Good Place to staying in Yerevan. Armina and her mother are very kind and helpful , Ask to them for everything. Even there Is a roof top with Amazing view to Yerevan and Mountains! What else? Thank you so much!!!!

The host was really nice and helpful and the property had everything I needed, including kitchen with all equipment, spacious bathroom, lockable room, comfy bed with warm blanket. The room is big and has a heating and air conditioning along with the balcony with good city view. Several supermarkets are in 5 mins walking distance and metro station in 15 mins walk. Big shopping center (Yerevan Mall) and main railway station are also in 15-20 mins by feet.

to be honest it was a long story, after tussling with the cab driver who prevented from dealing the charge to take me to the hostel and just said come on get on the car( he didn't know much english)! and despite using navigation he got around the city to take me to the hostel and finally found the place by calling the hostess! finally we didn't reach an agreement so the hostess afforded the half of the cab's fare! the building was on old one which looked abandoned on the doorway and specially the stairway and the house was located on the top floor( 9th floor) but we made it to the last floor by the elevator! as i was so pissed off and outraged by the cab driver behaviour i made a mistake and didn't check the facilities properly! as the hostess and her mother left the house i popped up to the city and when i came back to the house i found out that the door from the room which were given to me without lock! yes there were no luck at the door!! despite the other three rooms! i asked her about the lock and she just said sorry! we haven't installed any lock on this handle! so i left the house abruptly because of lack of safety at the house cause another guy was living the next room! and found another hostel at 12 am! i texted her and gave her keys back at the next morning but refused the money she proposed me for the compensation!

Armina and her mother are caring hosts. I had been staying there for a 4 days. Everything was fine. Armina treated me to local dishes of Armenian cuisine. This place is good value for money for single treveller.

The room was very clean! Armina and her mother are amazing! Armina can speak English very well and Russian! She told me about the best places to know in the city! She smokes but just outside of apartment, so don't need to be afraid with smells of cigarettes because it will not happen!! I think that was the best Guest house that I stayed in many countries that I have been!! Friendly, clean and I felt like in my home.

Everything was perfect!

The room is on the last floor of the building, so from the terrace you have a very nice view. It was very clean and warm. Ermina speaks very well English, and she is always willing to help, with the accommodation, the taxis, the area, food, etc. Thank you Ermina and mother for your help and the hospitality!

I like especially that ir is so personal, more like a homestay. Armine is full of knowledge and nice to talk to, her mother is very sweet and always smiling. I feel like really being in Armwnia experiencing local life. The views over town are great and it is really quiet. The walk to the metro and the ride with it adds to the experience.

The host spoke perfect English, and she helped me in every way. The room was nice and clean.

Owner is very kind and everything is so clean I ... you feel like home , is comfortable and owner is warm they always won’t to help you,, location is good only 10 minutes from metro ,, an two station of republic square,,, kitchen is huge and owner always put sweets and frites in the table ,,, is best place in Yerevan for sleep ..
