property was under construction. we were the only people at the hotel. no way should have been rented.

one air conditioning for the whole hotel room. even with the ac on( in the bedroom) with the bedroom door open the living room where the pull out bed was still was not cold or even cool without us even being in the room to open the front door and let air out

It was simply convenient a location to the Irish Fest.

Tub would not drain after taking a shower even using the plunger that was there. Toilet barely flushed as well. Also they would not accept a cancelation of one of the nights. I do not normally book without that option, so I blame Booking.com for hiding that.

They couldn't do enough for us, the owner Frank was very friendly. The young man kept us well supplied with all our needs.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Place was clean, nice pool and facilities. Frank the owner was awesome, can't wait to visit again

Rooms are very dated. Bed comfortable.

Renovate rooms, hallways and stairs need to be cleaned and repainted.

I really liked the staff and the location near the beach, boardwalk, stores and cape may.

The motel is going through a transition from a previous owner who did not update the motel or maintain it in the proper manner. The bathrooms, furniture and kitchen was something out of the 1970’s.

I am a bit concerned about this property being on booking.com. When we arrived there was mold under the couch cushions and the pull out bed was even more disgusting. My son was going to sleep there and we did not at all feel comfortable having him sleep there because of that. The door never properly closed and had to slam it. Garbage was left on our balcony seating because we were right next to the ice cream shop. My husband had to clean the room (asked for a vacuum) the room was never cleaned by the maid service. They never enforced the rules (all games were supposed to end at 10 but people somehow were out past 1am making it difficult for our little Ones to sleep) my husband had to take the garbage out. My little one slipped in the tub because there was no anti slip pads or strips on the tub. The shower didn’t work properly and hot water was minimal. There was black Mold in shower and the drain was clogged. Also the window was broken (cracked) due to someone hitting a golf ball against it. Our room always smelt like pot. When we talked to owner he seemed to want to help but once he checked it he did nothing and dismissed our concerns
