Very nice accommodation virtually in the centre of Bournemouth, 2 min walk from all the shops and 10 min walk from the Bournemouth International Centre. The communication with the host was excellent, we arrived slightly early, collected the keys in accordance with the instructions the host helpfully had sent in advance. The free parking was just outside the building, very convenient. The kitchen had everything for basic cooking (although we did not cook, just used the fridge). Overall, a great place for a short stay for a family of 2 to 4 people, highly recommended.

The flat is on the first floor and facing a road, which was on a noisy side on Friday night with speeding cars (mind you, my kids did not hear a thing! :) )

It was tricky opening the door to the apartment, not helped by the timer on the hallway light being so short

Nice apartment and great location for beach, town and gardens. We had all the basics for a family of 4. The kettle was faulty so we asked for a replacement. We received a new one very quickly. For the money we payed it was a great base for exploring Bournemouth. The apartment was actually bigger than expected.

Quite a noisy road outside so we had to close the windows at night.

Conditions of the appointment, with brocken window, old broken floor, no cleaner for 30 days,kitchen knives was useless, also non vacuum cleaner, no wardrobe, owner wasn't interested fixing the problem, not answering the phone

Keys were in external lockbox, identified from picture supplied. Has a parking permit which was great. Flat is nice and an easy walk to beach. Heating was good and bed was comfortable.

Needed a teatowel to dry crockery as there is no dishwasher. Would have liked a dish for the oven and oven gloves. More substantial bedside tables (on both sides) would have been nice.

The location to the town centre, parking, a generally clean place and well equipped

There were two issues. Firstly there was damage to a window that meant it couldn't close and this resulted in the noise levels being unacceptable and hearing outside arguments goining on into the early hours (in fareness there was a hand written note saying the window was broken but it did cause a problem) and secondly the smell of drugs in the shared areas was dreadful

We’re aware that some of these are out of the control of the host but for consideration of others looking to use : The flat is situated on a very busy through road that seemed to be at its busiest 1030pm with buses and around 5am with binmen and people shouting and returning from pubs(were stayed midweek) windows didn’t make much difference to noise so even watching tv was difficult without Turning it right up at the risk of annoying the neighbours ,we thought at some points the noise was that bad that we had left them open but they were fully closed. It isn’t a pleasant road ,a lot of unoccupied buildings and the YMCA directly opposite with people hanging around at all hours. Concerningly the door to the flat appeared to have been subject to enforcement action which you can tell from the marks,damage and repair. Communal spaces dirty and smell of smoke and cannabis . For the host: Cleanliness was ok,but could benefit from a deep clean especially in these times .there were very minimal cleaning products we ended up buying antibac and kitchen roll ourselves Decor is tired and could do with a refresh -the pictures do not reflect its current condition Few essential items would be advantageous -freezer /scissor/a small Hoover There is no wardrobe and one side table is missing Size of flat (if 4 staying ) I would Say it would be ok for sleeping only but 4 in the flat would be a squeeze

The apartment was clean and situated very conveniently. We heard some noise from other occupiers but nothing major at all. Overall, good value for money.

It would be nice to have extra pillows, and a couple of coffee sachets / tea bags so you can make a drink on arrival. We have never stayed in an apartment where there has been no reception, so collecting the key from the safe box was new to us, and having nowhere to leave bags before check in was a bit challenging!

Very convenient with free parking we walked everywhere. Host was very good any communication was almost immediately responded to. Apartment was clean we arrived to toilet rolls ,washing up liquid , bedding , even towels . Darren was super host. Will definitely book here again. Traffics a little noisy as in centre and sea gulls but literally 5 mins walk to seafront. 10/10

We liked that Bournemouth Pier was walking distance from the apartment which is what we wanted and the beds were comfortable. When we spoke to the host, he was courteous and willing to help each time.

When we arrived, we were surprised to see how small the property was for 4 people. The laminated flooring had parts that were stripping off, the table cloth had nail vanish stains on it and it took us a while to work out how to use the electric cooker. We also had issues with the lock on the apartment door. There was a lot of noise from outside at night as it’s on a very busy road with buses frequently driving past and people going to and from the club that’s further down the road. There was also noise from people in another apartment in the building that disturbed my sleep.

This is a very pleasant modern studio flat near the centre of Bournemouth. The host kept in touch and all the instructions for the keys and the flat were clear. Towels and soap were provided and the flat was clean and the bed comfy.

The view is of an ordinary street, but I knew this before arrival.

Fantastic location, free on site parking, big apartment, minutes from the sea and town. Very clean, easy check in details. Perfect for a stay in Bournemouth if you don't mind an early start (see dislikes).
