Central location, absolutely spotless, lovely welcome pack. If felt like a home away from home

Following instructions given beforehand we phoned the owner who was able to meet us at the property within 10 minutes.
Unfortunately there is only 1 parking space and the existing space is quite tight. But it worked out well with some careful on street parking for the 2nd car.

Location was perfect being so close to the city centre for shops, restaurants and supermarket. Great to have a parking space. Stephen was very helpful on check in and there was a lovely welcome basket. It was super clean
The flush of the toilet wasn’t fit for purpose

Superb location. Spotlessly clean property with everything you need provided. Helpful hosts. Local train services were very good. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable property in quiet location very near the heart of Ely. Very short walk to cathedral and other facilities. Friendly and helpful hosts. Parking on site. No complaints at all.

Great location. Very clean and well appointed. Owner was prompt with any replies on queries we had. Apartment was also stocked with a few welcome provisions when we arrived which was a nice surprise.

The location of the apartment was excellent as was the apartment (everything needed was provided) and the welcome pack was wonderful.
The towels - they were hard and grey might be fashionable colour but white is so much better when staying away from home in a cottage, apartment, hotel or B&B

The fridge was well stocked with milk, and the welcome pack was most generous and useful, thank you.
We could find nothing to fault. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, contained everything that we were ever likely to need, and was ideally situated in the centre of Ely.
