I stayed here for the weekend with my family and we all had a great time. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for cooking, and it was a quick 10 minute drive from the beach- very convenient. They left a guest book with plenty of great tips and advice. We really enjoyed the walk to the light house! Would stay here again.

We had a great time visiting Folly Beach and staying at this property. It was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed during our stay including beach towels and an HDMI cable! Lisa’s communication was quick and easy and she was kind enough to accommodate a special request during our stay. The house is about a 10 minute drive from beach access and Lisa gave great information for parking, restaurants, etc in the area. The next time we come back we hope to stay here again!

We had such a great time staying here! Perfect location for the beach and Charleston, and such a smooth process. Now at the top of the list for houses to return to on the next trip!

The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is a quick drive from Folly Beach. Also an easy and short 20 minute or less commute into downtown Charleston. There are plenty of grocery and restaurant options nearby. The house is clean and very organized with everything you need. The management was easy to work with, prompt with responses, and helpful. There is also a book with suggestions for local food and activities that we found very useful. We would come back for sure!

Close to the beach, lovely area. The ac upstairs wasn’t working when my friends arrived, but the prop manager had it fixed before I arrived an hour later.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de la Costa. The house was very clean, easy to get to, had 2 separate tv rooms, deck and screen porch, nice, well supplied kitchen and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms, one with twins. Nice laundry room. Grocery store, restaurants, Walmart and other stores very close. James Island County Park and Folly Beach County Park are close and we enjoyed both of them. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location for doing things in downtown Charleston, the beach, Mt Pleasant, and Beaufort. Quiet walkable neighborhood. Lisa responded very quickly to any requests. Only thing that would improve this property for us would have been access to fenced backyard from the deck. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay close to Folly Beach, 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Clean, comfortable and spacious for our family. Easy to deal with and everything was as expected.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this house. The house is better than described, its comfy, in an amazing location and the owners and manager were super fast to respond to our rquest when we couldnt find a bottle opener. Our group of 4 was very comfortable, the house is a quick drive to the beach or to downtown. We would all stay here again and commented multiple times throughout our stay that this property was absolutely perfect for our girls trip.

This property was perfect for our Annual Beach Trip, short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was spacious, comfortable and we really enjoyed the screened in porch!!! Lisa was very helpful and we hope to return again.

This home was so clean, comfortable and hand everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. This is definitely one of my favorite vrbo rentals thus far. Tbe location was close enough the beach and downtown. If you visit this home make sure you try Charleston Crab House, Another Broken Egg and visit downtown to rent an electric bike.

Highly recommend for your stay on James Island.. It is a perfect location for your stay in the Charleston area... Very nice house with everything thing you would need it felt like we was at our own house... We will definitely be back to this property the next time we are in Charleston..

Great house close to everything had everything we needed

Super clean, had a great time

Girls trip, 2 of us are repeat visitors to Charleston. We enjoyed an afternoon at Folly Beach on our last visit and wanted to spend more time there. The house was perfectly situated, a quick 10 minute drive to the beach and about 25 minutes into downtown Charleston. Took the beach chairs provided and spent a day at Folly Beach. We had drinks on the screened-in porch every night. The home has a great relaxed vibe. And it is super clean!! We appreciated that. I needed to text Lisa about a WiFi issue when we arrived. She responded super quickly and told us what to do, an easy fix. There is an outside light on the garage of the home across the street that was on all night and shines into both bedrooms on the front of the house. I understand it’s probably for security but it’s a bit distracting. Other suggestions are minor- to provide additional hooks for towels etc in the upstairs bath and a full length mirror on the back of a door in at least one of the bedrooms. There were four of us in the house and we had to buy toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom was provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

House was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Location was good for the downtown wedding we were attending. Screened in porch was really nice.

Great location and house

We had a great time here! The house had everything we needed including condiments, coffee, and detergent. It was a great location with easy access to Folly beach and Charleston and with the grocery store 3 min up the road, we were able to grab anything we needed. It was so nice to have an outside shower for our return trips from the beach. There were super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We would stay here again for sure!

Great place, great host

Our family had a fun time staying here. 10 minute drive from Folly Beach and 20 minutes from downtown historic Charleston. Everything was clean and comfortable. The large beds were super comfortable and the pillows too! Plenty of room for everybody to have a good time! The screened in porch was fun to hang out on but adding a small table to play games on or eat breakfast on the screened in porch would be an added benefit. Charcoal grill was helpful for cooking family dinners and food stores were close by too! Property manager was super helpful and available by text!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Our original plan was to stay in Charleston and go to the beach from there. However, when a different property we booked fell thru ( owners sold the property) we booked Casa de la Costa as a plan B. This is definitely our Plan A now and we would love to return. It’s not far to downtown Charleston and very close to Folly Beach. All of us loved the property, slept very well in the quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room with all our needs met. Lisa, the manager, was super to work with. Highly recommend!

It was close to restaurants, and down town charelston! The house was clean and perfect for the 4 of us. It was a quiet neighborhood which was great. The check in and out was so easy and the hosts always replied to my questions within an hour or so. I highly recommend staying here .

The house is perfect for a small group. We had four people and it worked very well. It has a great location. Close to the city and all the places we wanted to explore. It is close to the beach but it was cold to swim. The communication was very easy and quick. The house has all your need for a short stay.
