Okay property - inside clean - outside overgrown and unkept. Quite beach location. Biting flies and jellyfish are a deterrent.

Location can’t be beat. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores are close by and walkable too. The condo itself is pretty outdated and and didn’t seem very clean upon arrival. There was a vacuum in the unit that we ended up using ourselves on the first day because of the amount of sand that was on the ground (this was before we’d been to the beach ourselves). Overall, we had a good experience and I’d stay again based on the price and location.

This was our third stay at this location. Love the location! The views are amazing, proximity to the beach is my favorite. The rooms were clean and tidy. The check in process is very easy and we were able to check in early to start our stay. Property manager was very friendly!

We checked in, and just did a once over quickly, noticing feathers all over the couch and living room, dropped our stuff off and left so we could go eat and get to the beach. But after getting back that night and finally being able to fully look, I was pretty disgusted. When we found this house we planned for our 16 year old son to sleep on the sleeper sofa. When I went to pull it out it was absolutely filthy. I knew as soon as I started removing the cushions it was going to be dirty. the mattress and couch looked like it had never been cleaned. Stains and dirt covered the whole thing. I was looking for the extra blanket and pillow I was told was there. I found them in a closet. The blanket looked like it had Cheetos prints all over it. Like someone used the blanket to wipe their fingers. The pillow was super heavy. So I opened the pillow case and there was what looked to be black mold on the pillow. Like I said, disgusted. My daughter and her friend took the shared room. The quilts had blood stains all over them. There was dirt behind every night stand and table. Like whoever cleaned the house just tried to clean what you could see. Not pull any of the furniture out to clean behind it. The feathers we found to be from the feather pillows on the couch. It just wasn’t a very clean house. The rental company did try to make it right by bringing a blow up bed and housekeeping back. But the cleaners need to do a huge deep clean. They need to replace the couch immediately.

5+ stars for the location. Easily the best part of our stay. We had no issues locating the property, or with parking in the designated spot. The unit did have a kitchen, but it was small, and we had no desire to use provided kitchen ware-limited and was simply not clean. I would suggest buying your own drinking water. The review loses stars due to overall state of unit. The updated furniture was very nice, but we did not use any of the dressers as the drawers were dirty-sand and debris. The floor was swept clean but if you walk on it in bare feet, they will shortly get very dark. Be prepared to wear shoes or slippers while inside. When we got there, we discovered the 2 couches were completely covered in animal hair. Our child has a severe animal allergy. The units are also listed as no pets, so I'm not sure why the fur. We called management and were very quickly provided with a vacuum. Spent about 30 min vacuuming the hair and sand out of the smaller couch. The throw pillows from the couch and the bed were also covered in animal fur as well as the covers on the larger bed. We did end up driving to Savannah to buy a new bed blanket so we didnt have to use the one covered in fur. The shower curtain was stained and smelled awful. I wish there was a wet mop with floor cleaner so we could have a fresh floor. We also battled fruit flies from day one. Would return to the island, but would stay elsewhere.

The property was clean and right on the beach but there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed and the photos did not match the unit we were given. The management company was very responsive when we contacted them.

This property had everything we needed plus more. The access to the beach was easy and super close, steps away. The bedrooms and main living areas were super clean and up to date. Finding the property in the dark was a bit difficult. I wish there were numbers on the house, near the provided parking spot. That would have been extremely helpful.

Stayed here while in town for family wedding. Excellent location, great balcony ocean view for sunrise and sunset.

Overall the property was in a good location and as advertised. As stated by others the property was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. There was so much sand on the floor that we bought a small sweeper to get it cleaned as the provided broom did not really help much. We also purchased a small throw rug to catch the sand we brought in from the beach before walking on the floor. I feel that for the cleaning fee charged the unit should be cleaner upon arrival not the opposite. We made sure to clean well before leaving. This was also expressed upon check out.

We love the property. The location is perfect. The north end of the beach is perfect. The walk from the house is not far and the house has all we need for the best week to end summer vacation.

Condo was good for two people. Although there are 3 beds, there is only one very small bathroom. Great for two people. Great location. Loved how close to ocean and restaurants

Was extremely pleased with the property. Especially pleased with the plentiful hot water and strong water pressure in the shower. Only negative is the parking is very tight.

Four of us friends, since grade school,celebrated all of our 60th bdays here. It was great!

The pictures were a little missing leading. Read details. Linen looked like it needed to be washed. Sand in the bed. Not thoroughly cleaned. 3 levels. Top two are rentals. Very bottom- someone lives there. Washer and dryer on the very bottom- shared. The next door neighbors were great. We came during beach bum fest. Had a great time. Beach access was not bad. Very close. The local eateries were awesome. We love Tybee!

This was a great place with amazing ocean views right in your living room! The unit was clean and decorated nicely. The location was great with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was not crowded and it was like we had our own little beach all to ourselves within a minute or less from property! We loved our stay here!

Unit was clean and beach front and conveniently located. Only down fall was there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit, but is a laundry mat across the street.

Nicely furnished Condo with great views of the ocean in unit 2. Bring extra toilet paper if you’re staying more than a few days. No dishwasher. Also no TV’s in the bedrooms if you like falling asleep to those. Walking distance to food and convenience stores. Beach was not congested in this area.

This was an amazing place to stay and my family loved it! We could literally watch our kids from the balcony while they played on the beach. It was also clean and cozy. The only thing I would add would be a hose or something to wash the sand off, so it didn’t get tracked in the house other than that it was perfect. Definitely recommend

Convenient, easy to access location. Great ocean front. A little noisy at times being right on the main road. My socks collected dirt and hair from previous visitors. The unit could benefit from at least one indoor rug to wipe feet on. Loved watching the ships come into the Savannah River. Beautiful location to watch the sunrise.

The house was comfortable. We enjoyed being close to the beach!

Good views of ocean and easy access to beach. Bring all items needed for kitchen even simple items like coffee filters, extra kitchen towels and etc. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep any sand that comes into the place. Overall, it was nice but no extras. Read other reviews as well they were accurate. This place seems better for people who are driving vs flying.

Place was fine. Right on beach but also right on loud highway with huge light display out the window. There were multiple other Apts while only listed as upstairs/downstairs. Was very loud could hear all noise from other Apts. Including TV on all night long. Kitchen very limited and basic. Only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days.

It was very easy to drive into Savannah from this condo, so the balance of staying at an ocean front property yet having the restaurants and shops of Savannah's historic district was easily achieved.

Property was very clean and neat. Furnishings were great. Water pressure in shower was awesome. View was great. Just a short walk to beach. Only complaint was backing out of driveway on the curve. Overall, I would stay here again.
