Die Küche verfügt über rostfreie Geräte, darunter eine Spülmaschine, ein Glasherd / Ofen mit Mikrowelle oben, ein rostfreier Kühlschrank und im Schrank befindet sich die gestapelte Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Die Arbeitsplatte besteht aus wunderschönem Granit aus massivem Stein mit neueren Schränken, einschließlich Schubladen mit gedämpftem Verschluss. Aus der Küche ist der Essbereich, wo wir zwei quadratische Esstische haben, die Platz für 4 Erwachsene an jedem Tisch - Platz f��r insgesamt 8. We had an amazing vacation with extended family. The weather and beach was beautiful - no red tide. There are many things to do and beaches to visit nearby. A guest book would be nice to share ideas with fellow travelers.
The grounds were unsatisfactory - litter around the condo unit and the exterior lighting was pulled out of the ground and laying on its side. Inside the light above the table needed new light bulbs so eating meals was a dim affair. The shade in one of the bathrooms was messed up. The microwave had duct tape up the side and a message posted on masking tape - just sloppy looking. A couple of the bowls and one of the mugs were cracked. The washer and dryer were old - loud and inefficient (multiple cycles to dry towels). The pool area had no shade. There was a dumpster and porta pot (I kid you not) right next to the pool area. We called several times to complain and eventually heard back that it was for construction happening next door. The litter around the area was cleaned up and the dumpster was moved midway through our stay after complaining, but the porta pot was still there. We did not use the pool at all due the poor setup, and I asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The response was that iTrip manages the unit and the HOA manages the grounds.
Overall I would not recommend this unit. You can check my vrbo reviews; they are generally positive and this is the only one we've ever stayed at where I wouldn't come back to the same unit.

Good location. Easy check in and property manager was extremely responsive. We had trouble with tv (Super Bowl) weekend. And they fixed it right away.
Great location and everything was within walking distance. Back bedroom was right near alley so quite noisy Kitchen very small but we didn’t use it that much since so many great places to go out and eat. Would recommend.

If you are looking to stay close to town this is the perfect spot.
The property is within walking distance to everything downtown. It can get a bit noisy in the spare room as location is across from a gas station. It wasn’t that big of a deal. Might need some white noise or a fan to muffle the sound.
I liked the location by the gas station because if you needed something fast, beer, pop, a quick snack it’s perfect. We went there everyday so very convenient.

Pool was small but nice! Warm! They could use a few more lounge chairs out there. They only had 4. But they did have enough chairs.
A little walk to the beach. Not bad. They have a beach wagon and chairs / floaters/ and paddle ball to play on the beach. Coolers. All you need really.

Siesta Key Village Location
Overall the rental was good. Beware, the property is conveniently located in Siesta Key Village, but directly behind a Circle K gas station with an alley between the property and Circle K. Very noisy with truck traffic, garbage pick up for the businesses on the opposite side of the alley and teenagers hanging out & blaring loud music on weekend nights.
Public parking in front of property was often occupied by small motor homes parking overnight.
Rental could have provided more bath towels & wash cloths as the dryer was very slow to dry towels. Also a limited amount of toilet paper was provided.

My self and my family have been coming to seista Key village for the past 18 years. I am closing in on
Retirement. We have stayed with family in Homes. This rental this year by my wife and myself for
2 weeks has been our first. Let me be short. It was absolutely excellent for my wife and my Daughter
And our 2 twin grandsons. I plan on renting it for 2 more weeks in 2023.

The location of the condo was perfect!!!! Walked to all the restaurants, bars and beach!
The condo has 2 King beds and 2 baths and a huge TV, which is rare! The only negative thing was all the extra fees...have never had to pay so much in extra fees, like security fees???. Jacked the price way up.

This is a perfect location for vacation. Nice, clean condo, close enough to the village and beach to walk. Plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner locations. We rarely took our vehicle anywhere!! Condo is well stocked with towells, beach chairs, and a cart to take to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay

The pool was closed down the entire trip. The unit is okay. Wasn’t the cleanest. The beach is a bit of a hike as well. The management says I will be refunded for the pool closure but I have yet to hear anything.

Perfect Siesta Key Getaway
Recently stayed at this property for a family vacation and celebration of my step daughter's graduation. The location near the village and walkable to the beach was great. The beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, umbrella and other accessories helped us to enjoy time at the beautiful Siesta Key beach without have to pack a lot of extra stuff or buy things we wouldn't be able to reuse. The apartment itself offered ideal sleeping accommodations and kitchen stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a few home cooked meals. Our family also enjoyed a few game nights with the various board games that were available at the apartment. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our stay to its fullest.

Nice place in a good location
Place was exactly as expected. Walking distance to a relatively low traffic beach was really nice as well as the location next to a good amount of restaurants and shops. It was a good trip and would definitely stay here again.

Location behind a gas station, dirty pool, trash around the grounds, I have pictures.
Poorly described, King size beds take up their room, no dressers, this not a long term place to stay, a kitchen is there but no place to put groceries. 2 people barely fit in this place. So disappointed, and misrepresented, I asked a lot questions before I booked but I guess I did not ask enough! Trucks coming in and out of that gas station, very noisy area. Lets not forget the ants, the BBQ,I have pictures. Did complain but why did I have to! Outrageousl over priced!

Modern, clean, comfortable in great location!
My husband and I had never traveled to Siesta Key or Sarasota before and heard great things. We searched for rental properties and came across Loretta’s place on Calle Minorga located in the village. When we viewed the pictures we knew it was what we were looking for. The updated condo was very inviting with neutral colors and great decor. The condo was very clean and exceeded our expectations. There are flat screen tv’s in every room, and games to enjoy. The location couldn’t be more perfect since Ocean Ave. is in walking distance! The beach is very close by... just a quick bike ride away if you choose. No need to ever leave the area because there are wonderful restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a rental in the heart of Siesta Key that is modern, clean, and comfortable this is the place for you! We will be back!

Amazing stay!
Loretta's place is great, and we had an amazing stay. The place is very comfortable, fully equipped (including the kitchen), and better than described. The place was spotless when we arrived. The location couldn't be better - right in the middle of the village, walking distance from all of the restaurants, bars, and small shops. Beach access #5 is less than a 10min walk (North end of the beach), and the central area of Siesta Key beach is a 25min walk or an easy ride using the free shuttle that runs every 20-30min. The shuttle stop is a couple of minutes walk from the property. Don't miss the donut stand a couple of blocks down or Big Olaf's ice cream. We can't wait to come back and stay again!
