Our group absolutely loved this stay! It was perfect for our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids). Gondola access is amazing and makes it so easy to go up to Epic Discovery or down to Main Street for food and parks. The house was clean and spacious. The host helped us with a few things during our stay and it was easy to communicate with them. We would definitely stay again.

The property is an excellent location for peaks 6-8 or going to town, well maintained property and plenty of space to spread out.

Great location, beautiful home, no problem gaining access to property and it’s well stocked.
Communication with property maintenance was prompt and accommodating with a few minor issues. We recommend this property and look forward to a possible return trip.

The location of the house and the amenities were second to none. Just a caution over dealing with Pinnacle lodging- they do not maintain the amenities well nor do they keep up on snow removal. House advertised 2 hot tubs, one was inoperable for our entire stay and they continued to promise someone had been called. The other hot tub's cover was in disrepair, clearly for awhile. The patio and steps around the house were ice covered and had not been cleared for several snows, we could see neighboring properties under different management were cleared. Again the house was fantastic but property manager was unwilling/unable to address concerns when we brought them up so look for another property in that neighborhood not managed by Pinnacle.

Hot as all can be because of the direction the house faces and sun it gets in summer. No AC as a reminder.Spiders in the lower level constantly - saw probably 6 or so. Wifi didn't work for over half the stay and no cable tv.Worn down - the towel rack fell off the wall completely when I went to dry my hands in the bathroom.Location is good but zero privacy as right next to gondola.Blinds are not blackout - so you can see everything from outside.

Overall the property was nice, clean and new. The check in process was clunky very last minute access provided, for peace of mind it would’ve been nice to know how to get into the rental 24hrs prior. We had no working network for internet in the house so jet packs were provided but they were spotty at best. For a lux property they need to work on providing more amenities. Not enough shampoo, conditioner etc. Toilet paper is industrial and feels like sandpaper. You can tell this property is hosted by a management company not a personal host who owns the property. I’d look to stay elsewhere next time.

We love this listing for its location and the large home. BUT…this is the second time we’ve had issues with the upstairs jacuzzi not working and a lack of urgency with the management company. Most of the furnishings and kitchenware are in need of replacement now. You can see the patchwork of Home Depot L-brackets on the broken dinner chairs, screws and various melted kitchenware.

The townhome is very nice with a great location for easy access to the mid-mountain gondola loading area. The townhome has so many great amenities resulting in a stay that is truly spectacular.

This is a beautiful house with all the amenities you could ask for. The communication with the property management company was excellent and always with a quick response. The location for skiing was excellent. Right out of the door you were on the gondola. Close enough to come back for lunch while skiing. We will definitely will come back to this house!

We had a fantastic time with a family crowd well served and happy. We loved the big and well equipped kitchen for meals. Grill was on the attached patio and provided a communal space. Family loved the downstairs hot tub with sitting area to relax on a misty day. Gondola provided fun and easy access to Main Street Breck as well as the mountain base for activities; it is a bit noisy for a summer stay but I am sure an extra bonus for skiers in snow season. Electronics are a bonus once understood, but a little challenging and almost game fun for a techy group of people. There was super quick response to a small complaint; Very impressive! Shade black out vary by room. Washer / dryer worked well. Definitely would check this place for next time and had a great time.

This condo in Shock Hill was amazing. Everything about it was first class. Literally looked like something out of a magazine. Professionally designed with perfect balance of modern and rustic elements. The secondary hot tub off the master bedroom was a really nice touch. We were truly spoiled in this amazing property.

Property Management Company: They are very responsive, easy to communicate with and handled issues as they arose.
Rental Home - Advantages. This is the only home with (3) Oxygen generators in the garage. You must purchase your own cannula tubes form Amazon, before you arrive, since they don't provide any. Every adult and child in our group used this and it was a godsend; especially those with acute high attitude sickness. Sleeping each night with oxygen, we felt like running marathons the next day. The oxygen is a game changer for this rental home.
We've stayed in many Shock Hill properties. This is on the top of our list of location and amenities. Huge heated garage, large mud room, (2) washers, (2) dryers, Steam shower in Master, Central Entertainment system, In-wall Speakers almost everywhere, plenty of room for kids/children to play and keep themselves busy. (2) Hotsprings hot-tubs – upstairs and outside downstairs.
Rental Home - Issues. Like most rental homes, this home is a bit worn and weathered. The formal dining furniture has been repaired together with home-depot L-brackets and screws. A few chairs were already broken and unsafe to sit in. There are broken exterior tiles, sandstone, home-specific items. The upstairs Jacuzzi wasn't operational our entire stay. Property Management company didn't compensate us for this. The downstairs Jacuzzi cover is completely broken. The downstairs Jacuzzi (in the winter time) is only accessible form the downstairs bedroom. The Wolf oven has zero instructions. We had to Google just how to OPEN the door and enter the security code. During our stay, a false water leak sensor was triggered and the whole house alarm went off. It's the LOUDEST alarm you'll hear in a long time. It woke up

Rental Home - Issues. Like most rental homes, this home is a bit worn and weathered. The formal dining furniture has been repaired together with home-depot L-brackets and screws. A few chairs were already broken and unsafe to sit in. There are broken exterior tiles, sandstone, home-specific items. The upstairs jacuzzi wasn't operational our entire stay. Property Management company didn't compensate us for this. The downstairs jacuzzi cover is completely broken. The downstairs jacuzzi (in the winter time) is only accessible from the downstairs bedroom. The Wolf oven has zero instructions. We had to Google just how to OPEN the door and enter the security code. During our stay, a false water leak sensor was triggered and the whole house alarm went off. It's the LOUDEST alarm you'll hear in a long time. It woke up the entire home. It took the alarm company / property company at least 30 minutes to remotely turn it off.
Overall Summary. We understand as being landlords ourselves that things break and need maintenance. We hope the owners and property management company will address these items and get them remediated. We would absolutely rent this property again. Our entire family had one of the best holidays here.

Good Winter trip

We really loved the property and its location. Our family had a great time and enjoyed this home.
Just a few items as feedback:
—> Only de Master Bedroom has blackouts. The other 3 bedrooms do not. This meant that at 6:10am when the sun came out these bedrooms lit up! This offered very little privacy for these bedrooms as well.
—> The heater in one room broke down the first day and it wasnt fixed during our stay. Portable heaters were provided.
—> We had to ask for more cleaning supplies like cleaning materias for counter tops and a vacuum cleaner.
These items would make for an even better experience.
Nonetheless the property is brand new with state of the arte equipments and also has an oxygen system that helped everyone getting used to the altitude.

Great home in breck
Great house with very convenient location to skiing and town. We had a few small issues come
up over a busy holiday weekend and mgmt company helped resolve them fairly quickly.

Excellent getaway!
We had a fantastic time! The location was perfect (only .8 miles from Main St) and the hot tubs were very nice. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Tech-y, Modern Home in Great Shockhill Location
Great location in Shock Hill Neighborhood, easy 2-3 minute walk to and from the gondola, even in ski boots. House was very clean, beautifully furnished, and very tech forward. We managed to learn how to work all the TVs and appliances but it took a couple days to figure it all out. Management company was responsive to our questions and concerns. We would be happy to stay here again.
