We stayed for 3 days 4 nights at this beautiful home for a wedding weekend. There were 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 10 yr old. The house was clean, well appointed and on a gorgeous private street just a few minutes walk to the beach. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but the living areas are spacious and functional and the outdoor spaces inviting. The host was friendly and responsive. Overall a great house for the beach and cape cod experience.

Outstanding property! Impeccably clean! The home has everything you will need! The Property Managers (owners) are amazing, prompt, and provide awesome communication! We have stayed in numerous places, and this home was top notch! So close to a private beach! Exactly like the listing- if not better! Highly recommend! Close to shops, restaurants, and grocery needs. Under a five minute walk to beach. The water was gorgeous!

Stayed for a much needed weekend getaway. It's a short walk to the beach, and for those who like walking, an easy walk to town. Really nice setup outside of the house, with plenty of quiet places to read. Clean and bright inside. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again. Really wished I had booked a longer stay.

We had an excellent stay in Harwich Port! Ed was great to work with. This house was perfect for us and our two dogs! It’s just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. We would love to go back!

We were close to the beach and the house had all the amenities needed. It is a small place with a large kitchen and comfortable family room. Bedrooms are very small, but very comfortable. It has A/c and we used it a few times, nice to have. So great that it is pet friendly, our Golden had the best time! The House was super clean and the outdoor shower was the best!!

This home is beautiful, and the kitchen was gigantic. The location couldn't be beat - within walking distance to a lovely beach. Would stay again!

Loved staying here as it was a great place for our family. The house was extremely clean with every Amenity you could think of and in a perfect location with a 2 min walk to the beach and a 2 min drive to restaurants and tons of activities for the kids.

Beautiful home with tons of natural light. The neighborhood is ideal with a short walk to the beach, downtown a short drive away, and fun attractions for the kids right around the corner. Will absolutely book again.

Our stay at's Ed's property was perfect! The house was spotless and beautiful. The attention to atmosphere and decorating was great, just being in the home made me happy. The kitchen is big and roomy with both a breakfast peninsula and a dining table, providing plenty of room for gathering at meals and to play games together. We were there during a cold windy week in April, so we spent plenty of time indoors. The living room was cozy and comfy. We were able to congregate there and play even more games! The deck was inviting, although too cold for us to get much use out of. We were traveling with family, kids 8yo, 11yo, 16yo, and our 20yo adult son. There were more than enough beds for us. The beach was at the end of the street, an easy walk, completely flat, no uphill battles, lol. We usually went to the next street over, where we found a short path through the "woods." This was great for walking the dog, as he is used to walking in fields and forest on the daily. My 8yo son was thrilled to find an enormous crop of wintergreen berries in those woods, lol. The house in is a typical Cape Cod neighborhood, with houses right next door to each other. The street was a quiet side street that ends at the beach (no through driving traffic to the beach, which is nice.) The street is off a busier road that led right into town. Plenty of choices for restaurants and shopping. No reservations. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

The neighborhood really is quite special especially because you’re so close to the beach. The house came equipped with everything you need to feel right at home too. The owner was very communicative and we can’t wait to visit again!

The road this property is on is beautiful. The house is perfect. The outdoor shower is one of the best we've seen at other rental properties. Ed was extremely helpful and welcoming to our family. We vacationed with another family and our kids had a great time together. We were nearby some great places and a short walk to the beach. September was a lovely time to stay in Harwichport. My family and I are looking forward to another stay at Ed's house in the future.

Good house

My family just returned from a week at Ed's house in Harwich Port. The house was amazing and Ed was very accessible and easy to communicate with. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to what I consider one of the best beaches on Cape Cod, Earle Road Beach. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone and my family will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

Loved the whole experience from pre-booking to leaving the property after the visit. The owner was prompt in responding, and everything was as described.

