You can't beat the location of this home in Downtown Bisbee. Walking distance to all that Bisbee has to offer. My family of four, plus a friend were on this trip. The two bedrooms were ample for my wife and I in one, and our two kids in the other. Our friend used the pullout upstairs. Very comfortable in the common living area as well. there was plenty of outdoor space to use too. We were concerned about the one bathroom situation, but it was not a factor at all. There was not private parking, but that was not an issue either. We pulled up to the steps to unload, then parked down below. We even used the private parking lot one day and night. I would say, if you have a hard time climbing steps or walking up hill, that this home might be a challenge, but most of Bisbee might be a challenge if that's the case. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights and it was nice to wake up in the heart of Bisbee. The rental was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. Would stay again and for a longer time.

We arrived and started to unload in front of the Lamore hotel as directed and within 2 minutes 2 different groups of people yelled at us to move. I tried to explain that we were just unloading and would be out of the way shortly, but it didn't help. This was frustrating because I had my parents, in their 70s, and my spouse and I feeling rushed on a tiny street trying to unload and carry everything up a long stairway. It's too bad there's not a better arrangement to load and unload.
The house is mostly as advertised inside. The outside was indeed fenced (we chose this because we had our dog), but there is a section of fence that is level with the ground so it's not really acting as a fence if you're standing next to it. Upkeep on the outside was poor, many spider webs, wires from the interior laying across the ground, previous visitors dog poop and a little trash. None of it a huge deal, other than the fence, but just a little surprising. This was a short visit with my parents who came across the country, so I didn't feel much like cleaning up after others and therefore didn't spend as much time enjoying the patio as I would have liked.
Inside, beds were nice and comfortable. Had to contact the caretaker to reset the acct for one of the TVs. One of the window blinds fell down as my mom was adjusting them and hit her in the leg. The caretaker was prompt in coming over to fix both items.
Overall, a nice place, just could use some routine love and maintenance on the outside.

The property has character as it’s an older home, beds were clean and comfortable, nice spacious kitchen with all the amenities. Beautiful Patio views of Bisbee! There is only one small bathroom which is tough to accommodate 4 to 6 adults. Two people staying had seasonal allergies with no Kleenex to be found. We underestimated the stairs getting to the property and parking is limited, however, there probably isn’t anything that can be done about that issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Clean and cozy. Great views. Well stocked kitchen. Good water pressure and lots of warm water for showering. Yard is fenced but could be jumped easily by a dog. It's a workout to get to the house but that is normal for Bisbee. You can burn off the calories from all the good food in town!! We would definitely stay again!

Great central location for exploring
Clean space, comfortable for our extended family group of grandparents, parents and kids. Very usable and well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the spices and oil. Bathroom necessities were also stocked, along with extra blankets and bedding. Stairs and parking were as described, so we were prepared and it was not an issue.

Best Sunset And Location
The sunset from the top balcony was amazing and such a relaxing location too.
I was so happy to find that the property is completely fenced, so our dogs enjoyed the yard.
The house is decorated nicely and everything we needed to cook is available in the kitchen, including purified water.
The house was just perfect for our Christmas visit.

Pleasant rental.
Our stay at 47A O.K. Street was very enjoyable. Well equipped with every amenity it suited our personal needs. Upper patio with a fire pit and outdoor dining table and chairs was a delight. Views of the city were an artists dream.
Caution: The climb up the steps is not for the elderly or faint of heart.

Great little place!
This place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen and bath, great views and good access to town. Our communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. No trace of any bugs as a previous renter mentioned ...and I looked under the bed, under the kitchen sick...nothing! The beds were comfortable, nice thick towels in the bath. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The WORST
One star is too much for this review... 1. It advertised AC. But AC is only in the bedrooms- which we were ok with. 2. COCKROACHES! We killed one, no big deal right? Then another then another then we lost count! Then BABIES! That’s when we decided we needed to leave that house, who wants to wake up in the middle of the night with a cockroach in their ear!!! 3. Huge spider webs with big spiders in the bedrooms and in the kitchen! Reached out to the manager- did not hear back! Reached out to the management company for a refund as we stayed 1.5hr in that place, we have not heard back. I have submitted photos to them but they have ignored it all! Save your money, do not book through Evolve!

Incredible Bisbee p
We absolutely loved this property. It was close to downtown (less than 5 min walk), had beautiful two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. We also took advantage of the grill one night. When we checked in, there was a miscommunication on the cleaning so they came right over, quickly cleaned the apartment and also gave us a gift certificate to an incredible breakfast place. We highly recommend this property if visiting Bisbee!

Return to Bisbee
We traveled down to Sierra Vista for a baby shower one year ago. We made a brief stop in Bisbee to see some stairs, get some coffee, and head home. What an amazing town shrouded in history. We instantly fell in love with this old mining town. From the old style deco of the vrbo house, to the narrow streets that trace the sides of the mountain. I will definitely go back to visit the home that welcomed our family.

Wonderful Property in Perfect Location
What a wonderful property in perfect location in Bisbee. We parked our car and could walk everywhere the entire weekend. Plenty of room, great accommodations, very quite and relaxing. The side yard was a bonus, beautiful views at sunset and into the night. They even had a firepit! The walk up was no problem, we brought our car to the bottom of the steps and off loaded then parked in the main lot, short walk back. We enjoyed going to the saloon at the bottom of the stairs for drinks and food. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location with an easy walk anywhere!
Joseph and Melissa have several properties in Bisbee and they are all perfect. Joseph is easy to rent from, Kari keeps the houses very clean. They also have an amazing massage therapist that will come directly to you!! Thank you guys for another amazing weekend!

The House was perfect for my husband and our 2 boys (11 and 13). The location is great. There are a lot of stairs, but the view is worth it. The kitchen is very nicely equipped and we appreciated the coffee and other basics.

We came to town for our class reunion, and wanted a house centrally located. This place was perfect for us. Close to down town and to entertainment. The amenities were wonderful and the views were awesome!!!!! We will definitely rent this place again!

Immaculate home with an amazing view
My girlfriends of 45+ years and I had a wonderful time on our weekend away in Bisbee. The home is lovely with nice outdoor seating for taking in the view. The beds were comfortable. Be aware that you must carry everything up 37 steps before you get to the front door. And we did have a challenge finding an available parking place nearby since we arrived on a busy Friday evening. But once we were settled we loved that we could walk to old Bisbee so easily.
