The apartment is clean and spacious and comfortable.

Apartment requires fixing a lot of small items which at alone are ok, but when clubbed together become annoying.

the replacement towels provided were threadbare, very basic and discoloured

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with many ethnic restaurants and bars, but it is not one of the best areas but despite this it is located a few steps from the ‘Gare Central’ and a few tram stops from the center (Hamilius). The flat is equipped with an equipped kitchen, kettle and coffee machine. I appreciated the presence of the bottles of water. The heating works well. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. I liked the quick feedback from the host, which I think is very important in case of need. So in general the apartment is nice and suitable for 4 people.
Unfortunately there is a construction site right in front so from 7 in the morning it is impossible to be able to sleep, it also ruins the view from the comfortable balcony. Often the internet line dropped as well as the TV signal, the Wi-Fi in the room near the bathroom does not arrive. A courtesy set would be appreciated.

spacious warm apartment near station - easy to get tram. Modern apartment which happens to be in Art Deco quarter.
There are NOT 2 bathrooms - only 1 bathroom plus toilet. Only toiletries supplied are watered down handsoap. Most guests complain about parking - owner could not advise where the car park is (underneath apartment block) or entrance dimensions even though height is clearly marked. Cheap Ikea cooking equipment not suitable as pans too enormous to fit more than one on hob, crockery old and scratched needs replacing. Not a private owner, but a business.
Ongoing issue with electricity in the flat from Xmas day - sparks flying due to short circuit in hallway light switch. No electricity or lights in bedrooms and kitchen so could not cook and as electric blinds were down, we had to dress and undress in the dark. Simo sent one of his staff to reset the electricity from the fuse box outside the flat at 6pm Xmas day, plunging us into darkness, but then it tripped again following morning. We again asked for it to be fixed. Out for much of the day, but when we returned we still had no electricity or lights in bedrooms and kitchen. Simo said he sent someone round at 1pm whilst we were out, he didn’t check with us whether the time would be suitable, or obviously check that the issues had been fixed, as the blinds were still down and no electricity in bedrooms or kitchen. As Simo refused to get an emergency electrician to fix the issue, I contacted Customer Services to ask them to assist - they were apologetic on phone but didn't do anything apart from sending me an email saying there would be no compensation. I didn't ask for compensation, just for the issue to be fixed. We ended up having to pack in the dark by the light of our phones.
Owner tried to blame us for recharging our phones! Neither landlord nor Booking.com seem to care about the safety of customers.

The flat is spacious (2 large bedrooms, good size living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms) and nicely renovated. It's also very warm (we were there in winter time).
It's 15-20 min away from the city center, with a free direct tram :) There are supermarkets in walking distance and a nice shopping street.
Was very nice to have a car parking.
The stuff also provided us with a baby cot.
It would have been great to have a better equipped kitchen - smaller sized pots, frying pan that is not scratched, dish for baking in the oven. We brought our own oil/salt, but could have been nice to have these simple items in the flat.
The bathtub would appreciate unclogging (the water doesn't go through).

Spacious, clean and overall sufficient in terms of facilities. The location was good with access to many different shops.
The apartment could use a variety of kitchen utensils. Cooking spatula and knives for cooking would be helpful when preparing food. The pillows were too soft.

Location is perfect. The apartment is located near train station, about 5-minutes walk. Also very near with several convenient stores/supermarket. Apartment was clean and spacious enough for my family, 4 person. Cozy living room and nice kitchen. Secured apartment building so we feel safe.
In overall, we could enjoy our 9 days staying there.
Because of hot weather, we need to keep windows open, so somehow disturbed by some noise due to construction work, drunk people nearby and in the morning because of garbage truck. Some recommendations: (1) need to provide fans/portable aircon in every room especially during summer so windows can be closes when sleeping to avoid noise; (2) all kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, are big sizes, so not efficient. Good to also provide small sizes; (3) better to also provide common ingredient such as salt, pepper, cooking oils; (4) two stocks of tissue toilet for 9 days were not enough. Of course we managed to buy it outside, but it would be much better if the host can provide enough stock of tissue toilet and kitchen paper based on period of staying.

The location is very good.
The washing machine and drayer were not in working condition, we wrote to host but didn't get response. There were some lights did not working. The wifi has limitation to be used in all rooms. The kitchen was with limited utensils and that too were oversize. There is a construction work in progress next door thus it was very noicy in the early mornings.

Location was nice. Walkable to main parts of the city we wanted to see as well as numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Accommodated my family of 5 easily.
Could use some cooking basics in the apartment. Didn't even have oil or salt and paper. Some neighbor noise was heard, but that isn't really the managements fault.

Beautiful appartment. Nice starting point to explore the city. Walking distance to free public transport in Luxembourg and city bikes available in front of building. Big children's playground in front of building and supermarket, bakery just around the corner.

Nothing. Extremely unpleasant experience.
We were given a completely different apartment than the one we booked! And no, it's not just the decoration. There was no balcony, no 2 bathrooms, no bathtub. The owner apparently has multiple apartments that he promotes here and you are gonna be given whatever apartment he wants, not the one you booked. And it is not mentioned anywhere on their page that this could happen! We chose this specific apartment because we liked the way it looked. The place we were given was ugly and stinked like 3 week old curry or something like that. We tried to air the place out by keeping the windows open for 3 h ( in the middle of the winter!) but that didn't do anything. The owner suggested to send back the housekeeper, but she couldn't do anything about it - the stench was soaked in the furniture, the walls, the textile, everything.
On top of that, the place was dirty and unmaintained - there was something greasy smeared on the windows. The toilet bowl was disguisting. The dining table was literally a glass door put on some metal legs. The lamps were hanging on wires, the list goes on and on. You would expect the properties nowadays to be extra strict with the hygiene but not this one, apparently. And to think there's such a big cleaning fee - it's ridiculous!
The owner was very uncooperative. All we wanted was to be moved to the flat we actually booked or get a refund. He didn't offer even some kind of discount. The customer service of Booking.com was useless as well, so there goes 400 eur wasted.
Oh, and the undergrpund parking is a nightmare! I'd rather pay to park my car somewhere else instead of going through all of the super tight and sharp corners again.
