The apartments are just outside the main town, which is fine, especially if you have a car. Walking to town is easy but allow some time if you are with someone elderly or who has difficulty walking up and down cobbled stones. The beach is quite a way down; probably very doable by foot (I would not know as I did not do it) but not as close as it may appear on a map!

Everything

There was nothing to not like.

The apartment was very nice, large, appealing, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped, there was working air conditioning in each room, there were 4 balconies with a sea view, one of the balconies had mosquito net on its door, two bathrooms, hot water every time on each tap, it even had detergent for the washing machine, mosquito repellents, clothesline and clothespins, dish detergent, large private parking. The city center was reachable within 4-5min by foot

It would have been nice to have blankets for colder nights

execept the bed width, the apartment was great! The owner as well, easy to agree with.

Narrow beds

The apartment was well equipped. You have everything as you have at your own home. It was clean, cozy and spacious. The owner is kind and will help you with everything. Town center is near, about 500 m.

If you don`t have car, nearest beach is 1.1 km away. Going to the beach is not that hard, it's downhill, but returning is hard. 80% of road is uphill. The bed is a bit noisy. The shower cabin could be a little bigger.

Nice and big apartment, had almost everything we needed, even shared washing mashine. Place for parking in front of accommodation.

A little bit plugged bath drain and shallow bath; got different appartment then in pictures (though it had one room more that we didn't need/use) but it was still looking nice. And there was some nice smell in the apartment but very strong - it started to be a little bit annoying..

Close enough to the village to walk to yet private and quiet. Private parking space. The host did his best dealing with unforeseeable glitches. Air conditioning in the living area and both rooms. Clean and well equipped. The washing machine was a welcome bonus. We enjoyed our holiday at Houses Nikolaos.

The WiFi didn't seem to work all throughout our stay but that wasn't a problem, really. The rooms could do with a liitle more space. Only one of the 2 rooms had a wardrobe so everything needed to be stored in one room and we kept disturbing our friends to collect our clothes. There were other minor things but nothing important. It was a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect, just like it says in the reviews. Very clean, value for the money and for just 7-8 min you are in the center of the Afytos

Everything was as expected. Very clean and cozy. Nikolaos was also very pleasant.

The apartment was very clean and comfy. The location is a short walk to the centre. The host is a good person and always helpful.

Quite location out of village, but close enough (8min walking), room's space and comfort, you have everything you need in the app, very clean. With one word - excellent!

Only one remark - bed's construction is made from some metal, it's look very nice, but every time you lie on the bed it's make noise, also during the sleep if you move the noise can wake you up. Hope for the next stay it will be fixed with a little grease :)

Furniture was brand new Walking distance to village center

Poor WiFi coverage Decoration needs improvement. For example some reading lights Shower water was switching from cold to warm every few seconds. A bit too pricey for what it was offering.

Everything was great, the host will help you for whatever you want. I recommend, city is 10 min walking. You have free parking and all staff in kitchen you need!
