the only thing was the first bed I slept in( in the big room) was abit hard for me. switched beds the next night and it was grand.

Anna our host was very friendly and helpful, house was very clean and spacious, fire lit and treats left out for us. House in great location for shops walks etc. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, house was really nice and comfortable. Fire was lit on arrival which was really nice as the weather was not great out. Everything you could need was provided like coffee etc. Will definitely stay here again. Host was very welcoming on arrival.

The property was not clean at all.. Cobwebs everywhere, dusty, the worst thing was that I am certain the bed I slept in was not clean linen as there was a distinct body odour from the bedding.. I am extremely disappointed with this and it took away front the joy of the trip

Lovely house, shops near by. Great for break away. Pet friendly aswell. We will book again.

Very good property could do with little refreshing particularly new sofas. Cleaning before we arrived wasn't the best, mirrors etc dirty, bed sheets not ironed and no spare sheets or mop available for floors. However it is a lovely size house and we enjoyed our stay. I think k maybe just pressure being booked back to back.

Loved the location and the size of the property and that it’s pet friendly. Milk and butter left in the fridge for arrival and a lovely packet of buns on the table…nice touch! Downstairs bedroom and en-suite shower/wet room is lovely. Garden is also very pretty and private. BBQ, picnic table and umbrella provided.

Downside to pet friendly is that the main drive/gates allow small/medium dogs to escape through the gap under the gates and the garden at the back cannot be accessed directly from the house, just the drive. A lock on the inside of the garden gate would be very helpful to stop the gate being pushed open by escapee dogs! Mattresses were very lumpy and dip in the middle so sleep deprived unfortunately. Could do with a coat of paint in places and the settee updated but this is all constructive criticism as we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and Ana the host was extremely helpful and friendly.

Was great location. Lots of space and the fact the house was pet friendly with a large gated garden was great. Anna was very welcoming and the living space was spacious and very clean. Private parking was also a real bonus.

The bedrooms in particular need a bit of updating. The downstairs bedroom in particular, and the bed / pillows wasnt comfortable at all. The closets smelled very bad of moth balls and I couldn’t put my clothes in them.

I loved the fact it’s close to the town everything u need is in walking distance, friendly neighbours, milk and biscuits on arrival, Anna was very nice and a lovely person to have contacts with
