Nous nous rendons plusieurs fois par an à Lourmarin ! L'appartement n'est pas toujours libre ; c'est pourquoi nous avons été amenés à séjourner dans d'autres appartements. Celui-là est le plus agréable de tous ceux que nous avons réservés. C'est là aussi que vous aurez le meilleur accueil !

Super nice, carefully decorated apartment on a perfect spot. Huge living room and cosy bedroom with a confortable bed. The bathroom is quite small but perfect for two. Thierry is helpful and communicative. The best town to stay in the Provence.

Lovely old building in centre of village but quiet and private!

Fabulous location right in the center of pretty Lourmarin. Our host, Thierry, was friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations for dining, etc. Check-in/check-out were very easy. The apartment is charming - the main living/dining room is large and beautiful with lovely antique touches (beautiful old floor tiles, high ceiling with decorative molding, large windows). The decorating was very nice, a savvy blend of modern comfortable furniture in keeping with the old architectural elements.

The bathroom (in the bedroom) is tiny but couldn't be helped because of the apartment layout. It is well thought out and totally functional despite its small size.

the bathroom had a good shower, but it was very small. A large person would find it uncomfortable.

It is excellently situated right in the center of town. The living area was probably the grand salon when the building was built in the 17th century and has beautiful plasterwork, high ceilings and elegant liveried windows that look out on the Main Street. it is upstairs over the owner’s art gallery and he is always available.

I liked the property very much. it’s magical to stay in such a historic building. I only have one issue to mention. if you are a light sleeper be aware the town clock chimes every hour with the number of bells corresponding to the hour. It repeats 3 minutes later. It then chimes once on the half hour. This happens 24 hours a day.
