The Condo was as described. It is in the 4th tower on the fifth floor. The View from the balcony was beautiful. Could hear the ocean waves and the feel the breeze blowing was amazing. Sunrise and sunset gorgeous. Having or own beach chairs and umbrella was awesome. We had everything we needed in the condo. Bed was comfortable. And living room, furniture, and table for lunch were just great. They also have barstools at the bar. Great Location for the beach and shopping Walmart very close

The condo is on the 5th floor with the parking lot directly behind the tower. 4 towers in the complex with all balconies directly facing the gulf. The parking lot is accessible only through a gate with someone always in the gate house so the parking lot seems secure. The condo is decorated very nicely and everything operated perfectly. The mattress is very firm but very comfortable! Very large balcony on this one and nice furniture on it. Very nice condo and the beach was beautiful and the water sparkling clear. We will definitely rent it again!

Very nice condo on the beachfront. Comes with loungers and umbrella access. That was great. Pools were nice and clear. Hot tub was nice to soak in. We loved the airplanes that flew right by our room. Airforce practicing.

My son (age 9) and I stayed at this property for his Spring Break March 2024. Let me first say, I was nervous booking off vrbo because of all the scams. I had communication with the property manager, Bill, before I made the reservation and he was very polite and courteous. Once I made the actual reservation, Bill was in direct communication with me about checking in procedures, condo rules, etc. Then, a few days to a week before our trip I received the door keys (yes keys, not a digital door code and it was GREAT!) and our pool wrist bands. The condo was immaculate and my son said it was by far the best room he’s ever stayed in and they had “fancy counter tops”. DoorDash and Walmart delivery also had no problems with security delivering our items. My son and I absolutely had the best week and can’t wait to visit again.

We booked our stay a little over two weeks before traveling so it was fairly last minute. Everything was as it is listed in photos. We love staying at Long Beach. The ocean was beautiful while we were there. This was our first time in Tower 4 but was a very short walk to the lagoon pool. Only issue was the ice maker never worked in our room and although I reported it, it wasn’t fixed while we were there. It was not a big concern so we just bought bags of ice and everything else was good. It’s a little smaller unit than what we normally had but for my husband and I, it was fine. They had some starter supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper, dish detergent, trash bags which was appreciated. All in all, we had a great week and no complaints. The manger of unit was very responsive.

Very cozy place to stay Everything is describe perfectly — close to everything !! The ocean view was the best !! A few things … the bathtub needs to be better — the tub is very hard to get in and out of and needs hand rails — the cleaning crew needs to clean the bathroom better ( smell was something I had to work on to get better) the bedroom was very musty smelling and the doors to the balcony where very hard to open and close .. the entry door needs a better door knob —we would stay there again. It was a great place with security ..

The only issue was the check in procedure and one thing not listed by agent until time for check in information.
Not sure in todays world why any property is sending KEYS instead of using a programable lock. What a major headache to have to keep up with keys.
Real issue with finding out 9 days before we check in that there will only be ONE roll of toilet paper, paper towels and mostly ONE kitchen trash bag........really.
I would have paid another dollar a night for rent to not have to travel with things that should be there.
Just me. But my approach to customer service is very different.
Want to finish by saying loved the place and would go back.

Everything was great and we had a great vacation in PCB. The room was nice and I loved that it was directly on the beach. Perfect location just a couple of minutes away from a Walmart which really made things much easier when it came to buying things we forgot to pack for the trip. Will 1,000% be staying here again!

Like walking into a dream, very beautiful, feels like your in a magazine condo, but so comfy and cozy. Everything you need is there. We haven't been by ourselves since covid, our last 3 vacations were at home or camping, which is fun too but not a beach pampering alone beautiful condo sunset views every night kind of vacation. It was also our late 25th or early 26th wedding anniversary to ourselves. We will definitely be back, i loved everything about this condo, even my husband said Well Done.....Thank you for a hassle free, worry free easy reservation and check out vacation..

Great location! Beautiful Beach! On site grill open for drinks and lunch at the pool. Pool was clean and beautiful with waterfalls.
Condo had everything needed for quick coffee and breakfast before heading out to the beach for the day.
Close to a Walmart. Many great restaurants in close proximity. Sunsets are breathtaking.

The condo is in a great location to restaurants some walkable or just a short drive. The view is beautiful the bed was comfortable. Beach service was great chairs and umbrella everyday set up for you. The decor is a bit dated the sofa in the living needs a deep cleaning or replaced, the shower curtain liner needs replaced you could see mold spots on it. The towels had a musty smell to them, we went to Walmart and bought us new towels for the week. The drain plug for the tub was sitting on the tub and it was utterly disgusting you could see hair and whatever on it. Don’t use that vacuum in the closet the smell that came from that thing was terrible. Cleaning company could do a better job. I understand dealing with sand and that type of humidity is challenging but that’s what you get paid for. I swept the hell out of that place daily definitely left it cleaner than I found it. Overall it was a ok week once I bought new towels and batteries for one remote and replaced the empty air freshener. A little attention to the details and this would be a 5 star stay but not the week I was there.

We were very happy with this uniquely decorated beachfront condo. The floor to ceiling windows were awesome, and the 5th floor was just perfect. It was super clean and had everything we needed for the week. The beachfront balcony was huge! The only negative was that the provided Beach chairs/umbrella sets were placed literally right next to eachother, barely room to walk between your set of chairs and the next (but this is not the owner's fault)! We appreciated them being provided. Parking was a real plus with plenty of room and the resort is in a great location. Would recommend!

