Amazing place to stay. So clean and well stocked! Love the view of the waterway and got to watch the dolphins. Very close to the beach and other restaurants. We will definite come back if we are in the Clearwater area!! Thanks Mary-Beth!!

The place was exactly what was described. Very nice! Someone parked in our reserved spot for a few days but finally read our note and moved. Not the owners fault at all. Great views off the back and very comfortable beds. We would stay again. Thanks

Excellent rental experience from beginning to end. Host was always quick to answer questions leading up to and during our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony and were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do in the area.

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater… loved the location of this condo with views from the patio of the bay, where we got to see a baby dolphin swimming with its mother one morning. But there are also beautiful glimpses of the intercostal pass and the sand key beaches from the front of the property… close enough to walk our bike to pretty much everything

Perfect place to vacation in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The condo was located in the center of things to do and visit in the area. The property was as big as my house and is well cared for with three bedrooms, a large kitchen/ living room , and two bathrooms. There is large balcony overlooking the harbor that is a great place to relax and hangout. Compared to hotels in the area this condo was a fantastic value. Will be going back!

Everything was great we stayed years ago at this complex. Check in is too late 2 to 3 would be better people take early flights to get there then well have to wait. Check out 11 would of been perfect. Especially with kids. The tv were very hard to figure out took us til the last day. Then on check out the cleaning lady was out in front of our door at 9:15. But she knew she had to wait so really no problem. Overall it was exactly as we remembered

We had a amazing time in Clearwater!!!! Condo is close to everything in walking distance to restaurants, beach, shops, and pier 60. We also traveled to Disney a day and to a Tampa tarpons baseball game. Great Florida stay!

Clearwater Beach is beautiful and can get a little crazy during spring break. We throughly enjoyed getting back to the condo after a trip to the beach and just chillin’ out on the patio. Beautiful view of the intercostal waterway and very quite and relaxing. The grandkids even got to see some dolphins from the balcony. We were there for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It’s a short walk to Clearwater beach and a short drive to the quieter Sand Key beach. We liked being so close to restaurants and especially the ice cream shops. The Taco Bus across the street was a big hit for the whole family. The condo was beautiful and had lots of room. It was well equipped and we didn’t really have anything we needed that we couldn’t find. Thanks for a great trip! We look forward to coming back.

This is the second time we stayed at Mary-Beth’s place . The location is fabulous you can walk everywhere. It’s nice having a beverage refrigerator and a regular refrigerator. It’s an awesome place. Frank P

Multiple times rent g from Mary Beth and several years at Harborview. Great and safe location!

Harborview Grande is a great rental property and everything was as advertised. The owners were readily available for any questions and the condo was everything we expected and more. The views were great and it was a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants were within walking distance or a short uber ride. We were sad to have to leave!

I just want to go back…! The condo is in the perfect location.The balcony overlooks the calming bay with a sunrise/moonrise view, and you’re a 10-minute walk from stunning sunsets and beautiful sand. We were there during the Thanksgiving week and lacked nothing for a fun, relaxing, connecting family-filled week. We enjoyed all of the fabulous restaurants, chilled out with long lazy coffees on the balcony, and a cooked a FULL Thanksgiving dinner with roasted Turkey and homemade sides. We. Lacked. Nothing! The beds were comfortable, the condo layout was perfect, and the location cannot be beat — especially if you’re torn between calm and quiet (did I mention the balcony???) and fun and active(the beach, Putt-putt, golf cart rentals, restaurants galore)! Mary-Beth was quick and responsive when I had questions about the number of casserole dishes in the condo (enough for Thanksgiving!). The pictures represent exactly what the condo looks and feels like. My family and I can’t wait to go back…especially to sit on that balcony and watch the sun come up. Thanks, Mary-Beth!

The place is great for large families or few couples. With 3 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 2 small children. The place is spacious and very open and airy. The balcony is very large and offers a great view of the harbor. We enjoyed the location and were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and other attractions even with 2 small children. The place was clean, the check in process was easy, and the host was responsive to any inquiries. I would definitely consider visiting this rental again.

Excellent place to stay

Smooth process, great property as listed. This was a great home base for the week to visit with family, go to the beach or just relax by the pool.

Third time staying at the harborview grande. Every time has been great but this was the best. Absolutely loved the condo. Everything was perfect.

This condo was very nice and in the perfect location! We didn’t even rent a car and only needed an Uber twice for some further trips. It was walking distance to everything, and the views were awesome! We loved sitting out on the back porch that overlooks the harbor. It was very clean, nice and well kept! The owner is awesome!! You can have groceries delivered from Publix by insta cart!

Great place to stay! Very clean and with a nice view. Spotted Dolphins almost every day. We were even more impressed in person. Good communication with host. Beds were comfy which is a bonus. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful condo with a view of the harbor where dolphins played every day. A few blocks from the beach. The only disappointment was how very small the pool area was.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the view from our patio. The owner was responsive and very helpful. The walk to the beach, pier and marina was very doable even with 3 kids under the age of 8.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very large, totally open-concept 7th floor unit with magnificent harbor view from large balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer, but alas, work called...

My family decided to take a long earn vacation and go to Clearwater Beach for Christmas. Although the weather was not at its best, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at the beautiful condo we rented. The views are spectacular, the location is in the heart of everything you need to do and the area is just full of adventures and things to do. Being under the Covid constraints, we were not allowed to do everything that might’ve been available in the area at the time but once everything opens up it’s just going to be a fantastic place to do everything you wanna do it morning noon and night. My only advice for a future renters would be, that we were a family of seven, all adults and the accommodations didn’t quite suit all of us. There were no block out curtains on the windows so everyone is awoken bright and early. This may not be a problem for a family with small children but for a family that’s all adults and staying up late at night, it kind of was hard to sleep once the sun was up. We had to have two people sleeping on couches and that wasn’t the ideal way to have everybody sleep. I would definitely rent this condo again but with less people. It’s a beautiful and comfortable condo.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The balcony was the perfect location to safely watch New year's Eve fireworks. we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater Beach.
