Property has good views
Arranged for early check in with the owner, when I got there at the time, I was told guests were still there.. owner then sent me a message that the lady is cleaning and will be done in 45 mins, got there 2 hours later and she was still cleaning. Got to the apartment eventually and there was no electricity for the first hour, the toilet roll they provided was wet and messed, the bedding was stained.. front desk staff was also rude.. left the apartment after two hours when I found another booking

The staff was so unprofessional, the apartment was mediocre, the beds were uncomfortable and the couch was dirty , stinking and uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable to even seat for 30minute. The blankets were dirty smelling urine, i dont know when was that washed

Location of the property made it easy to commute area the area. The reception and staff was welcoming. And they were able to assist with early arrival.
The beds were old and uncomfortable, the bedding sheets did even fit properly because the mattress was tired and shapeless. We did not get access to the wifi on arrival we had call and request only to be connected on day2 late in the afternoon. On the morning of check out the wifi was shut down already when we woke up! Upon check out the refundable deposit was not paid on time when we contacted the host said it may 24 hrs but it took 84hrs after the host made excuses daily for the dealy and only after we complaint to Booking.com was the refund paid. Clearly he had no intention of paying.

Everything, the place was dirty and smelling. The sheets and linens had stains and were dirty. Poor stuff, poor everything!!! The poolside did not even have chairs nor a gazebo. We had to hold the sliding door in that room because there was wind and the sliding door was breaking and separating from the room.

everything was Gr8. friendly Staff . Clean. neat. safe parking and the Accommodation was also safe.we had our own privacy with no1 disturbing use. will definitely book this place again.

I would like to have needs like towels and toilet papers to be provided sheets should be changed at least room to be cleaned maybe once we were given broom without dust pan further more I paid deposit ot R300 and I was told to leave my bank details which I did and the money will be deposited into my account as soon as I drop the keys up until to day no refund and I have been phoning and promised to be done now since then I didn't get my money

Mahomed was so nagging about me paying again as the amount was not show on their account he demanded that I pay double they will refund me as soon as it shows... I also pay for the key which was a problem for them to refund me back money... I left the place clean and nothing was broken he kept on saying the system is offline for 2 full days... Only paid when I promised to fetch the money in person

Improve on your furniture and accessories and you must have a proper office where you have reception and secretarial services and an invoice for the booking confirmation

The pool was great
We were fosted to pay for broken sofa which was already broken before we came in and the sink in the kitchen was smelling very bad, i suggest before you stay in this apartment you check everything or else you will pay for something you didn't brake

I have been waiting for my damage deposit refund for almost 2 WEEKS now. All I keep getting is promises. There were no damages to the property as it was just me, my husband and our 3 year old, everything was left as we found it but I am yet to receive my money. BOOK AT OWN RISK!!

It was better than the apartment we first got. It was close to the South Beach and we a sea view.
we had to complain about a whole of stuff, we were first given a dingy room, only when we complained did they give us a better apartment. We didn’t have wifi because we had to pay extra for that. We came back from an activity ine night and there was no electricity which we struggled to load up. There’s a R300 deposit that three days later, I still haven’t received. I have been nagging them about it.