We were able to find the property easily, close to shopping for groceries. The listing was very accommodating & beautiful. Extra sheets & blankets available for the pull out bed. Main bedroom was very spacious & the bed was very comfortable. I typically bring my own pillow but took a chance & didn't have to go purchase any. The only undesirable thing was quickly figured out that the floors can get sweaty from having the balcony door open for too long, easily remedied by keeping them shut. Otherwise was very comfortable & spacious with beautiful views!

Nice condo with a view of the ocean to die for! I loved the beach chair service, though didn’t realize till day 2 that we actually needed to check in with the attendant to reserve our chairs. We ultimately were happy with where they were. The beach is gorgeous! We only went to the pool once but it is very nice, especially with the poolside bar. The staff is very friendly and the property manager was quick to answer my questions.

Long Beach Resort is a great place to stay! Very clean. We went with 2 of our daughters and their Families. Two family members stayed in tower 4 and one stayed in tower 3. All rooms were great! Will be back!

We were so impressed with this condo! It had everything we needed, any questions I had for the owner was addressed immediately. The lounge chair on the balcony was broken and I sent him a picture and a message just so he’d know we didn’t break it. It wasn’t a big deal there was plenty of furniture on the balcony. He was there the next day to fix it and decided against it and just went and bought a brand new one and brought it back! I would definitely stay again!!!

It was the perfect place for just the two of us to relax and enjoy the beach. We sat on the spacious balcony watching the waves when we were not on the beach in the provided beach chairs. The beach was easily accessed and was not crowded. The condo owner was very accommodating and made our stay perfect. We will definitely be staying again!

This is not a resort. It provided a overdecorated small condo with access to the beach and a heated pool only. The elevator and hot tub were breaking down frequently. No other amenities. The tile installed in the condo was amateur causing frequent tripping when walking. It is dangerous and it needs to be pulled up and redone.

Unit was very clean and all amenities worked as intended. Plenty of kitchen accessories and pans. Weather ended up being very cold but still plenty to do in the area. Pools area wasn’t very clean and hot tubs were almost empty of water. Looked to be perfect for warmer weather than our frigid 29 degrees. Clean and well equipped is all I really wanted. I would stay there again. Hopefully sometime warmer.

The condo was nice as described other than a couple of bathroom floor tiles were loose. You only get 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag for your stay which I thought was crazy. Overall we were happy with the condo,pools,and location. Will rent from again.

Longbeach resort is a beautiful property and awesome place to stay but this condo was lacking. Stated it was newly remodeled but flooring was loose in the bathroom and vanity area, unit very dusty, toilet ran alot, ice maker was very loud, bed was so uncomfortable. Conversed with the condo owner briefly during our stay about an issue and he was rude at first. Have and will stay at Longbeach again but not this condo.

Enjoyed our stay, however....
Unit was clean and most areas as described. Upon walking in the bathroom, I thought it was weird that a oriental rug covered the largest part of the bathroom floor, almost wall to wall. This was in place for a reason it seems, so the owner or manager had to be aware . Upon walking across the rug, the flooring shifted as I walked. Looking under the rug, the floor tiles have come loose , no longer adhered to the sub flooring, and no longer adhered to each other. In the bathroom part where the tub/shower and toilet is located, it is even a bigger issue due to only a small rug in place. With me being a healthcare worker who works with the geriatric community, I can see this as a hazard for anyone with balance issues. I have no mobility or balance issues, but I still found myself trying to balance myself to prevent a fall. This flooring needs to be repaired prior to anyone else staying in this unit. The condo grounds were great, the beach was great. The rest of the unit was as described. I was really disappointed in the condition of the bathroom flooring, the tub/shower unit is also in need of a update. Water pressure was petty low out of the shower head.

Great view but terrible furniture
Overall, the pictures don’t tell you that the furniture is uncomfortable. The bed definitely needs a new mattress. To say it is lumpy and you can feel the springs and you get up with a backache is being kind. Couch is very uncomfortable too. We complained to the property manager that we couldn’t lock the sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony. He didn’t care and refused to send someone to fix it. His response was that lots of doors in the area don’t lock. It’s the first place we have ever stayed in lots of years of traveling where you were unable to lock the door to the balcony. Would I go back-NO!

Great location and view!
We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. The pools were clean and the smaller ones are heated! The condo was clean and comfortable and the furniture was nice and not run down. We loved how fast the elevator was, even at the height of spring break. You can walk down the beach to Pineapple Willy's, so that was convenient and so was The Hangout, right there at the big pool. Good food and drinks! It was also great having access to the beach set-up, so you didn't have to lug chairs to the beach. Highly recommend!

Heavenly 10 year Wedding Anniversary
This condo is so relaxing and a home away from home. Even though the weather was not real great, we still had a blast and enjoyed the pools/hot tubs. Very elegant decor and overall comfortable. The view from the patio is breath taking and we even got to see some Dolphins jump out of the water right in front of our condo as if they were giving us a show. We already cannot wait to come back! Very nice
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was nice and close to everything. Thw condo was pretty clean and everything was in working order. Our view was amazing. They were working on the beach renourishment directly outside of our condo for the duration of our stay, which was noisy, but that was not the fault of the owner or manager. Overall, a very nice experience.