This home was in such a great location and is perfect for pets as well. Being on a dead end and walkable to the beach made it an easy family walk to the water. I would highly recommend it

We found this cottage when searching for a pet-friendly location for our family. With four bedrooms we were able to all come in comfort (5 of us and a dog - though only 4 made it this year). While more could sleep here this was a comfortable number for us. The owner is always available for questions and / or issues. The home is 1,000 steps from the beach. The beach itself is clean and during the week days wasn't very crowded at all. Their are carts available to tote your belongings the short distance down the road. Full A/C and a great out-door shower. We made use of the nice gas grill just off the deck. There's also plenty of parking. We only had two cars but also had some visitors - room for 5 or even 6 cars in a pinch. All the comforts of home right here at the beach.

We were able to see lots of our friends and family during our vacation. We spent many days at your beach, ate all the seafood and ice cream we could get our hands on, played mini golf, shopped, and went to the movies. Everything you could ever need in a beach house was there at Ed’s house. The house was clean, stocked kitchen with the basics, and ready to use. The beach, only a 5 minute walk down a peaceful quaint neighborhood, was a breeze with the provided beach cart. The beach was really clean and family friendly. We would walk our dog in the early morning and in the evening on the beach and he just loved it. There really aren’t any negatives to speak of and look forward to spending some more Summer weeks here in the future.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood. The beds were fairly comfortable except for the bed with the trundle which was very soft and squeaky. The outdoor shower was fantastic.

Ed's place was quite an upgrade from the usual "cottage" on the Cape. The house has been renovated nicely and provide all the comforts of home. With a short walk to Earle Street beach (about 1,000 paces) with wheeled beach buggy's for chairs and umbrella's stored at the house going back and forth was a breeze. There is a great grill, TV with all the channels (hint: 1250 is your Red Sox station!). Arrival was no hassle - Ed provided a code to enter the house. Checkout the same - we cleaned up and left! As advertised everyone wanted to use the outdoor shower! Ed made himself available for questions or issue but we didn't have any! It's also a great location - not just for the beach but a short walk to stores and the downtown Harwich port area (about a mile). Ed provided suggestions for restaurants (we used some) and would add "Good Friends" for a great breakfast! Stay here and have a great time!!

We had such a great week's vacation and this house was a main reason why! The open kitchen and beautiful deck area were points of gathering and conversation for the whole family. A very short walk to the beach provided the option for those who wanted to head for a swim earlier than others to do so - without having to pack up a car, drop off, etc. The beach wagon and cart provided were a big help! The house was clean and provided the amenities needed to enjoy both a BBQ and spaghetti dinners in, and is located a short distance to Harwjchport Center, where you can find a ton of fun, family-friendly spots to eat. We love the Harwichport area and have rented there for many years now, and found this to be our favorite house yet - with the BEST outdoor shower ever!! Thank you to Ed for your hospitality - such a wonderful owner to work with! Can't wait to stay again!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this vacation house. We found it to be very homey and well stocked. the location cant be beat. A 5 minute walk to a great beach. It really came with everything we needed for a week on the beach. Ed, the owner, was also very helpful in providing us with all of the information about the house, the neighborhood, and the area. I would highly recommend this house. We hope to be back next year.

My family and I stayed at Ed's property this past June. Although my husband and I are from MA, we are living in SC and wanted to give our children a taste of our summers growing up. We couldn't have picked a better property to spend our vacation! The house was a perfect fit for the 6 of us and our pup. The property was very clean and well stocked with all the items we needed throughout the week. Very large kitchen which was great for cooking and playing games. Wonderful outdoor space with lots of seating and an outdoor shower (which my family took full advantage of!). And the best part? THE LOCATION! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk down the private way. It sits between two jetty's which was great for me because my children could explore but kept them in a defined space, allowing me to relax and enjoy myself! Also, the house is about a 20 minute walk into town (completely doable and enjoyable with all the scenery). And there are plenty of fun things to do in the area. We spent a day shopping and eating in Chatham, spent a couple of hours playing mini golf and games at Skull Island in Yarmouth, and went on a whale watch out of Hyannis (all these things were within a 20 min. drive from the property). Ed was a wonderful host. Very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had. We will definitely be recommending his property to our friends and family that live in MA and hope to go back someday!
