Die Hauptebene verfügt über eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer, ein WC und einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf. Balkon bleibt tagsüber im Schatten (in den Sommermonaten)
Die zweite Ebene verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Bädern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Balkon - hören und sehen Sie die Wellen vom Bett aus! Der Meister hat auch einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch einen Wäscheschrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Obergeschoss.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein bequemes Ausziehsofa mit Memory Foam-Matratzen in voller Größe. Gerät schläft 6. Einheit hat auch eine große Garage für zwei Autos darunter.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Starboard Village, einem kleineren Komplex direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung befindet sich in den oberen beiden Etagen des Gebäudes, der 3. und 4. Etage. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool mit Sonnendeck. Wir haben vier Liegen, zwei Sonnenschirme, Fahrräder, Pool und Strandspielzeug für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Wir haben auch einen Gasgrill und ein Tandem-Seekajak für die Gäste unserer beiden Eigentumswohnungen (die Eigentumswohnungen sind ein paar Häuser weiter voneinander entfernt und teilen sich den gleichen Weg zum Strand). We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo and location. It was exactly as described and the excellent reviews were spot on! The Gulf views were breathtaking from
the family room and primary bedroom. The condo was exceptionally clean with pleasing decor. Brad was very communicative throughout the process. We will most definitely return to Pensacola and this condo!

Had a fantastic stay in pensacola beach. Our condo was super nice with all amenities included. Just bring clothes and toothbrush. Pool was clean and very accessible. Beach just steps away. The property maintenance guys kept everything clean and even held people to some rules. We had 2 garage bays fir our vehicles and i never knew what a luxury that was. Car stayed nice and cool and secure. Our property owners were quick to respond to any of my texts and even periodically checked in,by text, to see how things were going. It was absolutely perfect for our family. If you cant do steps very well this is not for you. 2 flights up and 1 more to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us and ithelped out with all the food we ate. I highly recommend this place and will stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The listing is accurate and the views from the balconies are even more gorgeous in person. We liked the location of the property; it wasn’t super congested but still close enough to the restaurants and activities. It was so handy having the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc available to us. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We have been visiting Pensacola a few times a year for five years now. We usually camp or stay at the Hampton and this was the first time we rented a condo. We saw the great reviews for this condo and decided to book it. We were definitely not disappointed. It was super clean, well decorated, very spacious, and had a home-like feel. It has everything you could possibly need on a beach vacation; the kitchen is well stocked, even has a toaster oven and Keurig, towels, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. etc. There are a ton of board games that my family and I ended up playing. We sat out on the deck and played games while enjoying the ocean view. My girls were jealous because the view from the master bedroom is even better than from the living space. It was so easy to get in and out of the condo and the two-car garage, with the remote for the garage, was a major luxury. We were initially worried that our XL Expedition wouldn’t fit, but it did fit with room to spare. The condo was right near everything Pensacola Beach has to offer and the beach itself was perfect. You could probably jump from the balcony to the beach if you have long legs (lol). There was always plenty of space to go down and set up on the beach, no matter what time we wanted to go. This being my first time to rent a condo, I was anxious about how checking in worked but everything went so smooth, effortless, and was worth every penny, and honestly, it offers way more than the price you pay!

The condo has everything you want for a beach vacation. Wonderful views of the Gulf from 2 levels and easy access to the beach. The condo is well stocked with cooking pots and utensils. And how can you beat seeing the Blue Angels flying right by the window while eating dinner on their way back home from a performance.

The place was very clean. Pictures do not do it justice. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins one morning! It’s a great location, quiet, and the owners were very responsive. Hoping to book another stay here.

This is as close as you’ll get to the Gulf. You can’t imagine how relaxing it is to hear the waves and thunder during a storm, as we found out on our first night. After the storm, we were on the beach and in the water in only about a hundred steps.
The hosts are great, the condo is absolutely beautiful, and the location can’t be beat!

This condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and two balconies! We had great weather and a wonderful view of the ocean, watched every sunrise and sunset, and did a bunch of listening to the waves. Just what we needed. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great property, great location, great host. We have been staying at starboard village For years. Found this gem for this years stay! Perfect for family of 5. Everything you need is at your disposal. All you need to pack are your clothes. Beach towels, beach toys for kids, chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, two adult bikes, two kids bikes, life jackets for kids, gas grill, all the kitchen items that you use at home are in this condo. Huge master bedroom. Pack n play, high chair, games and movies, paper towels, toilet paper, Tupperware, huge bottle of dish soap and two types of laundry detergent and dryer sheets at this condo. We never turned on the tv, as we were either at the beach, pool or sitting on the balcony. I did see that there was a direct tv box and a dvd player. Very clean on our arrival. There are two garage bays for this condo. One of the bays could park two sedan/minivan style cars I believe. The other just one. There is additional parking outside. These hosts have thought of everything. The pool is a starboard village community pool. Extremely clean pool and area. Saw the facility grounds keeper testing pool water twice a day. We will be coming back!

Right on the beach and next to the pool. So convenient. Literally everything you need is there at the rental. Just pack close and toiletries. That’s it. They have everything else in the garage. So amazing to have a private garage. Will definitely visit again.

Loved that the unit is located in a quiet part of the beach yet in walking distance to a nice restaurant and a store.

Great property right on Gulf of Mexico. Views from balconies are fantastic and easy access to beach with all the beach gear should need. Also came down to explore Gulf Islands National Seashore - Fort Pickens area and Opal Beach are easy access from the location though the beach at the property is not crowded and great location.

The hosts were amazing and accommodated our every need! They provided us with TONS of information on things to do and even sent a text to let us know that the Blue Angels were about to fly over the beach. Our stay was perfect. The location was great, not too far from all the action but far enough away to relax and enjoy a quiet evening. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. They had a high chair, booster seat, and pack n play just to make a few items that made our lives easier. I could go on and on about this host and their home. I wish I could rate over five stars. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us and going above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect!

Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe this condo. We had our first family vacation with our daughter, son in-law and 2 grandchildren ages 2 and 4. All amenities as described and had everything we needed all the way down to the pool and beach toys etc. our grandson is already asking she can we go back. Loved the bonus of a 2 car garage too. Location is excellent and of course we were right on the beach. I could go on and on but this place made perfect memories for all of us for our first beach vacation.

The view and proximity to the beach was spectacular. We loved listening to the sound of the waves at night. The area was very quiet, and the beach was not crowded. We couldn't have asked for a nicer condo to stay in. Brad and Jill were wonderful hosts. They thought of everything to make our stay special. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back!

This rental was great. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The beach is just down the stairs and across a short boardwalk which is very nice. We got the checkin information in advance which was very helpful and there was an ease of contact with the host. We look forward to renting from the host again.
