Wonderful condo. It was clean, modern and updated! Being right on the beach was so important with a toddler! Location could not have been better with direct beach access and beach view and being right in the heart of Dewey. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Outdoor shower was great to rinse my daughter off after the beach. Grill area was never occupied! Only negative thing I can say is that one of the beds was very hard and uncomfortable but it would not deter me from staying here again!! Loved it. Will be back

We loved every moment of our stay. So close to the beach, perfect deck with view of beach. It had everything, parking outdoor shower, bluetooth speaker, and lots of cleaning products. We loved that it was basically stocked like our kitchen because we cooked every day. We will certainly be back! Thank you so much!

This is the second time we stayed at Rehoboth by the Sea. It was just as clean and convenient as our first time and they put in a new kitchen! Owners are great; they get back to you right away. Love the location. It was perfect for my husband and I.

The property was very clean and had great amenities in terms of TV's in every room, a recently updated kitchen, ample closet space, and a great balcony with a nice side view of the ocean. The owners provided all of the necessary information up front for what we'd need to know, and checking in and out was a breeze. It was generally pretty quiet as well which was nice when it came time for our daughter's bedtime, but there was some construction happening a block over during the day - we spent our days at the beach so it wasn't an issue, but may have been annoying if someone was working from the condo or trying to take a mid-day nap. Overall, absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back!

My wife, two boys (8 and 6) and I have stayed here for the past 3 years and love it. We know exactly was to expect as far a what is in the condo and what we need to bring. The place is always clean and fits our family of four perfectly. The unit is only a few steps away from the beach and is very quiet vs staying on the bay side. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

First impression was “OMG - it’s so clean!” And there were plenty of towel hooks! (never enough at other rentals) Great location- side view of ocean was nice - other than that, you have a view of the Atlantic View Hotel. Private beach access, very convenient. Condo was relatively quiet - didn’t really hear the condo above, only step/stairwell noise which was minimal. Overall great place to stay.
