Having a suite, although it was very small

The room had a dirty kitchen with coffee stains on the counter and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There wasn't any handsoap in the room.

breakfast was well above average. room was laid out very well. shower was as good as it gets. very practical.

This is my 4th time staying here. It's always clean and the employees are always welcoming!

Staff was very pleasant and hospitable got us anything we asked for with no complaint no matter who was working all shifts were fantastic

Nothing we didn't like about this stay it was perfect. We had no complaints we even had a birthday party that ended with a slumber party.

The facilities were brand new.

Some staff was helpful, some weren't. My kitchen area was not clean. The water pressure is low. On my 2nd day housekeeping came to my room knocking early 3 different times. I inquired about an extra night stays cost. I was signed up for that day and they attempted to charge me. The manager settled everything the next day while the employ that did it sat there looking as if she didn't know what was going on.

the outdoor space was very nice to sit out and relax. needs to be kept cleaner though

it did not have a hot tub. for that price point it needs a hot tub or two

Room was nice and comfy. Breakfast was good.

For about 4 hours when checked in to the room the fire alarm was going off, with the strobe light. The sound was off for the alarm, the only bright side.

It was difficult to sleep—due to a nearby business using large machinery very early in the morning. Great hotel— lousy location.

Less noise from the business behind the hotel-/ o at least a later start.
