The room was upgraded because there was a maintenance issue with the original room. The room we had was terrific. The breakfast was OK. I liked the fact that there were hard boiled eggs. Overall it was a good start to the day.

The fruit wasn't as fresh as I expected.

Our room had a lot of noise from the highway, Also could hear people walking around and jumping, late in the night. I was unsure if it was on the same floor or above.

Best hotel breakfast we’ve had in decades of travel. 5 star for variety, taste, and convenience.

Highway noise was very bad, virtually no sound proofing.

I loved that they offered breakfast sandwiches because they were easy to take on the go.

Not a very kid friendly place, constantly receiving calls of complaints about kids walking to hard had to have them walk on top toes just to accommodate the other guest, i wouldn’t recommend if you have kids especially in the upper floors, it’s the first and last time i would be staying there

Water pressure was lack luster. And you could also feel get worse as others turned on their water. Hard to rinse soap out of your hair with minimal pressure. The A/C in the room wasn’t great either. On a not so hot day it felt like the AC couldn’t keep up.

Weekday breakfast hours are 6-9. During vacation especially when traveling with children waking up before 9 was inconvenient. However, the kitchenette enabled use to buy groceries eg microwaveable items, cereal and milk.

Very comfortable accommodations. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. The pool was warm and inviting, the grill was perfect for family dinner and if you are looking for location, this was close to a lot!

The location is great if you’re going to HersheyPark or other places like the Indian Echo Caverns. In terms of its surrounding area, it’s very quiet and peaceful! The room is very spacious and modern, and their gym is better than most we’ve seen. I really wanted to swim in the pool as well as it looked great, but it was always packed. I think if I had the opportunity to swim there, I would’ve loved it though. Staff friendliness was superb! They were always ready to greet with a smile, which was honestly refreshing. Parking is free, and there’s lots of parking spaces available. It was awesome not to worry about losing a parking spot whenever we left. It was quiet! We didn’t hear any noise whatsoever even though we can see the freeway from our windows. Loved the window treatments with sheer and blackout curtains that’s controlled from a panel (I’m not fancy, I don’t know what it’s called off the top of my head lol). The kitchenette was great — very spacious, has a dishwasher, full-size standard fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. No stovetop, but this wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t need to cook.

The fridge had splatters that could’ve been wiped down, a few of the utensils were stowed away in the drawer but had bits/pieces of food still stuck onto it (the forks, specifically). These were minor and we cleaned it after seeing them, but it did make us wash all the utensils and plates we wanted to use, just to be sure. While water pressure was great for the faucets, the shower water pressure was horrible. Of the two days we were able to get breakfast, unfortunately, the first day was a complete mess. Lots of people were waiting for food to be refilled and it was easily a 30-minute wait for breakfast sandwiches and omelette. It was fine, but threw a lot of us off since it was like waiting for a limited-edition drop of shoes or something. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was not working as well as the unit in the living room, so the first night, we were sweating. Pillows are flat, so woke up with a sore neck. I do like the firm bed though (perhaps my partners would disagree, but hey, I’m the one writing the review). Lastly, at check-in, they didn't mention there was a pet fee (some hotels don’t charge it), so when we left, seeing a $79.50 fee charged to my card was a bit confusing.
