Our family enjoyed the house and location very much. The views and setup were top notch, having the ocean access to snorkel and watch wildlife was a huge plus. We seen turtles close by everyday. The house was in excellent condition and in quite area not to far from Cruz bay and about 25min from Coral Bay

Sea’s Edge is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed! Loved being right on top of the hill overlooking the bay! The views were amazing. Each bedroom was very nice and I liked that everyone had their own private room and bathroom! The Villa was very well appointed- there was even scuba gear! My family loved being able to snorkel off the little dock below. The outdoor lanai area was very nice and the infinity pool overlooking the bay was gorgeous! All Catered To staff were so kind, friendly and helpful!

We stayed at Seas Edge for the second time with a group of 4 couples. The villa was perfect for us with awesome views and good times! The villa is very comfortable, private, clean and very well equipped. We could not think of anything that would have made our stay any better ( except fewer bug bites outside....bring bug spray)

The view says it all. If you are looking to simply unwind and get away from it all, this is the place. Everyday we had a wonderful breeze, there is room if needed to get out of the sun. We were (5) couples and truly enjoyed our week. This was our 3rd time vacationing in St John and our next trip will be back to Seas Edge.

had a wonderful trip to St. John. House was amazing. Only issue we had was the stranger that broke in and met my wife in the bedroom. Told a story about how he was a maintenance person who was looking for a tool he left behind. Rental company verified this was not true. We were very lucky. It could have ended very differently. We had left with the cars, but my wife stayed behind. I guess they thought we were all gone. Scary but turned out OK. The house was beautiful and Catered to was a good company to deal with.

We were a group of 10 (5 couples). The property was beautiful and everything we had hoped it would be. Location was ideal and it had a very private setting. Unfortunately, the second to last night of our stay someone had accessed the property while we were away and stole money from 2 rooms and exercise equipment from one room. This was brought to the attention of VACASA however they claim all of their keys were accounted for and no one had entered the property from their company. The house was locked everytime we left so apparently someone has a key to access the rooms.
Beyond this issue we really enjoyed the property.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a trip to St John with our close family and Sea's Edge was the perfect villa choice. We held the Vow Renewal outside the gazebo and then celebrated with a catered in dinner and dance party on the outside patio. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy and took full advantage of their own balconies. The pool, deck and view kept us entertained at all hours (turtles! waves! stars!). Catered To and the maintenance folks were courteous, friendly and professional. We are now spoiled for an infinity pool with that view and the sounds of the waves. Hope to return!

Everything about our stay at Sea's Edge was fantastic! This home is absolutely beautiful - every bedroom has it's own bathroom and a balcony with amazing views of the ocean. The home was very well furnished - the kitchen is large and has plenty of plates and silverware - it even has two dishwashers. The outside space at Sea's Edge is wonderful - plenty of room to be in the sun or the shade depending on your preference. The location is also ideal - not too far from Cruz Bay for the convenience of shopping and restaurants but isolated enough to feel like you've escaped the crowds. We enjoyed working with the staff at Catered To Vacation Homes - they were quick to respond to all of our questions while planning our trip and they checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Our week was simply awesome!!

You cannot beat this villa in my opinion. I have seen very very few if any that compete with it. The access to Rendezvous Bay is absolutely epic, albeit it is not for kids or beginners to enter the water without assistance, the snorkeling right there outside the dock was in my opinion second best to Maho Bay. The ONLY improvement I would make at this villa would be to add some more outdoor seating, there was only 3 lounge style outdoor chairs and was hoping for more as we were competing for them sometimes. Everything else about this villa is magnificent. Roy the greeter was perfect as well, escorted us to our villa right from the ferry dock and gave us a tour and then even went as far to ensure we were able to connect to the sound system before we left. 6/5 stars if I could. We will be back 100%.

This property is over the top amazing. There we 5 couples celebrating 2 birthdays. We had everything that we needed. Very well stocked for anything you would need. Everyone that helped with our stay was very helpful. Our property manager, greeter, taxi driver, Provisioner and private chef could not have been better. I highly recommend this property. Our only complaint was we didn’t get to stay longer. You will not be disappointed!!

The rooms are all spacious and the home is equipped with everything you need including a gourmet kitchen that is stocked with spices and some welcome snacks. We were there 9 days and didn’t leave the house for several of the days because it’s just so pretty. You can snorkel right off of the dock (depending on how rough the water is) so bring your mask. We saw sea turtles in the bay every day which never got old. The drive to the house is less than 10 mins to Cruz Bay and only a couple of miles but there are some steep roads and curves to get there so while it’s short it’s not walkable. We got a taxi at night when we were going to town for dinner since the roads are very dark at night. We loved every minute we were there, there was nothing we found we needed that the house didn’t have. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location & view. The house has a perfect outdoor entertaining space/ patios. The location was super private. The kitchen was fully stocked & convenient for our chef. All 5 couples agreed that it looked like the pictures & we would all rent there again.
