breakfast sufficiently.

We spent three nights there. The owners are lovely and you can use the bikes for free. The hotel is in walking distance from the old town.

The hotel is nice overall but don’t expect too much. We were a bit disappointed as the pictures make you feel that the place is fancier that it is in reality. Also the windows are not really soundproof.

The place was absolutely wonderful! The staff brought up a full (delish) cake, with candles and sang for my birthday! So sweet and not requested by anyone! The place was small but room and especially bathroom with tub were gorgeous. Loved the pool also.

The smell of cleaning products was really really strong, enough to give you a headache! I am quite sensitive but was definitely stronger than anywhere else I've stayed.
