Absolutely loved the condo! Yes there were a few small things but nothing worth giving a bad review over.
The sliding glass door is very heavy and rightfully so because of the weather that can blow through, but maybe new wheels would help.
The lighting under the kitchen cabinets gets extremely hot and even made the dishes in the cabinet hot
Yes there was a lot of police and first responder activity but your in a vacation spot that has a lot of hotels and condos. I’d rather see both than not see them at all.
The location is great! There are so many resturants, ice cream places, a mini golf course, within minutes of walking. The best part is you aren’t near the circle in town so you are away from all the traffic.
I will definitely be looking for this condo again in the future!

We loved this place. My first impression was that it was much larger than what I expected. There was abundant room for everyone and plenty of space for all. It was incredibly clean. The balcony was very large and a beautiful view of the water. We could watch the dolphins below. All 3 bedrooms were nicely appointed with tvs and furniture. Two bedrooms had private bathrooms and one of the bedrooms had a private entrance to the main bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra linens. I loved that there were 3 bathrooms, everyone had their space. The neighbors were very quiet. There was an elevator so we didn’t have to climb stairs. The couch and kitchen furniture were a little worn but worked well enough for us. It was very easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, gelato, and the beach. A bus stop was also local if you wanted to take the trolley. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious 3 bedroom with beautiful intercostal views. We were able to walk to most things, and especially appreciated being able to bring our dog. The bed was comfortable. We would stay again.

Nice building and in very nice location. There were a few issues upon arrival but the Mgmt company and owner took care of them immediately (beach chairs, patio chairs and tea kettle). The bedrooms were all very nice and its great that each Bedroom has it's own bath, that's a real plus. The one thing that would keep me from coming back is the living room furniture. I have never sat on a couch that uncomfortable and we had to endure it for a whole month. The water view was great.
A negative about the building is it only had one elevator. That worries me because my wife cannot walk up steps.

Love the place, great location close to everything. Very clean only thing I didn’t like was the beds very hard not comfortable and squeaky anytime you sit on the bed maybe replace mattress and box springs other than that loved my stay.

This was not the unit I originally rented. The unit I was supposed to be in was a Three bedroom three bathroom condo but upon arrival we found out the elevator was out of service and no one told us. I had handicap family members that could not walk up the stairs to the fourth floor. So the rental agency changed our reservation to a three bedroom two bathroom unit after playing phone tag with them. When arriving to the unit in an another building the back sliding door was broken, the toilet was leaking all over the floor and the condo was dirty. I would not rent from Pinellas rentals again.

The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious! Location was perfect, just a mere 5 to 15 minutes walk to just about all the restaurants and attractions in the area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking from the 4th floor. The only recommendation I have is to update some of the furniture but don't let that influence your decision to stay here.

I loved the property and all the rooms. The home was very clean and in a good neighborhood. We were on walking distance of everything. My husband forgot out daughters luggage ans they called to let us know and they are going to ship it to us. I was very much appreciative of that. Only thing i would say is some of the light switches need adjusting and the back sliding door from the living room on the roght may need some cleaning or oil to help it slide better.

This was a very nice location that has a bathroom for each bedroom! You don’t see that with very many condos. Now the view was so nice, we seen dolphins all but maybe two days. We had people on kayaks boards, and at night the grass huts that float people rent came down our canal. We were close to everything beach, restaurants,etc.

Clearwater Experience
The location was decent, everything was in walking distance but there was a lot of police and first responder activity everyday. Cleanliness was ok, the floors definitely could have been cleaned a little better prior to our arrival (this was a big thing for me considering I have a one year old). The condo could definitely use a little TLC (could use a new couch in the living room/ sitting area, wall trim fixed/ touched up, bathroom water spicket needs tightened, a few holes in walls need patched and repainted, doorknobs need tightening, etc.). A lot of things to do around the area for all ages, the beach was clean, and great restaurants nearby.

Main living room didn't have any curtains (felt like a fish bowl at night)
Outside hallway light is bright in front two bedrooms with only white blinds (need more curtains). Single beds were noisy.

Light bulb was out in kitchen, making it dark
Microwave didn't work
At least one of the chairs was broken on the balcony
TV audio/video differed in each room

Nice but needs some minor tweaks
The property was located in a nice area of Clearwater Beach. Everything was close. Everything they said on the website was as stated. I do however need to comment that the washer was smelly and moldy where you put the liquid, I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning this so we could use it. The dryer doesn’t dry your clothes very well either The patio doors did not lock nor did the blinds work in the master bedroom.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and may return in the future if these items are fixed.

Needs a little TLC
Beautiful location, lots of room. Bed sheets were very thin and worn out and pillows. Curtains in master bedroom had missing slates and were unable to open more than 2 ft. There were a lot of great places to eat and had plenty of things to see and do. We were lucky to get perfect weather and able to see dolphins from the patio 3 out of the 6 days

Love the place but not the fact that the management wasn’t flexible considering COVID & Red Tide!!!!
The property was excellent & I will defiantly stay there again. My only regret was that we were not able to change our dates due to the heavy COVID outbreak in Tampa/Clearwater area as well as the recent Red Tide outbreak that killed thousands of fish. My trip was mainly a fish trip, which went horrible due to Red Tide & the fact the management company refused to allow us to reschedule even though we did not ask for any refund or difference back in price. I personally thought that was BS considering the new dates we wanted were way cheaper than the dates originally selected & given the fact that we did not desire any refund in the price difference. We only cared about fishing & were force to come down knowing that the fishing was jacked up due to red tide! Other than that, the place is beautiful & I will defiantly stay there again. Beautiful place as advertised & we had zero complaints at all & highly recommend the place! Thank you!

Gorgeous view and amazing property!
Staying here was perfect. The view of the harbor is gorgeous and getting to see random dolphins swim by is fantastic. The pool area is very nice and the beach, restaurants and activities are super close! I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

Recent family stay at Bayway Boulevard
The property was very clean and had a nice layout so everyone had their privacy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and private. The walk to town was easy, so close to everything.

The property is in dire need of cosmetic attention. Chair on the balcony was broken and only three for the table so it left only 2 for sitting at the table. Baseboards are dirty and need repairing. Dryer doesn’t work properly. If you plan to cook take storage containers with you.
Master bath flush handle was broken. TV remote in the twin bed bedroom was broken. Also this room needs blackout curtains due to the light outside shining in at night. The blinds in the master bedroom would not close and had slats missing. Sun comes up and you’re awake! I appreciate being allowed to stay and the security in the building is good. Parking spaces are good size. Location is close to the beach and entertainment.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was more beautiful and bigger than the pictures appear. Huge rooms, amazing kitchen and a huge balcony with the best view of dolphins playing in the water. It was a great place to call home after a day at the beach or walking around the town. Right in the heart of it all.

Property is within walking distance to tons of places. The beach was a short walk. They had sand toys and beach chairs. The place was amazing. We seen dolphins every morning. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this property! Great location and gorgeous inside. Quiet, clean, and luxurious! This is the best place we have ever stayed in Clearwater and will be making it our regular landing spot for vacation. Thank you so, so, so much! We were sad to leave.
