Location was good with easy walking distance to metro line. Takes about 30 minutes to get into the main areas to visit in Tokyo which is fine as it can take 30 minutes to travel from one part of the city to the next anyway. Apartment is on the older side but mostly well kept. Maintenance man that I met one morning was friendly and helpful. Area has plenty of amenities and the building was quiet and private. Bathroom and shower were nice and clean but we were surprised that the Bath tub wasn't directly plumbed and instead empties into the room and uses the floor drain to clear. This is fine unless you leave things on the floor.

Room smelled damp when we arrived. I have a habit of checking air con filters in all accommodation I stay in so I checked this straight away and sure enough, as the smell led me to suspect, the filters were filthy. I cleaned them and the smell went away. The property management needs to make sure their cleaners stay on top of this as it can lead to sinus infections among other illnesses. Beds were hard and pillows were flat but many kilometres of walking around Tokyo each day meant finding deep sleep was never difficult. It rained a couple of days during our stay and water pools outside the front door and the ground isn't graded towards the drainage properly so it relys on evaporation or mopping to clear away. All but one of the supplied umbrellas were damaged.

Not convenient location for travellers. Curtains are not long enough. The neighborhood is very noisy. Key cafe code did not work. The house kinda smelly, maybe humidity. TV was too small screen. İnternet connection was too weak.

The property is very good value for the amount of room you get. We were in the apartment for a week with four people and we had plenty of rooms. In general, this place is great, it is a bit away from the city centre of Tokyo and it will take you about 30 minutes to get to the bigger parts of the city but that really isn't a problem with the public transport in the area. Generally, this apartment gives you what you need. The wifi is good and the washing machine was very good. There were even umbrellas for us to use when it was raining.

When we arrived the cleaner had not yet finished even though we were there at the time of the check-in. Additionally, the room was cleaned, but it clearly was a rush job and some things were missed. One of the beds had sagged, which was less than ideal, but we could sleep on the futons instead. When we left the lock-box code did not work, but someone from the property management came to collect it after some fiddling.

Chat response to any kindnof questions was quick enough.

Some parts were not cleaned properly so we had to do it by ourselves. No washing powders was prepared. Not enough toilet papers. Cooking hobs were not functioning. Curtains didn’t cover the whole window.
