Location is perfect especially fir being just outside of harrisburg. I see potential in this hotel for the future. The room was very large.

For whatever reason this program is giving my review of yhis hotel a 4.0. It is at best, in its current state, a 2.5-3.0! If you're room is towards the ends of the hotel, you cannot use a luggage cart as there are even stairs on the first floor. Parking is limited. My room was dirty... there was someone's used soap in the tub, long hairs in the tub, the inside of the refrigerator looked like soda exploded and was only partially cleaned up. There was dust on the entrance table upside the room, couldn't make coffee because the machine was gross looking, the TV couldn't get any clear channels, no artwork, holes in the carpet by the closet, the light in the entrance of the room didn't work, soap scum or hard water crusting the shower head nozzles, could see the dirt and dust hanging outside the fan above the shower. The new vanity in the bathroom is nice but it's so big you literally have to squeeze yourself between the vanity and wall to sit on the toilet. If you are a larger or handicapped person you're not going to be able to sit down on the toilet. The air-conditioner was constantly fluctuating temperature and the room was humid inside more often than not. From the outside windows, all the rooms had curtains. My room had blinds but no curtains. There was no artwork in the room, but there was an old dust covered plastic plant on the table in the entryway of my room. There was no microwave inside the room The hotel is doing renovations, and has potential... however this was unacceptable even in renovations. This was quite a bit of money to be spent for the room I got. Next time I'm saving money and either going to econolodge which was cleaner and looked exactly like the pictures and had better amenities inside the room for a third of what I paid for this place.

The hotel was nice. It had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location is great as well.

Though the ac worked well, the room did seem a little damp. Not a deal breaker as everything else was great, but if I stayed again, I'd bring a small dehumidifier just to keep myself more comfortable. Might just be a me thing.

The location was what we needed

The hotel is run down, being renovated, no pool, apathetic staff, chair in our room was beaten up and damaged should have been removed, and significant water leak in the tub that did not stop for over 3 days despite telling the staff. So much water wasted There was the sound of running water the whole time too. Room was also not cleaned the first night. I would not stay here again.

The staff were very polite and the room was clean.

I called and asked if the location had a pool and was told it did. When I arrived I asked the individual at the front desk if they had a pool and was told they did, however it was closed because it was still under construction. They then told me it would be ready in 6-8 business days. That really doesn't benefit us, given I only rented the room for a day.

Nothing everything g was wonderful

Very clean

The staff was very accommodating by reassigning us to a handicapped room. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Parking was available very near our room. Penn Harris was very well located for our visit. There was shopping, gas stations food almost within wallking distance.
