Ottimo servizio ed eccellente disponibilità del personale. Colazione e dinner di elevato livello qualitativo. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta

Mi aspettavo la dimensione della camera più grande. In effetti su booking è scritto che la camera è di 22 mq., mentre in realtà la zona camera (escluso di bagno) era probabilmente inferiore. Comunque molto ben arredata, ma arrivando in 2 persone con 3 valigie e 2 borse, lo spazio era veramente poco

The place is spotless, and the food selection with the half-board is top-notch. The reception staff are super friendly, and the resort manager has that rare, warm touch that makes the stay feel extra special. The pool is always clean, and those chic umbrellas around it just add a really nice vibe to the whole setting.

The beach is a bit crowded and the sun lounger seating crosses the boundary of what amounts to personal space. Basically if you try to stretch out a bit you risk hitting the person next to you or in front of you. And the gentleman in charge isn't exactly the nicest and empathetic person either.

Faltaba un gimnasio, pero por todo lo demás, un 10 !

Colazione e cena a buffet buonissimi, piscina grande e pulita, servizi dell'hotel (come la spa e chiamata taxi luxury). Apprezzati i 15 min di massaggi e la cena alla carta offerti dall'hotel. Apprezzato l'acqua, caffè e tisane in camera. Accoglienza clienti con Champagne. Risoluzione problemi veloce (luci letto non funzionanti, telefono non funzionante). Camera vista mare e piscina spettacolare

LA SPIAGGIA NON È PRIVATA MA APERTA AL PUBBLICO (SOLO QUALCHE OMBRELLONE A NOME DELL'HOTEL, MARE SPORCO E SPIAGGIA AFFOLLATISSIMA). Le salviette piscina/mare le cambiano ogni 2 giorni. Durante la cena le bevande (anche l'acqua) escluse. Pulizia camera: la donna delle pulizie ogni volta si dimenticava il tappeto, a volte non aggiungeva le capsule del caffè e non cambiava i cotton fioc, & dischetti viso. Capelli e peli sia nostri che non per terra anche dopo la pulizia. Troppo caos di persone e macchine nella via. Stanza non insonorizzata per via del caos notturno nella via. Lontano dalle fermate del pullman che portano ad Agios Nikolaos e Heraklion (25 min). Noleggio biciclette a pagamento. Centro di Malia nulla di che. L'aria condizionata non era presente in tutto l'hotel (nei corridoi facevi la sauna). Con quello che abbiamo pagato (camera deluxe vista mare e 5 stelle) alcuni servizi potevano essere di certo migliori anche quelli a pagamento.

The resort is infront of the beach with private beach . the food ( breakfast and dinner) is good , the staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Also we liked that it is an adult only resort , very calm .Good experience overall.

First thing is that the photos are not corresponding the reality , the pool is not big, also private beach is very small . We expected bigger resort and pool . Second is the location which was our fault , we had to investigate more. Malia is a party town with lots of clubs , and far from many attractions ( more than 2 hours drive) so if you are not into clubbing and partying and you prefer nature discovering , this is not best location for you. Third is the low number sun beds ( small area ) , always booked,some people booked it at 7h30 a.m .

Das Personal, der Service und die Lage waren top. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder!
